I spent over an hour in a chat session with @RogersHelps; tech was booked and went immediately to dad's nursing home. He refused to be swabbed for mandatory COVID test and left without investigating or fixing the problem. What gives? #nohelpatall #mightaswellcancel #worstservice

@RogersBiz Last month on 24th I purchased a plan with Rogers for iPhone13 Pro Max. And a network. First I received the product with a delay which is fine due to backlog now after two weeks I am told to clear a over credit of 449 CAD to continue with services. Just within 2 weeks.
