@RogersHelps I saw one technician came infront of my house for new connection but not for my complaint. Plz take some action on ur staff and manager who didnt call me back and rogers have no info what dispatch is doing. Dont reply with sugar coated message. Improve your company structure.

@RogersHelps every night between 330am and 5am my internet shuts down. I've never complained yet, but today it's been down for 20mins and has no sign of returning. This is ridiculous, I'm ready to switch.

@RogersBiz How about getting your OWN towers up hwy 5? So i don't always have to remember to reboot my phone to get data on "Rogers Extended Service" (ie, Telus towers) This has been the case with 2 different phones.

@Rogers @RogersHelps your customer service is awful! I have been on a chat for over 2 hours and I have been repeatedly transferred. Including from a Manager named Anne. I have yet to have my issue resolved!

Terrible @rogers internet has been down since Friday. CSR was incredible rude, no service app until Tues. Thanks @Bell mobile hotspot for being reliable while working from home.

@RogersHelps Check the link. There’s nothing on it. Hard to believe that there have never been any outages in all these months. It’s obviously not used at all. Why pin this to your account if it’s useless?
