@AboutRogers @Rogers It was all day from 2am until 8pm...I think rogers owes it customers a free month of service. Seeing as we pay so much and they couldn't uphold the service. Why should the big companies get off with it. I don't care about the technicals. You failed as a company

@xHarveyKiddx @RogersHelps @Rogers Exactly!! And to be honest that's all I really wanted cuz all it does is get you more frustrated trying to figure out what's going on on your own, I just feel so bad for the people that rely on the service for work, I'm sure some of them are really feeling it 😔

@RogersHelps I would like to believe that the majority of your customers understand that not every business is perfect and that issues can arise. It's how you respond to them that matters. Reimbursement for lost services would be a perfect example of respectable customer satisfaction. #Rogers

@Rogers I wonder how much money everyone missed out on or lost due to mass outages ...how will rogers pay back the public? You now owe millions of people money and charge outrageous prices for garbage service. I think rogers should have to give everyone a free month.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Stop saying intermittent !!!!!!! The network has been down all day long and is still down 😒😒😒 . We definitely need more of phone providers!!! those kind of situations are unacceptable in a big country like Canada. How is it even possible??? #rogersfail #rogersoutage
