    @Rogers what is going on.. internet etc down since 11am?? I work from home and pay for a service.. what was the CEI promise after the massive outage??

    @RogersHelps Global TV sent me an email address and I just sent them an email asking them to help you. At 3 a.m. the picture also broke up for a second. Commercials alternated between distorted sound and OK. One program was OK and the next sounded bad.

    @RogersHelps I canceled my rogers service on Sunday September 4th and just got a bill for september 2nd to october 1st. You expect me to pay an entire month because I canceled two days late?
