@RogersHelps If you can't escalate there is no point going over it again. I have spoken to support 4 times already They just can't find anyone to send for another 2 days. We are out of internet for over a day already missing classes, exam, and work.

Upgraded to @Rogers Ignite Internet/Cable & love it! Just kidding! We've had it a week and we've reset the modem twice and now our tv keeps freezing, losing picture and losing sound. Seriously, Ignite was talked up as a life changing service and so far it's proven to be garbage.
