    @atoonk @Rogers Haha fat finger routing outage. Classic. I was speaking to a reporter about cloud outages and basically told him this is the #1 cause of major outages typically. BGP fall down go boom.

    @Sapper0415 @lostinhist0ry After that last @Rogers blackout a few weeks back. I think a lot of people were lost due to everything being on one device.

    @RogersHelps Can someone or anyone explain why is Rogers internet down again today in Markham?? And calling *611 from a @Rogers phone does NOT work either!? Is this the expected improvement of service we've been promised by the CEO!!??

    @CBCToronto BS @Rogers I don’t believe for one minute that your network update took down BOTH your cell phone network and your internet network. They are independent from one another and use different technology.

    @atoonk @Rogers On question I would like to see included in the reporting is how the network handles the surge load on recovery. Surge load can slam a recover when you come back online. It happens when all those devices have a path to finally connect - with millions connect at the same time.
