    @Rogers 1) When I contacted Rogers to cancel my internet service, I was informed that because the contract had not yet reached two years, I would need to pay a penalty and the customer service recommended me it’s better to be suspended.

    @RogersHelps It's out AGAIN today! 4 hours almost. I've been on the phone with Rogers for 3 hours now trying to resolve this. I've lost upwards of $300 in wages because of this. I was offered a $50 credit. I can't even cancel, that's $15/Month on the remaining 19 months. @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk

    @RogersHelps Can’t log into my Rogers/Shaw account since Feb 10, weekly calls end wth ‘someone will be in touch’ but they never do. Today was told account comprised due to too many attempts, duh.. that was me w your tech support. When I asked to speak w mgr and they refused to talk to me.

    @RogersHelps I received an email from Rogers overnight that there was a delay in solving the issue. For some reason I cannot sign in to check on ticket status. Can I please provide here and get an update from you? This is beyond frustrating!

    @Rogers receiving worst service I can imagine for last 9 days. Very frustrated with the service I am getting for being a loyal customer. I need someone to reach me asap to help me with the issues and checking why everyone is providing wrong information wasting my time.

    @RogersHelps your costumer service has fallen off completely, 3 hours later 5 different people 7 different answers, the consistency is not there and theyre all hostile, when asked to transfer the next person replies with the same attitude. Help?
