    @arruda_j @RogersHelps I can confirm that yesterday's texts started rolling in last night at 3am. Not sure how many are lost in cyber space. Over 24h without service requires a discount, wouldn't you agree @arruda_j ?

    @Rogers Thanks for the apology. How about a real explanation, and disclosure if any personal info was hacked per some of the speculation here? If no hack, pls confirm real cause of outage and slow response?

    @Rogers If I’d been a bell customer I would have been able to book a vaccine yesterday. Because I was a Rogers customer the earliest appointment I could book is 1-September.
