    @RogersHelps @phil_jacobson That doesn't answer the question. When we go over our data, we're billed accordingly. Will customers be comped for the outage? I want to see a deduction on my next bill.

    @RogersHelps You’re a bunch of liars. Not intermittent. Complete outage of all services per cellular customer. Also this cost me not being able to do business! Wtf are you ****** CEOs going to do about it? Oh and NO 911 service. Absolutely unacceptable!

    Good old @Rogers @RogersHelps having a country wide outage. Phone was fine this morning and now I can't text, call or use the internet. Can only use the internet when I am on wifi. If someone has an emergency this won't be good as you can't even call 9-1-1. Fix this now please!

    @RogersHelps Here'a a tip for your communications team: Be more transparent about the issue. Have you identified the root cause? Or are you still looking for one? An ETA would be nice, and if you don't have one, say that and commit to providing routine updates (i.e every 4 hours).
