    @RogersHelps I have a review number and I have information from the customer service team. This billing was done in error and I won't pay it.

    @MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps I'm not going to file complaint for my personal time damage but will report their fraudulent behavior towards customers. There might 1000 of victims like me. Luckily I noticed and have time to wait almost 3 hours but think of those who doesn't. You promise and don't fulfill?

    Officially on hold with @Rogers for 1.5hours... for tech support.. because someone damaged a rogers line to a seniors residence. Good job Rogers!
