    @RogersHelps If you have an outage, why can't you send out a tweet about the outage and whose affected instead of forcing customers to wait on the phone or DM you ... Some real customer service !!

    @RogersHelps Service interruption doesn’t show on your page but CLEARLY there is a large outage in the Newmarket/Bradford areas. Please let us know what is going on?

    @douglj @RogersHelps Totally down L3Z area too. This is exactly why I don’t have the same provider for mobile and internet. Tethering to my data package with Telus mobile. Hoping it comes back up soon - work from home and kiddo doing remote school...

    @RogersHelps @Rogers My home internet in Newmarket has been down for nearly an hour and been on hold for almost a half hour. What's going on? Looks like a number of similar reports in my area (Newmarket, Aurora, Bradford). When can we expect service to be back up and running?

    @RogersHelps COME. ON. This is the second time this week that my internet is out. I can’t work or attend my classes and Your customer support wait time is 2 hours...I don’t know why I’m spending so much time every week with Rogers trying to fix an internet that I pay so much for
