I am now stuck with two phones, two phone bills, and an endless number of service reps in person and on the phone who refuse to assist. @RogersHelps Why bother even having storefronts if none of the reps are able to do anything in person?

@Rogers we have 152 units in this building and we HAD a deal with you guys to be the provider, but ****, with how long the hold times are and the fact your customer service reps put us on hold and NEVER transfer us or come back when we ask got a manager, why are we with you?

@Rogers and I don't think asking for a little customer service is anything out of the norm. It's just crazy to me that this is how you deal with multi-million dollar accounts. I mean, how are you guys still around if you treat everyone like ****?

@Rogers and it's EVERY DAMN TIME we ask for a manager your reps say "**** YOU!", refuse to give us their names and then leave us on hold for HOURS. So, I ask you, is THIS what your customer service is supposed to be now? If it is I'll just take you out of the building. We're done
