We've been told it could be an issue with the modem and that nobody can come till Monday. My husband and I both work from home. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

It is not a problem with my TV, but is a problem with the Ignite app on my devices (computer/ ipad). Anyway you can help?

Not sure why Rogers TV techs don’t have the complete buffet of Rogers channels as long as they continue to work at home but they seem to be limited to what they can see! They are all polite & do the routine tests but the problem may be from Seattle broadcaster!
