@RogersHelps May I communicate with one of your agents via DM to ask whether there is an Internet outage in my neighbourhood? Rogers [1 (888) 764-3771] is experiencing a high number of phone calls — I wasn’t even permitted to hold. TIA.

@MalaMoragain13 @TorontoPolice @Rogers Mala Roger’s does not need to be told to make a copy of your cellphone. At all times Roger’s is watching, recording and see every single thing done on the phone as long as it’s on the network. It stores years of this perpetually and it harvests your data all day every day

@RogersHelps It turns out it was a planned upgrade work June 1-4, but none of the 4 people I talked to until just now knew that. There was no advance notice and no info in online outage map that it was likely to continue or for how long. That is failing customer service.

@CoryJudson @Bell @Rogers I was having issues with Bell. They were finally resolved but I had mention to the Bell rep that i had investigated the option of switching to Rogers as they gave me a great offer. The Bell rep basically told me to go ahead and take the Rogers offer

@Rogers your Xfinity app doesn’t work and your service since you took over Shaw is brutal. It the embodiment of why competition is needed in this country. Awful.
