@RogersHelps I did. My issue began at 8:45 p.m. but didn't get acknowledged til after 11 on your outage site. There's no change to your update. Any idea when these channels will come back? This morning?

I’m honestly tired of this Internet company .. I need a new one ASAP. Altima Telecom is terrible .. always some kind of outage .. as they ping off @RogersHelps towers, no wonder we keep getting outages. So ***.

@REWoman @Rogers 1/ I agree 100% I also think that it's insane for our regulators to approve any level of further mergers, acquisitions or consolidations within the CDN wireless communication market. It's an anti-competitive Oligopoly now. Bad for Business, bad for consumers.

Rogers Ignite absolutely sucks for recording sports events. Two days in a row I recorded a tennis match and when I sat down to watch it cut it off before the match had ended. WTF? Do you have an explanation @RogersHelps?

It's another beautiful winter day, and its another internet outage in Ontario (not counting the national outage last July) sponsored by Rogers. This is the third in less than one year, lasting several days. This company is a national disgrace @RogersHelps #Canada

@Rogers over 10 hours on the phone trying to fix my issue. Nobody knows what they are doing. Worse customer service experience I have seen ever had. On hold in queue to cancel all my services.
