@ACollinsPhoto @Rogers I find it hard to believe they “A piece of equipment” caused the loss of service for everyone across the country. If it’s that easy to disrupt then the Canadian telecom industry is on big trouble.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps just an apology is not acceptable. U must compensate all who are effected because of your network failure for so many hours. They could not go online to earn money. Many people like me depends on network to earn with food services like skip the dishes and Uber eats.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Will this ‘apology’ come in the form of a credit to our bill to compensate for the lost day of use? The high cost of your service isn’t warranted if it isn’t reliable. I would imagine you’ll be removing the cost of the lost days of use, in the very least??
