@theywadd @AboutRogers @Rogers I mean, divide your monthly plan by 30 days in a month and that's the credit you'll get back. It's not a lot, granted, but it's the least they can do. They'll never credit you back for more than what you're owed.

@RogersHelps It's amazing how all we get is an apology. Meanwhile we pay crazy fees for your intermittent service. I lost appointments and opportunities because of your incapable ability to fix your problems.......but I'm sure there will be another price increase very soon to pay your techs

@Canadian_mom73 @RogersHelps I'm just waiting for Rogers to bring up this outage as justification for why they should be allowed to monopolize and buy Shaw. If that happens, then we will know how deep the corruption goes...
