  @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

  @RogersHelps Its on both. I tried doing on the phone and through online and I am not getting feedback on either. I shouldn't be in a situation where a phone with 100% charge dies before I can connect with rogers. My issue is I got a new watch but its not connecting to the plan.

  @Rogers hi! I want to make 2 complaints. 1) Your website says your online services hours of operation are Mon-Sat but I've called twice and have received an automated message that it's closed. 2 we cancelled our internet services in Dec but your workers didn't actually cancel it

  @RogersHelps The app kept buffering or freezing for most the game. And it wasn't my internet (BW and latency were fine) or the Smart TV I have the app on. All the other streaming apps like Netflix, Prime were perfectly fine. This is a constant problem I have with your Sportsnet app.

  @vladdystepdaddy @Sportsnet Thank god I’m not the only one experiencing this, literally been happening FOR MONTHS you’d think the way @Rogers is gouging people for these services they’d fix an issue like game having no sound. Genuinely pathetic excuse of a company.
