    @RogersHelps @AboutRogers Rogers 8$ reimbursement for the outage that caused all kinds of headaches, is an insult to humanity! Shame on Rogers, will definitely take my money elsewhere once I pay off this stupid iPhone. Just 2 months left! I’m so disappointed with Rogers!

    .@Rogers is an absolute joke of a company. No one should ever, ever sign a contract with these thieves. Abysmal support, embarrassing service, the worst phone carrier I have ever dealt with. You don’t deserve to serve Canadians.

    @RogersHelps Why does the loyalty plan disappear when you go to upgrade your phone. I tried talking to a live agent “in retention” ZERO effort to keep a customer of over 11 years. Offered 25GB for $90/mth. Are you well in the head over there?

    @RogersHelps Hi ,I spoke to one of your reps yesterday,regarding my internet being out.Wondering if you can provide me with an update.I was told a tech was going to have to come out,and that the issue had been escalated.

    @Rogers have to use my data! Come home ready to log on for work, but NO!! My Rogers network is down. No internet/cable/or home phone!! I’m in the west rouge neighborhood of Scarborough! Is there any issues . Don’t feel like losing another days pay!!
