    @RogersHelps “Maybe just reach out”. You call me! I’d have to spend 75-120 minutes on hold to ‘reach out’ I didn’t have home wifi I didn’t have cell service The boxes were dead. For the 5th time I had to use MY cellular data plan until the power was restored ‘Storm ready’ didn’t work.

    @Rogers what happened to your customer service? 20 year customer here and I cant reach anyone for help, you hang up saying youre busy and every chat disconnects. How am I supposed to get help? Ombudsman info please

    I'm so glad I pay so much for @Rogers Shaw internet only to be affected by an outage for nearly 18 hours now with no update or message from them.

    @Battleship63 @Rogers Starlink would be better, yeah. As much as I'm annoyed with this 5G unit having frequent service interruptions I have to give it credit for being inexpensive. It's only $40 a month. It's also convenient because it's relatively small and I can take it anywhere with me.
