@RogersHelps @KongoSpeaks Why don't you have an outage map? afraid it will worry your other paying customers? plan on refunding us? Do you plan on sharing what the cause of the outage is? I pay > than $100 a month for internet alone, and the best you can do is be selective about who recieves updates?

@RogersHelps I’m another customer of Kanata North - no internet for the last 2h and I have rebooted the modem at least 3 times - no connection yet, WAN IP is not assigned. If you have an outage please just acknowledge it and provide status.

@RogersHelps Not just connection issues, which I THINK has been resolved. For now. But they had taken more money out of my account than expected. When I called, they explained because I never made any payments. I thought that what authorized payments were for😡

@RogersHelps I have checked the sim and restarted the phone. Just abruptly cut off this morning a few hours ago and I'm seeing outages on other websites but not officially from rogers yet. I have a backup sim that is not working either. A relative having the same issues also.
