    @RogersHelps Because honestly the dm conversations are a waste of time. Please compensate us for the service outages as it’s been really frequent. Please check the dm history for further information on the frequent service outages

    @Rogers So dissatisfied with the service from Rogers. Doesn’t seem anyone is listening to our complaints. Remotes missing from new install boxes for Ignite, stores will sell remotes. TV boxes useless without them yet we still pay for poor service @bellcanada can you do better?

    @RogersHelps why are rogers services so shoddy? This is the 3rd time in less than a week that the internet went down.And everytime I deal with some useless tech services that ends with oh your services came back! Great problem solved! No it’s not solved because it keeps happening
