    @RogersHelps terrible how Rogers does routine maintenance during peak WFH times down the street knocking out all services since 1pm. Most reliable service? Who do they poll on these surveys anyway. They obviously didn't ask their users. Service is still out and they have no ETA

    @RogersHelps Your team has been of zero assistance, and as such I will be looking to leave by the end of my next billing cycle. My service has actually gotten worse despite paying 60.00 more per month.

    @RogersHelps I mean, the problem didn't get solved and I am very unhappy with my bill going up $50 from March 2020 to February 2021, but hey, kudos to Matthew on the social team for responding quickly and giving clear answers. Have a good one NT !

    @Chicken62632770 @Sportsnet @Rogers They do it all month....Willie O’rie history month....but what a news-flash! Young people feel pressure to look attractive! Nothing new, nothing to do with race but of course it’s 2021 so we have to make it a race issue.

    Have to tell you, @RogersHelps customer service is 1000% better via Facebook Messenger than the call center. No holds, no misinformation and help in a timely manner. Thanks for the tip @NordoftheNorth - saved hours of time wasted getting passed around/ignored #CustomerService
