    @INTERAC You seriously need to get options in place so this doesn’t happen the next time @Rogers goes down. You shouldn’t be routing through one company.

    @chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers Yes, it happens for an hour or two, not for more than a day. My wireless connection is still down. I’m lucky I can work offline. But think about those whose lives and businesses are damaged because of this strange outage. It was not a natural disaster. It could be avoided.

    @LadyEvalle @RogersHelps It's been 2 days now. Thats like going to the store and paying for something and then being told they will let you know when you can get what you paid for. Some of us work online and Xplornet has been down simultaneously. If we are late on our payments they do not have patien
