@RogersHelps problem began Dec 23, call in, no resolution, call again, run around, blown off. MESSAGE RECEIVED LOUD AND CLEAR: ROGERS DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT CUSTOMERS.

@Rogers it is mind boggling that a communications company is so lousy at communicating. It's jaw dropping that 13 days after initial call - still no resolution. Conclusion: Rogers is disdainful of their clients.
