  • Cryak74 Iluvmydaizy (@Cryak74) reported

    @RogersHelps No service in Edmonton. And are you going to compensate us for this? You should considering you charge money to call or anything!! Thanks for disrupting people's lives!

  • Naurek Naurek (@Naurek) reported

    @RogersHelps As strongly as I dislike Bell as a company, at least the service is super reliable. Every day I'm reminded of how happy I am that I switched from Rogers.

  • sjperrier85 Sarah Perrier (@sjperrier85) reported

    @Rogers @RogersHelps It’s ok. My husbands only means of communication while he hauls up essential items from the USA is his Rogers cell phone. Even in Nebraska it’s down and he’s not even on the Rogers network. Whatever broke, broke good. But yeah, “sorry for the inconvenience”.

  • DustinMorris13 ░▒▓█ 𝓭𝓜 █▓▒░ (@DustinMorris13) reported from Calgary, Alberta

    @jeterfan28 @RogersHelps Yeah unfortunately Roger's is the lesser of the evils. I have such a good plan I couldn't leave... Even with their awful outages that happen so often.

  • W0nd3rsi3st3r Rosa (@W0nd3rsi3st3r) reported

    @RogersHelps So, as I understand it....service has been down for approximately 12 hours. How about an automatic credit rather than having the call centers swamped ?!?

  • dgchodgson Darren Hodgson (@dgchodgson) reported

    @RogersHelps Provide a credit for services NOT rendered (services include more than just a connection, all services). Be sure to include impact of customer retention and excellent customer experience when deciding between a credit of pennies and exceeding customer expectations.

  • savagemon88 donovan elliott (@savagemon88) reported

    @RogersHelps I'm missing phone service because of yall what the hell happened hope we get a gift for this cause I'm waiting on some pretty important calls

  • PainSci Paul Ingraham (@PainSci) reported

    @RogersHelps Oh, it’s worse than “some“ and “intermittent.” It’s “many” and “dead for hours.” A severe, widespread service outage is bad. What’s even worse? Understating the problem and then no further updates for hours.

  • slmick16 sarah lauren dobson (@slmick16) reported

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers, still down? Why??????

  • Lilcoldwar _ (@Lilcoldwar) reported

    @bookpublish101 @RogersHelps @Rogers fido’s down too?
