    @drlorileeoates @RogersHelps Apparently it's @rogershelp policy and there's nothing the customer reps or managers can do about it. Just have to wait for my money to magically show up in my account 5-8 days after the next billing cycle 🙄

    @RogersHelps I would also like to point out that I spoke to a customer rep the day I put the equipment in the mail and she assured me that I would not be charged. I have a transcript of our message if you need proof @RogersHelps
