@rogers @RogersHelps the last 16 hours, the internet has been unable to use for anything. Why not fix this problem in the Shediac area. Very sad.

@RogersHelps I have been struggling with the worst network issues since I moved to Rogers in dec 2020. @ 150 mbps I only get a speed of 15-20 mbps and cannot watch any of the shows before checking my connection at least 5 times. The internet connection is the worst.

@RogersHelps you didn’t apply that same update to your internet, that you did to your wireless did you? Because my internet is down again (5 days in a row, twice a day). If my mother in law doesn’t get her NCIS fix, nobody will be happy. 🌡

@RogersHelps Ignite TV keeps having issues where audio and/or images are lagging, missing, or breaking up. Have restarted the box both hard and soft reset and did a system refresh but it's still a problem (Wi-Fi has been fine this whole time)

So @RogersHelps your going to offer one day of service off my bill, because of Monday’s events, but that’s not what I’m mad about, what I’m furious about is the 100’s of dollars my business lost by having to close early because of your fault

@RSWalrond @TorontoStar @Rogers In the very beginning, when 1gig cable was released, they were testing it at 1000 mbps down and 50 mbps up, with early upgraded customers suffering horrible instability due to some of the upstream channels refusing to bind properly. So, they cut the upstream for stability.

@RogersHelps you speak so highly of Rogers ignite, biggest problem is your fast forward and rewind features, it’s horrible, you fast forward or rewind and stop it it jumps back 30 seconds. Just garbage, fix this please, I am ready to jump ship just for this #rogersignite
