  The best part of a @Rogers customer service representative calling me to ask about my service was when I was in ND where the cell reception is the worst and having them hang up on me…

  @rovers_jay @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers also customer service isn't technical support. unless they merged you all into care agents now. I heard they were trying that in 2023, maybe they did it
