    @RogersHelps Never take Rogers Internet connection. They are biggest chitter, when you will take connection they will say there is no contract, but when you will disconnect they will say there was verbal contract and you need to pay cancelation charges. biggest chitter company

    @Rogers Can’t believe that in 2022 and after the very recent #Rogersoutage debacle, Rogers still does NOT prioritize their customers. My Ignite TV and internet is down and a technician can only come on Saturday (>48 hrs after) to check the issue!

    @Rogers bell cut our internet today while putting in fiber, and your customer service are telling me they can't get out here for 3-5 days? My wife and I both work from home and we're totally screwed. Isn't there anything you can do to help us?

    @RogersHelps Your MasterCard service is atrocious. I was sent a letter asking me to call customer service, and now that I have, I've been left on hold for 20 minutes. What's the point in that? Why am I waiting for someone to tell me why I'm calling at all?
