@AboutRogers @RogersHelps We haven’t had reliable service for three years. And kept paying you. Now we are in an unending circle of referral back and forth between FIdo and Rogers for a KNOWN ROGERS ISSUE. Tickets open. Nobody will do anything. /2

@Rogers @BlueJays Never take Rogers Internet connection. They are biggest chitter, when you will take connection they will say there is no contract, but when you will disconnect they will say there was verbal contract and you need to pay cancelation charges. biggest chitter company

@RogersHelps We are experiencing Ignite TV and internet connection issues daily. TV goes blank and gives an XRE-03137 error on all channels. The guide comes up, but black screen. Internet drops out frequently. Have restarted modem and TV box several times.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Can’t make phone calls. Took multiple tries to reach YOUR 611. Can’t FaceTime. Internet either dead or at a crawl. Tweets, messages and DMs dead or at a crawl. No help from your staff. But they tell me many customers in this area are affected. /3

@RogersHelps Well, that tweet didn’t age well. Asked me to fill in an online form AFTER being told we had weak and sporadic connectivity. Then attempted to refer me BACK to FIDO despite it being a Rogers network issue. That they have multiple open tickets on.

@RogersHelps @FidoSolutions Nonsense. FIdo referred the issue to Rogers AS IT IS A ROGERS NETWORK ISSUE. You have open tickets on this issue. I have spoken with OVER 30 different people in the past mth. U just don’t want to fix this issue and very obviously do not care about customers.

@Rogers bell cut our internet today while putting in fiber, and your customer service are telling me they can't get out here for 3-5 days? My wife and I both work from home and we're totally screwed. Isn't there anything you can do to help us?
