@Rogers my Rogers ignite TV was fine from Midnight til about noon. Now signal cuts in and out. Called you know about problems. Unwatchable Prime and Netflix are ok??

@AboutRogers You might want to let customers know that they may be in a new outage area if they haven’t had their services restored. I just waited for over an hour to chat with a rep to tell me that I’m (unfortunately) in a new outage area. Great… @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Home internet is not stable here in KW (ontario). My son is reporting very high ping (i.e., SLOW) connection on his online games, and some games refuse to allow him to connect. My wife is also complaining that internet is "wonky". I'm not happy :(

@Kyri82 @RogersHelps @Rogers Yeah same thing is happening with me. Some streaming issues too on but PSN is totally not working on my rogers internet even after they "fixed" the issue.

@AboutRogers Yeah Tony the problem isn't that you and @Rogers ****** up, it's that when you **** up half the country needs to suffer. The only way you can earn back any trust is to break up the goddamn conglomerate, where complacency and ineptitude has been growing cancerously.

Thank you @rogers for getting our cellphones operational after 24 hours but what about our home internet? We have gigabit and its so slow, no apps will function. I can't even do a speed test. It is basically useless. Time to switch providers. #rogersoutage #switchtobell

@jadekarat @RogersHelps @RyuScreenplays Lol when they say vast majority they really mean that service is restored for their high priority and large contract customers. So they mean the vast majority of our huge revenue has been restored.
