Twitteruniverse help? About to install @rogers ignite modem. For those with experience does it replace BOTH boxes - modem and router from previous Rogers set up? Only been on hold for 1 hr so far 2 ask that… still on hold even though I’ve spoken to two reps who couldn’t help me.

@RogersHelps @AdrianG37 Regrettably, we will not be able to pay the monthly bill and you better not charge extra for it as it's your erratic service that would be the reason for no bill payment. How about that?

@RogersHelps Very rude behavior by Rogers Tech support, I spend almost 7 hrs with them yesterday & they screwd up my Mesh Network. Now when asking why Rogers made changes to Modem which impacted my whole network, instead of answering agent was too rude. Mistake moving 2 Rogers
