@RogersHelps @Rogers @Rogers It's not "interruptions." We've had no service of any type for the entire day! Where is the update? I haven't been able to work due to not being able to get MFA codes. There better be some sort of statement credit to your customers for this.

@RogersHelps I understand that the guys and gals on the ground are working very hard to fix this, but I am certainly expecting some sort of compensation from the ones who write the checks, we get penalized for late payment but no recourse for no service
