(on a no call list) Dug up our front lawn 6 years in a row for our neighbour who Rogers can't seem to get proper service to. Do you really think this behaviour will get you more customers? BrianM (@briangm11) reported@RogersHelps Thanks, but the @Rogers tech support dept has been so decimated by profit-enhancing layoffs that the task seems insurmountable. We "upgraded" to Xfinity last Aug., but the modem quit twice this week. Each phone call takes 60+ min, and last night we had to quit.
