    @Rogers my elderly mom has no landline service. I was told a technician would come by today to fix it. This is a #safety matter. She has no way to communicate if there is a fall or if she is sick. I’ve been on hold with your service people for an hour. Please contact me ! #rogers

    @RogersHelps There has been internet outage for multiple customers in Belmont SW, Calgary since today morning and the issue hasn’t been resolved after 8 hours. Surprisingly the Rogers website says there is no outage anywhere. We are still out of internet and no way to track the progress

    We deal with an indie 4 internet but they rely on @Rogers cable. When we need help to resolve an (ongoing) issue they contact @Rogers. I call Monday & have to wait 4 Wednesday am but .@Rogers reschedule 4 Weds pm & then reschedule on Wed noon 4 Friday but no-one tells customers.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Im very disappointed here with your service my home wifi had been down for 2 days and called for help and still not working a technician came change few wires and said it was a back end problem why am I paying bill if im not getting my service working

    @Rogers having trouble getting pin codes to verify my E-Mail, checking to see if SMS is being blocked but can't find it in spam list. would be better if you still had the phone number easily available.

    @RogersHelps I have networks issue everywhere . And I face problem. Making call even I have 5g also this is the worst Fido networks

    Just received another email asking me to pay $834.86 now on top of $333. New customer with 700+ credit score and solid payment history, yet @Rogers & @Redwireless keep asking for unexpected down payments. Order showed $0 down, then $447.50, then $333, and now $834.86 more. This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading. Requesting urgent resolution. #Rogers #CustomerExperience #Canada

    @RogersHelps The call center doesnt know anything!!! I have been bounced around to 5 agents on a 30 minute call with some being rude some being kind BUT WITH NO SOLUTION! I NEED TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR AND NO ONE WILL HELP ME
