    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers A terrible experience every time. You're right. Why doesn't Rogers stay in Canada and use Canadian labour? Because they are greedy and not loyal to their customers. Their loyalty is to the dollar, money is everything.

    @RogersHelps I have been trying for 3 days to reach customer support. The recording on every occasion indicated that Rogers is very busy and to try calling back again. This is not customer supports. It is impossible to speak to a live agent. Please help!!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers One of the most unprofessional ways to get in contact with customer service. I need to talk to customer service to discuss a few things about my account. And they decided to hang up on me, because they said, there's high volume calls at this time.
