Daisy E. Birch (@DaisyBirch59) reportedSo I was part of internet outage that affected parts of Ottawa. @Rogers claimed the outage was due to vandalism. I called the Rogers 800 number and was greeted by an AI chatbot. Rogers has laid off 900-1000 employees and are now using AI. Not cool.

Jenny Muzik (@jennysmuzik) reportedDealing with you is soo frustrating! Got new packages that are all mixed up creating errors in billing. Phone lines or chat takes hours! How is this considered customer service. Not all things can be self serve!!! Hire up! @Rogers

nacef karim (@nacef_karim) reportedWaited 2hours 08 minutes to get help from @Rogers, no answer and the call was disconnected. Wouaw, no words to describe the experience!!!!!!!!

Axel (@AX0G0) reported@Rogers, on hold for 2 hours. Get through to a "customer support specialist" on hold for another hour. The phone then starts ringing and sends me to the rural rogers department. I'm in a wheelchair without a phone. I moved and am trying to setup my services. Awful #Toronto

Cameron (@Cameron_wx) reported@RogersHelps How are you confident the FOURTH technician sent will resolve this when he first three could not? They said it was a line issue that needs to be fixed but rogers won't book a person to bury a new line. And what do I do about no internet all weekend? What reimbursement will I get?

BookmarkMiner (@BookmarkMiner) reported@Rogers support is ******* atrocious
-
Simos (@CMAK_R) reported@Rogers your AI phone response system is incredibly frustrating to get help. Rather than making more efficient and quicker it’s become a method of torture for anyone that needs to get a hold of a Custer service rep for assistance. Your system sucks and go back to real humans.

Cheryl (@CCintoronto) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers Does anyone answer your support line ever?

Nazmo (@MichiganCanuck1) reported@HockeyPatrol I would love to see Amazon take over hockey coverage in Canada. **** @Rogers @Sportsnet
