    @Rogers what happened to your customer service? 20 year customer here and I cant reach anyone for help, you hang up saying youre busy and every chat disconnects. How am I supposed to get help? Ombudsman info please

    @MacDoug1 So wow, just poor customer service! So what can you do against the collection agency?? Never again using @Rogers internet or mobile. Bad enough using satellite Although they have improved the picture quality.

    @RogersHelps I have no home internet or TV and my cellular service is working at a snails pace. Pretending the problem doesn’t exist is not the answer. Bathurst and Eglinton area.

    @RogersHelps For about half hr at home I had no service. Switched from 5G to LTE, still no service. Tried 5G, no service The only time ppl can hear me on a call is if I go outside. What am I paying for?

    @kennethdavid @Rogers It's so bad. 4 hours today on hold/calls with them. Had to dial in 3 times. I think I finally found someone that knows how to do this... but we'll see if he can move the shaw emails to the rogers account he just created.
