@RogersHelps After almost 30 years as a Rogers customer, I will be moving on to any option that treats its customer better than you. All over an Ignite box that I returned 2 months ago through @CanadaPosthelps that THEY lost but Rogers is charging me $109.99.

@Rogers As a customer of 30 years and for example, from Feb 1, 2020 to Jan 31, 2021, I paid Rogers $5,716.44 and this is how I’m treated???

@RogersHelps Ok, so you have no news on 5G, but how about some support for areas just outside of St. John’s. I am told that we should be able to jump on Bell or Telus towers, but that doesn’t happen

@Rogers I spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone with Rogers today, yes they’ve issued a team to search for it, etc… that isn’t the point here, it’s been 2 months and I’ve paid $109.99 for it and demand a credit, this is now between Rogers & Canada Post, this is NOT how you treat customers

@RogersHelps Thanks for responding, I’ve already talked to a live agent. Still an issue though.

@RogersHelps internet has been down since 8:35 a.m. here in Mississauga. Is it a large area that is out?

@shlz @RogersHelps Same thing in Toronto but Rogers keeps acting like everyone is having little individual issues and wont post publicly about this massive outtage. Trying to hide the extent of it like they did in April when they left us all hanging in silence for the better part of a day.

@RogersBiz @RogersHelps I had reached out 2 weeks ago to look into an issue, was advised a manager would look into it and get back to me. Haven’t heard anything yet. Will this wait cost me 400$? I guess we wait and see… #terriblecustomerservice

@rogers care to tell me why, with four bars, cell data on, toggles to on, none of my apps are working on your network?

yo @Rogers you gonna help pay for my mobile data bill since I have to rely on it because I unfortunately have a service, if you can even call it a service, called "Rogers Internet" which never works.
