    @Rogers They had service issues before but since the hostile takeover from Edward the company has gone down hill so fast. It cant be a coincidence the timing. Oh i left rogers after more than 25 years and havent had an issue in a year.

    @RogersHelps went to local Rogers store to try and exchange the old box to be told that stores no longer carry equipment and Tech Support had to be contacted...good luck with that!! Customer does without cable until Tech Supp can ship new equip. Customer service at it's best! HA!

    @RogersHelps Our internet has been out for over 4 hours and your website says there are no issues in the area. Yet a while bunch of people in the area are saying they don't have service?
