    @RogersHelps Support agent tells me I can go into store if they have iPhone 13 in stock, and they’ll cancel my online order (before it ships). Go into store and all the phone agents are telling each other complete different things. Spent 1h30mins in store for absolutely nothing.

    @Rogers how long until you guys fix my internet? ALL DAY my connection has been cutting out. ALL DAY. And I was told it could take 5 days to fix? Unacceptable. Great ignite service, no internet means no internet, cable or phone. Fantastic service!

    @_rallycap @RogersHelps Having been in customer service.... This pisses me off. No one should ever have to be on the phone that long with that much of a mess.
