@Rogers maybe it's time to start offering your loyal customers some courtesy discounts after the blunder of #RogersOutage. Today I called them to cancel their service and all of a sudden they offered me to half my bill. Just like that but failed to keep me. Shame!

@Rogers Thanks so much but I fixed it after talking to tech support. Seems every time there’s an outage, I have to reset my modem. Done and up and running now! Thanks again!

@RogersHelps I spent all day at Roger's trying to get my new phone activated at the Eaton Ctr. I never want to change phones again. Just got home at 5pm. And my apps were not transferred.
