@RogersHelps I thought we were all getting a credit on our bills for not having service for so long. I have no credit on my bill.

  • PaintingitrealA paintingreal (@PaintingitrealA) reported

@RogersHelps Hi do you have sales representatives pretending to be customer service representatives answering your phones?

  • jfaldas J (@jfaldas) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps Another week, another outage. This company is so trash. I called in and the girl told me to get a business line or use my phone to access the internet. The provider is you, how the hell will I get online if your system is down. Trash 30b dollar company.

@RogersHelps Internet speeds are absolutely terrible today at my home (Rogers Ignite). I pay for 500 mbps download and I’m getting 20-40. Very frustrating. Really ridiculous how unreliable your services have been this month. I cannot recommend your services to anyone currently.

@mmofcan @rogershelp @Rogers Rogers and Bell are prime examples of why Canada needs more competition- one is as bad as the other!

  • Mamacita_05 05 (@Mamacita_05) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps Where is my credit on my bill for the loss of internet?! My new bill just got posted and yall not owning up to people losing days of work due to your calculated “outage”. #rogersoutage #refund #CustomerService

  • JordanX_97 Jordan (@JordanX_97) reported

Love it how @Rogers thinks that we are going to pay our bills this month after this mass bs outage, not paying a dime 👎🏻

  • dskene D Skene (@dskene) reported

@Rogers That’s fantastic. Thanks for the clarification. Although one does wonder why they weren’t simply applied to all accounts shortly after the announcement. Is there a reason that customers have to wait TWO billing cycles AFTER the network failure and subsequent announcement?

@mmofcan @rogershelp @Rogers Well we did the reverse and have had no real problems. Bell service has been solid.

  • PaintingitrealA paintingreal (@PaintingitrealA) reported

@RogersHelps The initial customer service rep was rude & only interested in up selling. I’m already paying over $250.00 a month for internet & basic tv when I ask for my call to be escalated that service rep disconnected the call, I call back 2x asked about Oop then waited on hold for 1 hour
