@WillyMumbles @Rogers 💯. I canceled my cellular services with them years ago over these arbitrary overcharges. @Bell never does this. My internet is the last service I have with them and that too will be gone very soon, since Bell Fibe is fully in my area.

@Rogers hey how many tickets do I have to have being actively “fixed” before something is actually done? Internet drops 4-5 times per hour! And I keep getting told “we’re working on it”. Might be time to switch providers for more reliable service!

@RogersHelps Thanks. It's a quick but crucial update. You simply cannot make people wait an hour or more for service. Unacceptable. It shows you do not value peoples' time. Why should they value yours?

I want to know what yall going to do to compensate me for being without internet for a week and i paid for that sh*t plus lost days of work and money!? Im about to look at other companies for better service.

Who's having a Fabulous Monday? Mine bites the bannouche. I've had the worst time staying connected to the internet for most of last week and all of the weekend and less than 2 hours after the @Rogers tech left, no internet. Again. Anyone got Teksavvy's #?

@RogersHelps @stitchlady you guys ****** up bad. Im forced to enable it when signing in. Than after I disable it and log out. Upon my next time signing in; Im forced to enable it again. Prompting me to have to enable and disable it everytime I sign in. FIX THIS NOW
