@RogersHelps you should really work on your IVR system and train your customer service team. Just spent 30 mins getting transferred from department to department for something as simple as moving services. And at the end of it, I could not even ask for a call back!

Total waste of time over two weekend trying to get something extremely simple done with @Rogers. More than 3.5 hours spent on the phone and chat so far and nothing done yet. Total #rogers #customerexperience fail.

@Rogers might have the worst ******* internet in all of Canada. Charge you 2× as much as any other company and cant stay connected for ****, lagging all the time. Never have any support that helps. Just a garbage company @Bell gonna be getting my service moving forward

the period. During 1 month period, I never used the service as I already subscribed for a service from Bell. At the beginning of January, I received a return label but I was unable to send the equipment by Jan 20th. Meanwhile, @Rogers sent me a bill for the cancelled service.

@MetCapLivingMgt 3rd power outage for hours within the last 7 days in freezing cold in the middle of downtown at 201 Sherbourne St. Building management couldn't care less. The first power outage has also messed up the @Rogers cable connection for all units, so crappy internet.

the terrible customer experience that you may receive at @RogersBiz . Besides connectivity issues, the service level is definitely not up to the standards of a Canadian company. Think twice before getting any service from Rogers
