    @RogersHelps your streaming service is so bad. I have tried 3 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge), and it still buffers every few seconds and freezes for minutes at a time. What's the deal?

    @rohan__singh1 @RogersHelps If your at the office or home.... use wifi calling. A great temp solution and you can make/receive calls. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

    @RogersHelps stop sending these cliche replies (our team is working quickly.....).... just update customers of the exact problem and ETR. we need to know what has happened and when you think it will be fixed. you can not keep saying "we are working..." !!!
