Jeremy M (@JeremyM74626730) reported@AmanRattanpalX @Rogers Never believe them. Was paying close to $200 a month for internet (no cable) as an existing customer - no reductions. Switched and when I called to cancel, they offered me $65 a month if I signed a locking in contract for 3 years, where they could increase it back at will

Mr. E (@Mr_E_ous) reported@RogersHelps I was all night. It was still on SOS this morning but after a restart it finally connected. I have data and calling functions restored. Not sure why it wouldn’t connect last night even thought repeatedly going through the suggested trouble shooting from the AI chatbot.

Elysian Workshop (@ElysianWorkshop) reported@peaspod23 @Rogers They are scam and a grift. Why is there no customer service? The contracts are a scam where if you don't renew after 2 years your bill doubles and their way to fix it is to resign up. No thanks. They are quite frankly thieves.

e-Kingcorey97 (@LeafsandJays97) reported@DaleDisill @MapleLeafs @Rogers They don't give a **** what you want there a multi billion dollar company they don't care what you have to say
-
DARSHAN AILANI (@AilaniDarshan) reported@RogersHelps Team, please let me know if someone can help in resolving this issue. I have sent a DM and waiting for response.
-
High_5_Brady (@Jimbb5022) reported@RogersHelps .. virtually no acknowledgment of the seriousness of my concerns and no genuine effort toward resolution. The lack of responsiveness, transparency, and follow-through has been frustrating and unacceptable, particularly from a department that is supposed to represent
-
yeah right (@maiti65) reported@RogersHelps you are cutting costs. How about clients leaving for poor service and going to bell because of your cutbacks. Losing more money for your poor service
-
High_5_Brady (@Jimbb5022) reported@RogersHelps Rogers may want to reevaluate how those cases are being handled. Maybe reconsider treating that department as the final escalation point, because from a customer perspective the process was very disappointing.
-
Mike Szeller (@mikeszeller) reported@MacDoug1 @Rogers Yup I get it. The idea would be to use Rogers for Internet and cancel your Bell Internet OR get Bell Fibe TV and cancel your Roger Ignite TV. You cannot mix and match. Both Bell and Rogers TV services require thier Internet service. Both essentially stream now, on their network.

SD (@spdbmkj) reported@RogersHelps Where are the folks? Nobody is available on chat, Holding phone lines for hours but still no one to connect with. What is happening? I need someone to DM me at the earliest to resolve my issue.
