Question for lawyer friends: can you sue a company for repeatedly, over 2 years, failing to resolve your issue despite them promising it is resolved? The result of these failures has cost me 20+ hours of my time, and lots of stress. S/O to @Rogers @RogersHelps

@amigone @Crackmacs @RogersHelps Yeah Rogers tried to get me back about 6 months after I bailed on them(after 10 years) I've been using freedom mobile since, it was a little dodgy at first but ever since Shaw took them over I've never had any issues, and it's not a bad price

@amigone @Crackmacs @RogersHelps Just switched my twins today. Never travel out of the city so coverage is a non issue. Will switch 2 other phones as soon as their balance hits zero
