Michael Gallo (@galloots1313) reported@RogersHelps My bill was triple the amount. When I have unlimited data. I try calling Roger’s billing help, and everyday I wait on the phone for 4-5 hours and nobody ever picks up. How do you seriously do this to customers?

They gave me a price lower than yours, I called back and told CS this and they said they would "send it to Customer Services". I have not heard back from Rogers at all. Disappointing since we have been customers for over 20 yrs

Jeremy Tsoi (@ChopperTsoi) reported@RogersHelps Not true. When I called before I was told that it was not Roger's issue and I needed to go to a Samsung store. I was told Roger's only sells the products and the 1 year warranty is to be honored by Samsung. So, i went to Samsung and said they will not fix or replace hardware.

Dan McGrath (@dannymcgrathy) reported@RogersHelps Sorry, never an iPhone here. My Samsung is supposed to detect this. It is a common shoreline issue that should be run up the chain there. I quick look at US roaming refunds issues along any great lake shoreline should indicate there is a problem there. 1/2
