@RogersHelps Ignite TV is still not working properly. The audio is in and out and the picture freezes or goes black. It is happening all the time. Why am I paying for the service if I can’t use it?

@RogersHelps thought things were supposed to be all fixed? And yet we STILL have no TV channels. None. Not one. What are we paying you for?! Tried tech support - they're all too busy, try again later. Clearly things are NOT back up and running.

4 days out from the "event" and my @Rogers Ignite TV is completely unwatchable because it freezes every 30 seconds. My internet is sketchy at best. But to read articles from @CTVNews or @CBCNews the issues are behind us. My friends from #oshawa to #Stratford would debate that.
