    @RogersHelps @Rogers so 4 calls, 4 employees, 13 hours on phone. Escalated the call & Darrell, a manager located in Kitchener spent 2 hours (1.5 hours after his shift ended) & fixed the issue. For one, simplify the process. This should be your wheelhouse….

    @RogersHelps Our internet wifi doesnt seem to be working according to our ignite hub. Yes, we rebooted it. Is there an outage in the St Thomas area? (Sent from my Virgin phone).

    @RogersHelps Hello, we had our modem replaced but are still experiencing loss of connection multiple times/ week. Last e-mail from Rogers 'The Ignite TV issue you contacted us about... may be resolved as we were unable to pinpoint the cause of it.' It's not.
