    I used to consult with companies like @Rogers on how to avoid exactly what happened yesterday. The likelihood that the whole thing was caused by a perfect storm of bad communication, understaffing, shallow risk assessment, and lack of expertise is very high.

    @AboutRogers @RogersBiz Nothing restored in south Mississauga. No internet, ignite tv or home security. Hope we don’t have an issue as insurance requires coverage. Looks like we need to move all services to 3 different companies. Currently a 3 hour wait time on their phone line. Pay over $300 a month

    @RogersHelps so while services are back cable is poor. Picture constantly freezes and sound cuts out. Is this due to the ongoing network issues or just isolated to our location?

    @vote4robgill @merry123459 @Rogers i’m NOT a rogers customer and this outage cost me about 2hrs of time at work, and $40 in groceries. this outage impacted more non-rogers customers than rogers customers.

    @RogersHelps my Ignite TV is down (possibly related to the whole debacle yesterday?) But was working this morning. I'm getting error code XRE 03137.
