    @RogersHelps I expect some serious compensation from this company before I switch over to bell. Been with Rogers over 15 years and this week will be my last week. Service has not returned yet over 24 hours. What are you at Rogers help doing to keep your loyal customers happy?

    @RogersHelps I have my tv and internet back which is great! BUT when I try to watch a show on my PVR it doesn’t work. It says “network not responding” and gives a reference of #001

    @Rogers I can only suggest one thing that might restore a little faith. ANY AND ALL data overage charges should be waived for EVERY Rogers customer for the entire month of July. The fact people are even receiving Data Usage Alerts today is a real kick in the teeth. #FixThis

    @RogersHelps curious my speed test has full speeds but I can’t get onto anything from online gaming to opening websites. I’m guessing there is still an issue?

    @jtobinbartlett @RogersHelps So off topic..but the last time I went to newfoundland my mother has horrible service due to lack of Roger's towers there how is that now? Is it still pretty crappy?
