@RogersHelps travelling in the US and I have with no Cellular data. Tried your call centre 3x investing an hour on hold during each. Tried the virtual support through Anna, once again no help. Feels like you need to hit the lottery to get another live. Disappointed, nice service

I have to say... this is a new record... it's taken to week 11 for me to have absolute dogsh!t service from @Rogers preventing me from watching football... Credit where it's due... most years I've had at least 3 Sundays of this garbage by now....

My woes continue with NHL LIVE. I have a case open, but the Canadian stream always has terrible quality, like, 360/480 and then I check the other stream (MSG in this instance) and it's like, 720p and way better. Every damn game. @RogersHelps @NHLTVSupport
