@RogersHelps @RogersHelps you are aware the link in this thread doesn’t actually get you to an outage map at all right? Also serves down again in Toronto and Mississauga. Please get your act together given how many people are working remotely these days!

Does anyone know if there is a way to complain about the lack of customer service from @RogersHelps? To better bureau or crtc? There must be a way to hold rogers accountable for the lack of care they show customers while gouging them monthly for garbage services

@RogersHelps So let's say I wasn't home, and @rogers my dependable ISP called me and informs me my issue is fixed - I shouldn't believe it. This is a PSA for all rogers customers, since it doesn't account for unique circumstances, got it. #rogersignite

@CRTCeng I have crossed 30 hours outage, whereas the mandate is 8. No firm time given by Rogers, instead the issue seems to be miraculously slreadinf. what are my options as a consumer here? @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps @rogers I have recieved two automated calls stating to cancel my appointment because the internet is working, when it's clearly not. Why am I getting such inaccurate calls? Why am I being coerced into canceling the appointment? @CRTCeng is this allowed?
