@RogersHelps Tech went to the wrong adrs and now they won't send one here. I'm on phone /w tech who is again "testing" things to find issue. So far he can't see one & reassures me it's not an issue of belief...Guess we'll see what he concludes. No tech unless they find an issue apparently. 🙃

@RogersHelps @briangoff We get that service has been interrupted. The questions are as follows: When will it come back? Why does this seem to happen more oft then not? Why am I paying an over the top rate for services that are not very good to begin with?
