    @RogersHelps I want to cancel a tech appt l I never scheduled! The Rep couldn’t cancel it and after 20 minutes on hold waiting for her to return I hung up. Now I get an email saying you charge $39 for the call! I DONT WANT THE CALL! I NEVER ASKED for THE CALL! Cancel it!

    @Angelo_Nic @NBOtoronto @Rogers Same feeling here. scheduling sucks, looks like this is an idea to sell the tickets by scheduling best match of the day during day session.. Night session was almost sold out.

    So. As some know, there was an issue between @RogersHelps and I last year. Rogers press department did bugger all to help with @TheRegister and I. I can finally call a victory …. The cyber team have have not only met me at where I’m at, but went beyond to fix things.

    @RogersHelps Yes I do my home internet is never working. I drive to USA and whenever I m home for 2 to 3 days it hardly works for 1 day at the most. But my bill payment is full.

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps Ottawa ignite TV not functioning. All channels freezing or going black (both Canadian and US networks). Used the ignite app to reboot. Didn’t fix it. Unplugged everything and replugged. Still not working. Internet not affected. Please fix!
