    @RogersHelps I already contacted your customer service who said to get a lawyer. This is not how you do business considering someone said they would pay the balance owing. That’s on Rogers not the customer for next steps.

    Please PLEASE fix the internet consistency @RogersHelps! I need it to take phone calls and it keeps cutting down on and off! I do NOT have time to DM. This has been recurrent since an outage on Monday, so it must be an issue in the neighborhood. Postal code M4K 2H1

    @rogers ... worst customer service EVER! I've spent almost SIX hours on the phone with them over the last two days. They are the epitome of Conway's Law. Who do I send my invoice to for the service I'm providing of "Wasting my time!"

    @RogersHelps outage Kingston Rd and Victoria Park any ETA? No productivity. Will Rogers reimburse for the time down? My daughter was to be on a virtual grad act that cost us $15 but she can't participate now.
