Try to call back and somehow I mysteriously wind up in the queue for "Rogers for Business" even though I'm a residential customer. @RogersHelps is anyone who works for your company even remotely competent? It sure doesn't seem like it.

@RogersHelps I had a plan with you with device and device protection in total of 147$ . So I called you and you said we can do it 120$ so I accepted it. After 30 minutes, you are saying it is 128$ plus taxes without protection. I am fed up with you service.

@RogersHelps What a slap in the face. Offering a one day credit for the service interruption on 4/19? That service disruption cost me a day's pay when the Mobility Service I use to travel to and from work wasn't able to call and screen me for Covid for my 4/20 shift so

Hey @RogersHelps is it part of your technical issue customer service staff training to make snarky remarks to your customers when YOU are the ones with the faulty products? Just wondering so I know for future reference when I call your line again.
