17 hours without the wifi and cable that we pay @rogers for. We saw the trucks in the neighbourhood BEFORE the outage so it seems likely this was caused by them and still not fixed. Seems unlikely that they worked through the night also, still no word on a discount.

Just so fed up with billing scam at @Rogers, especially as a long term loyal customer (since 1990). Bundle of internet, TV, home phone up for renewal, no additional services, yet they try to bump fees by 18%. Not to mention 3 wireless phones on plan. Oh, and try to escalate?...
