    @RogersHelps Well the cable doesn’t fit and I don’t think as a customer paying 450$ a month I should be having to use pliers to unscrew cable and then find out it doesn’t even fit despite the agent advice and now I’m paying for internet and cable I can’t access

    @Rogers Over the 20 plus years I have been with Rogers I would rate them a 2.5/10 and that is being generous. Worst customer experience ever.
