    @Rogers I had the worst service from a rep who was absolutely carefree and condescending. On the contrary a rep named Deepak made up for her short comings 100x times over. Ive been a customer since 2018

    @RogersHelps interestingly I have just spent the last 1/2 hour going back and forth with Kevin on DM and he literally came back to me with " I see you have an appt booked for Friday" which is what my original tweet said! unacceptable @RogersHelps which should be @rogers doesn't help!

    @RogersHelps Can you fix an new and ongoing issue? I'm getting calls from peope saying they're getting those robo calls from CRA but it's my number being spoofed/call displayed. This is absolutely #annoying

    Internet outage and @rogers claims they can't fix it until Friday! 3 work from home + 2 students unable to work!

    @RogersHelps I signed up for FTTP two years ago, and I still don't have the service. When I called the Ignite Fibre number 4 AprilI was told my city was deploying finally. My address wasn't in the system however. Told to call back in a month. Still don't have FTTP.
