Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • _JonChu_ Jon (@_JonChu_) reported

@RogersHelps A credit on 1 days worth of service does not equate to the loss revenue due to the outtage. Not acceptable

  • FC_kyle Kyle (@FC_kyle) reported

If anyone is with @Rogers as their phone carrier check your bills. For the past 2 months they added, without my consent or knowledge, add-ons to my data plan. They refuse to credit me the add-on they added. Is this how you show loyalty to a customer who’s been with you for 15yrs?

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@_JonChu_ @RogersHelps No provider can guarantee service. Read the Terms and Conditions

  • Thatmattevans Matt Evans (@Thatmattevans) reported

@RogersHelps I’m glad to hear this. But you guys need to do better as Canadians already pay the highest price for service in the world

  • ne2r2d2 N Malik (@ne2r2d2) reported

@RogersHelps it’s been supremely frustrating to deal with internet issues for years- repeated complaints have not helped. It has been frustrating & difficult for everyone to study/work due to this in the past year. The cell disruption was (rotten) cherry on the cake. 1/2

  • Lgreen22 Luke Green (@Lgreen22) reported

@RogersHelps, cell coverage drops for nearly a full day on Monday and now there's an area outage for your internet service here in Toronto. Rough week Rogers. Explain to us again why it's a good idea to let the Rogers/Shaw merger happen?

  • StephenTwojays Teller of truth (@StephenTwojays) reported

@Rogers Stupid fight to make. Seen it same result why not fight someone different that can challenge usman ?

  • thedailyduff Fishbulb (@thedailyduff) reported

@Rogers HAHA!! Just realized you are saying that you won't charge me for the service you did not provide, but in a way that makes it seem like you did not fail to provide a service I had paid for and it is probably the least you can do legally speaking.. CLASSIC!!!

  • CompSciBorg ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (@CompSciBorg) reported

@RogersHelps been having near constant daily interruptions of our internet service. and it is getting in the way of work among other things. power cycling doesn't help cus it comes back up within a few mins but it seriously impairs the flow of work. especially in live meetings.

  • Dexterd24851319 Dexterdog (@Dexterd24851319) reported

@RogersHelps a data breach during the outage he's been told.
