@RogersHelps Maybe the offers should be the same for every customer. Wouldn’t that be novel. Hard to understand why my price went up $40 dollars a month for the exact same service. Looks like the goal is to push me to the more expensive Ignite. No thanks.

Thanks for nothing @Rogers. Yesterday I was on hold for literally AN HOUR trying to fix a problem you created. Now I have no flicking internet at all. For this crap, you extort several hundreds of $$$ every month. Meantime, I can't work.
