    @RogersHelps Although cell and internet services have returned after Friday's outage, my Ignite tv service is still very glitchy - the image keeps freezing or dropping out and I can't access content I've recorded with the cloud PVR. When can we expect tv service to fully return?

But I choose not to be so negative about everything, why , because I almost died 10 years ago , but due to my brilliant neurosurgeon , I am here
