Rogers can't keep a reliable network but they never miss a moment to threaten suspension of services and a $50 charge for suspending them, for being like 3 days past due lol **** @Rogers

Spoke to TekSavvy about issues post @Rogers disaster. We don't have reliable internet since then, Rogers staff comes to our house and tells us it's the 'modem' and not their network yet TekSavvy says our lines are a disaster. they are telling many customers this. @CBCOttawa @CBC

So, I appreciate this, @RogersHelps I received my cell phone bill this morning for the time period during the outage & to my (not actual) shock, there’s NO credit. 🧐 Wasn’t it suppose to be automatic so I didn’t have to call?? #rogersoutage @RogersBiz

@StephenWickens1 @Rogers That so few people have talked about the GO service cuts impacting traffic is shocking. But I guess a lot of Toronto doesn't take GO into the city to be aware. Much easier to complain about bikes.

@RogersHelps Didn't feel great to pay a full bill for less than full service ... I'm STILL having intermittent issues with my cable, although the internet has stabilized

2. Did anyone on council seek credible modal-split data on how fans get to #BlueJays games and whether bad weekend GO service is a bigger factor? Our learned friend in the mayor's office should be able to distinguish between actual evidence and anecdotes from a @Rogers executive.
