Can I ask a stupid @RogersHelps question? Can you have Rogers Ignite internet and NOT have Rogers Ignite TV (and instead just have Rogers digital cable boxes)? Or if you get the hub for your internet do you also have to use it for your cable TV service? #Rogers

@Rogers @RogersHelps pretty ****** that our wifi connection died because the router you gave us 4 years ago is now out of date (admitted by your chat tech), and our only option is to *pay you* to upgrade because the "WiFi Promise" is just for new customers. **** us then, i guess
