Day 3, with no internet, home phone and very sporadic cable TV. Definitely looking into changing service providers. Beyond frustrating. Reimburse me! @Rogers Am texting this using the LCBO internet, while stocking up. I need it!

@RogersHelps @Rogers so ANY chance you can send a technician sooner?? Any chance you would actually try to help a customer?

Finally ridding ourselves of @Rogers. Internet listed above TV Package Home Phone $90/month (non-promo $189.90/month) For comparison, we are paying $193/month for 1000 Mbps down (usually only like 750) and 30 Mbps up + TV on Rogers.

@RogersHelps Already check. Live chat said it was down and there are “working on it”. But they have been working on it for two weeks…

@Rogers Here's an idea. Don't bill your customers until your Ignite services are stable and fully available for at least 60 consecutive days. I don't think that we've had 1 day since the big outage where thinks didn't keep going up and down #unreliable #badcustomerservice

I’ve been with @Rogers for years and never run out of data, suddenly after the big outage i run out a week before my reset day and start getting message to upgrade my plan for $40 extra. What a joke this company is

@RogersHelps @rogers you have replied to my DMs with scripted answers, not sure if they’re bots. No one has actually addressed my main issue about the technician coming in at a future time, leaving me with no service. You obviously don’t care about the real issue
