    @RogersHelps The technician visited my house twice. We spoke over the phone & in person. He said the problem has to be fixed by the maintenance team. Did maintenance team fix the problem? I have given 2 numbers to Rogers & the technician had no problems in reaching me.

    @RogersHelps: one of the useless support channels I have ever seen. A new agent comes online every few hours and asking for case details & secure authentication. It's basically waste of time.
