    @RogersHelps internet down in K4M. Tv stopped working and wifi in home connects but has no service. Any update for the Manotick area ?

    I was on the phone asking for assistance as there had been a mistake on my bill. Then I was handled by a rude agent that dropped the call. @rogers i called in after a couple of hours, for another agent to tell me that it would take 50 mins to put in the complaint. 🤬🥵

    Rogers internet is such garbage. Been down for 2 days and has a 3 hour wait time to talk to anyone. Not even an option for a call back? Hey @Rogers get your **** together! Unacceptable, especially since we're stuck at home🖕

    @RogersHelps I recently moved and I have no cell service in my condo unit. Other people have service with different companies. No service for Rogers in unit or in the lobby of the building.
