    @djlaela @RogersHelps That's disappointing. If they have a known issue or outage, they should turn off their AI agent and send a mass notification to users so they know without looping in the AI bot.

    @Rogers your automated phone system is awful. My mom was disconnected after waiting on hold for 1.5 hours multiple times trying to report a hacked account. Shoutout to the Coquitlam Centre store for finally fixing it in person today, but your phone support needs serious work.

    @RogersHelps - No phone, email or internet service since 3:01am this morning in SE Calgary. What a lousy start to a Monday. I’m sure you’ll be pro-rating everyone’s bill the eta for services being restored is 10pm? Right?

    @FierySharky @Rogers @Sportsnet Sportsnet continues to make bad after bad decisions regarding hockey and hockey coverage. Why buy the license if you are just going to kill the coverage? And in turn the fanbase?
