    @RogersHelps my gateway box wifi has been down since about 5am, you guys going to fix this? Anything directly connected (cable box) seems to be fine, it’s just the wifi function. Reboot didn’t work. Help?

    .@rogers 5 hours on hold for customer service seems rather extreme. Did you fire the whole team? Or is your service really this bad that so many people are on hold? I have no choice. I’ve been through all the other options.

    @Rogers @RogersBiz for several days my husband has been calling to try to get a mobile hotspot router that he got from you guys unlocked. Each time he's on hold for several hours. Getting transferred from person to person, everyone saying they don't know how to unlock it. Fix it
