    @Kate98513708 @Rogers The district manager was supposed to call me on Thursday. It's now Sunday and still no call. Rogers is a joke. They will never get my business again.

    @Rogers @Rogers you need to do better. Support has rescheduled a technician to come Wednesday to replace the equipment and check my lines,although they just did that two days ago. That will officially be a week without internet and I suspect it to be thrown back to your engineering team.

    Additionally I have been waiting for a live @Rogers chat support person online for.... <check notes>.... 42 mins and counting. You guys are REALLY rocking the support. Way to fix your services since that huge outage in the summer!
