Oh @TELUSsupport the crappiest network in Canada. Can't wait to move to @RogersBiz when this contract is done 🤬

  • DanM03543546 Dan M (@DanM03543546) reported

@RogersHelps so last month you over charged me because of an error made by your staff during an account change, and instead of giving me a credit and returning me to normal billing, this month you charge me double the incorrect amount. ******** ARE YOU CLOWNS DOING?

  • cagg123 Susannecaggianello (@cagg123) reported

@RogersHelps Like I said ! I never made a call as my cell phone data was off

@Rogers Very unhappy about 29% increase internet for same service. Canadians have most expensive internet and cell services on planet Earth. Please fix this @JustinTrudeau #ripoff #crtc @JustinTrudeau

  • Czech_Boy DK DOODLΞS 🇨🇿 (@Czech_Boy) reported

Dear @Rogers, Why the F am I wasting my time on hold 4 over an hour to fix a billing mistake you said would be fixed when I signed up? Funny how when I go to sign up to your services I get through right away, but when I want to bring up a simple billing issue it's a 1hr wait.

  • cagg123 Susannecaggianello (@cagg123) reported

@Rogers why do you charge your customers for cell phone data when I’ve never used it for the duration of my trip #i need a refund .

  • ghostinthenet Jody Lemoine 🇨🇦 (@ghostinthenet) reported

Well done @Rogers. If you need to replace CPE at a customer’s remote location, you do •not• change the assigned static address and call the job done. That’s not restoring the service. That’s •changing• the service. Big difference.

  • nocutmydriveway I’M WORTHY (@nocutmydriveway) reported

@RogersHelps why is your name Rogers helps when you have not helped me at all? What is the point of this twitter if all you say is message me on dm then when I message you you tell me to call in. When I call I have to wait hours and they are rude to me. Please resolve my issue

@NunoMAguiar @gmbutts @Rogers No, that's not what I said. I agree with you that we pay far too much for telecom. What I had an issue with was inviting US companies into CAN. I would prefer to deal with the issue via bills in parliament.
