Regardless, we finally got thru to someone on the phone. The problem isn’t our modem, it’s your network.

Anthony Koutstaal (@KoldSteel90) reported@RogersHelps I did which resulted in a service call and they replaced the cable coming into my house. I haven't received any follow up from Rogers and the issue is not fixed.
