After on hold for 2 hours and 11 minutes, they told me to hang up and try again!! How is it possible I could not have my call answered when calling at 9am???

Now when I talk into my remote and ask it to go to channel 20 so I can watch CBC News Network, it doesn’t know what to do. No big deal. I can type in 20 but just find it an odd thing to have done.

Stores don't help, I connect support chat, but they don't take any action, I can't reach them by phone. What a terrible service this is
