    @Rogers You just increased $3.+ for phone $3+for internet and $3+ for cable TV. How is this not price gouging? During a pandemic where everyone lockdown seniors, disabled limited income. $10. increase in services? Rogers never gave us a break one iota.

    @RogersHelps I need help

    @Apashe_Music @Rogers So in Montreal, there's this "new" (probably like 3 years old by now) service provider that (as far as I'm aware) allows you to gift data to others, has low rates (8GB data for $48) with data rollover (what you don't use one month gets added to the next), etc...

  • nvonlanthen natalie vonlanthen (@nvonlanthen) reported

    @RogersHelps If you responded as quickly on your live "customer service" chat or phone as you did on public social media maybe I wouldn't feel so hosed.

  • jhndryl John Daryl (@jhndryl) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @RogersHelps Guys i need your help! @RogersHelps

  • RiggedJasn Rigged Jasn (@RiggedJasn) reported

    @Apashe_Music @Rogers But Rogers definitely was one of the worst companies my parents ever went with. I never used Fizz though, I have Videotron though.

  • OverlordMarie Marie Porter 🇨🇦 (@OverlordMarie) reported

    Shout out to Stephen (Steven?) At @Rogers wireless Burlington mall. Not only did he get us hooked up with a tablet for *nothing*, but he also helpfully informed us that Battlestar Galactica is streaming on Prime. Made our crappy day a lot better. DAMN FINE customer service!

  • KadiKaljuste Kadi Kaljuste (@KadiKaljuste) reported

    @RogersHelps don’t seem to have any internet service - wifi or television. Please advise.

  • DrSneks Dr. Sneks (@DrSneks) reported

    @RogersHelps Can you please fix these downtimes? I can't stay in my classes for more than 5 minutes before having my internet just die on me again. And it's been happening for over an hour!

  • TheKarltopia Karl Zenith Nieva (@TheKarltopia) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

    @RogersHelps This was pathetic. I'm pretty bad about this. With all the technology that you guys advertise, the fact that you don't have a Call Back option is mind boggling.
