@RogersHelps There should be contingencies with the other 2 major networks that when one goes down.. the other 2 agree to take the load for the time it takes..... to reboot the system. Brutal.

@RogersHelps some customers.... I don't know of any that have service.. I think its closer to all customers... Also regular updates means more than every three hours, and usually includes an estimate.
