    @RogersHelps @Rogers My cable tv is currently not working. It has been choppy since you had the outage, and my internet is slow I sometimes have to use my data on my phone. This is frustrating to say the least

    @RogersHelps Your outage issues are still not fixed. My Ignite TV has been lagging since the outage. But in the last few hours it is freezing constantly. So now I have no ignite tv again. Do I have to report this to get it fixed? Please at least try to help by advising us.

    Don’t even bother calling @Rogers about continuing issues with cable. They’re not taking calls at the moment. The recording simply says they are experiencing higher than normal call volumes and to call back at a later time. Good bye! GREAT CUSTOMER CARE!

    @Rogers .. No internet since this morning, customer service not even accepting a call.. completely in the dark.. should i be going somewhere else tomorrow to get connected to be able to work.. someone needs to help or provide non generic response.. @RogersHelps #rogersoutage
