@Rogers @RogersHelps @RogersBiz (5/n) #Rogershelps replied “we don’t provide service to that area so you should cancel and pay a penalty” Meaning, #rogers would want to charge customers for their failures to provide services. I wish I never had subscribed to Rogers.

@Rogers @RogersHelps - the inefficiency of getting a replacement remote is astounding. 43 minutes to convince agent that a puppy attacking a remote has damaged it. And apparently I need to return a broken remote and pay $25 even though this is the first time to ask for a new one

@RogersHelps so Paul at your Promenade store pretty much talked down to me after I was quoted a wrong price back in July when I tried to upgrade my phone. I’m 20 years plus customers. What the hell!?!
