    @RogersHelps road construction has cut service to multiple houses on our street including my elderly neighbours. What is the fastest way to get multiple houses serviced? There is a technician onsite right now for my house but he indicates there is no way to service anyone else.

    @RogersHelps your technician just left our property without confirming that our internet issues were resolved. We are still unable to connect to the internet.

    One hour and 45 minutes later someone from Customer Care is finally on the line. I have to start all over again with him. Ask me how much I hate @Rogers ... go ahead, ask me. 🤬

    @RogersHelps Hi Rogers, can you explain this? Our office number is still showing previous business caller id after 4 years of us getting the number. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups, we have not got any resolution. What kind of business do you run?
