2. Our @Rogers internet had been spotty recently, and they sent a tech to look into the issue. Tech proceeds to break our internet. Hands my husband a modem, and leaves before we can confirm it actually works. My husband works from home. If I wasn't on mat leave, so would I.

@RogersHelps I constantly tried on your customer helpline and went to your stores multiple times. I would appreciate if you replied here in public because its just not my money that you are holding. If we multiply $45 Canada wide, I’d probably think the number will be in millions. So, no DM.

@RogersHelps There is no account. I was NOT your customer while “reserving” a phone with you. You just need to explain why you took my money when you couldn’t deliver the phone (even after a month). Again, there is no reason to go into DM. You might as well give your response for everyone!
