    @RogersHelps @Fidomobile FYI although you said you are proactively crediting customers for the outage at a value of 3 days, my recent bill is not reflecting this. Am I surprised? No. Do I have to call in and waste over an hour on hold now? Yes. Another Fail? It never ends.

    @RogersHelps thanks for having 2 people who are reading from a script not help me. I thought you were finally returning my call. Nope I were trying to sell stuff. Been on hold 20 min now after being hung up once by the 1st caller when asked to speak to Loyalty/customer retention

    @RogersHelps Just yesterday a case was created with my complaint. And today again there is no service. For how long is this going to happen? Not getting good service from you guys. DMed you but no reply yet. Where is everybody?

    @Rogers is not responding from their @RogersHelps address so what does one do to fix a 15 hour no Rogers wifi connection problem?

    Second day this week that @RogersHelps has been down, and obviously 3rd day this month. Really wish @TELUSsupport provided internet access in Mississauga. Working from home is impossible when I have to tether from my phone.
