    @RogersHelps @andyshen_ca I'm not sure why you keep suggesting Live Chat. Last time I tried that there were 52 people ahead of me in the queue - its just as bad as being on hold on the phone. Rogers needs more customer service people who are available! @andyshen_ca

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Am I gonna get anything after the Calgary outage is fixed? I’ve been using my data for more than 24 hours as I work remotely and there are no meeting spaces I can book for that long.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps My internet has been down all afternoon, and I’ve been on hold for 1.5 HOURS trying to get support. This is completely unacceptable. How long are customers supposed to wait just to speak to someone? I need this fixed ASAP.

    @belle_levesque @Rogers Don't get me started with those *******. We moved to Panama in December and they're still trying to get money from me. Told them to come down and try to get it.
