    @RogersHelps That’s precisely the problem - I’ve being running into nothing but issues. I’ve been regionally blocked the entire game, nothing has changed.

  • LeafCultMember Slippin' Jimmy McGill (@LeafCultMember) reported

    @RogersHelps I'm able to get the Leafs game on my phone but my Roku is telling me it's blacked out. My internet provider is Ontario based but I'm in QC . Please help

  • PopeyeCigarett1 Popeye Cigarettes (@PopeyeCigarett1) reported

    @anglibubs @RogersHelps The same here. I want to watch Oilers and I'm in Ontario and it's a blackout? I thought it was just for revenue to fill up the arenas? That shouldnt be the case now?

  • JetsBarrie Pat (@JetsBarrie) reported

    @Pegleg78 @NHL @RogersHelps What ********? Why isn't it working?

  • paddle_down Jacob 🥅 (@paddle_down) reported

    @YYCanadiens Shitty. @Sportsnet sucks. I pray for the day they go bankrupt. I refuse to support @Rogers . Blackouts are horse ****.

  • bruins_37 Joe McCarthy (@bruins_37) reported

    @RogersHelps Once again NHL Live is blacking out games that are not subject to blackout. Fix this please

  • LeafCultMember Slippin' Jimmy McGill (@LeafCultMember) reported

    @RogersHelps It's been over 15 minutes since my last DM. How do I cancel NHL Live? I only wanted Leafs games here in QC. 2 of 3 games blacked out so far. The 3rd was on CBC which I can watch for free.

  • fkn_sutherland Brian Sullivan (@fkn_sutherland) reported

    @RogersHelps #Leafs game blacked out again in Ottawa. Just got off the phone with NHL live support and they say I can be a few days to clear this up. Any way you can speed it up?

  • syntackz Mike ***** (@syntackz) reported

    @RogersHelps I have no cable, it is why I signed up for NHL Live. Perhaps mistakenly. Is there a way for me to cancel my subscription and get a refund?

  • AMAPCEO_member ɹǝqɯǝɯ OƎƆԀ∀W∀ (@AMAPCEO_member) reported

    @Joyhenderson78 @jrovsovskein @Rogers Even "Unlimited" plans are not what they seem. There is almost always a clause in the contract which allow them to throttle or slow down the service after certain thresholds are reached. This is especially true for phones/mobile data.
