    @RogersHelps internet down in Mississauga neighborhood street since 7am because construction crew cut cable. They called in to get it repaired but nothing as of yet.

    @RogersHelps Since the call centre had been remotely, I've had to deal with LaZy staff who never answer the phone as simple as billing questions. The waits had been so long and unproductive! I have to call so many times, just to get one person to answer the call. AWFUL !

    @RogersHelps has been terrible throughout the pandemic. Early on they said they weren't sending ppl into buildings but I just lived with subpar internet for the last few months. But it's gotten intolerable again, 2.5 hours on the phone, Rogers still hasn't hired more CSR

    @Rogers good afternoon I just received my new iPhone 12 pro max last week.. I can never hear my incoming calls once I answer the phone. But if I call the person back it works fine. Any ideas? Thanks

    @RogersHelps I’m 48 and have been with Rogers since my early 20’s. Just finished a 2 year loyalty plan. Want to keep same plan but told only option for same service is to pay much more. Going to lose me as a customer. 😕

    @RogersHelps Fix your damn servers. People are working from home now so get your **** together. WE CAN’T WORK IF THE DAMN INTERNET IS GOING DOWN EVERY WEEKDAY!
