    @TheHenday @RogersBiz @NanoMoi They have your money and SkyDome. They have it all. I still remember the quality of service when Rogers was growing and buying out "local" cable companies and Cantel... Was even less bad when Shaw was in Scarborough. I knew when Internet goes out because I spent my life on IRC

    @RogersBiz Meanwhile in my area Rogers can’t even get a cellular data in fact of four phone calls I’ve made to rogers technical support in the last two weeks all four calls have dropped and no one had the ***** to call me back. Your tech-support and your issues with networks is pitiful.

    I know y'all at @RogersHelps are having a rough few weeks but when a customer contacts you for help with an issue and your service agent is more interested in upselling new services than solving the problem it doesn't do anyone any favours.
