    @RogersHelps asap is not good enough for the amount Canadians pay telecoms. We need a solid ETA and reason such a massive outage happened. The link which is supposed to give continued updates has no actual updates or information and this has been ongoing since 1 am last night...

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps I heard that is effecting the LIFELINE SERVICES to people who require emergency assistance, I can't imagine what @phillipslifeline is dealing with, what was the "ROOT CAUSE" of the outage??

    @Rogers Not bad going for Rogers customer service. It’s only taken nine hours for a response. How do we go about being reimbursed for over 20 hours without service? With no ETR .

    Today's @Rogers outage was caused by a bad Ericsson software update. So what you're telling me is that the problem is at the ... cellular level. I'll see myself out.
