MACK A (@mack1971) reported@RogersHelps Your agents ? You mean there’s more than one, it sure doesn’t look like it . Service on my cell phone sucks , called about the same issue a couple of months back and was told issue was solved as the reset network settings , same BS is happening again… give me some guidance YC

Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@KoronaB5899 @Rogers UNVERIFIED Rogers AI chatbot asking for your “details.” Where does that information go, and is it secure? Don’t fall for the appearance of help. The original post says these exposed wires have been ignored for four years. Another “please DM us” response changes nothing.

Free & Fair (@CanadaMate) reported@Rogers what a disappointing experienced conversation with your top rep today. Never have i thought Roger's CS support level has gone to so low quality now What a terrible start of the day speaking to someone from Rogers

Zerve (@Captain_C2) reported@Rogers non-stop internet service outages for the last week. It's also impossible to get a customer support agent to answer the phone, and the online support chat queue just randomly disconnects you and doesn't save your place in line, making that also basically impossible to use. Probably going to switch providers when I move in a couple months, because this is terrible.

Ryan (@metalmex21) reported@RogersHelps having tons of issues with the Jays Winning Innings. I have been a customer for 30 years. This is frustrating.
-
Chiranjeevi Nagiredd (@chirutweet) reportedthe account notes, yet no one is taking ownership. Even my latest visit was not properly noted on the account Customers should not be sent back and forth between customer care and stores for something this simple. Looking for a resolution without unnecessary visits.@RogersHelps

Madam Boring (@Carleey) reported@Rogers hi! I want to make 2 complaints. 1) Your website says your online services hours of operation are Mon-Sat but I've called twice and have received an automated message that it's closed. 2 we cancelled our internet services in Dec but your workers didn't actually cancel it

Charlie (@Albatross43) reported@dhewlett @Rogers @RogersHelps is the official support account. Customer service can be a nightmare. CCTS complaint is always another option.

Jeremy Tsoi (@ChopperTsoi) reported@Rogers I've been on hold for 2 hours waiting for tech support. You are a communications company that seems to think your customers time has zero value. Not even a simple callback option that even banks have. We pay some of the highest rates in the world, but this is what we get
