Hey @RogersHelps - I can't use my cellphone; can't call out; can't take calls. I've tried both to call you on a land line and use live chat - and both told me they're too busy and I need to call back later! Is that the kind of service I get for paying +$500 a month?

Concentration of power can cripple the system, today @Rogers went dark on all cellphone services without acknowledgement. More than 7 hours of no calls, texts or maps. Never experienced such an irresponsible behavior from a communications company before.

@balauniquely @RogersHelps Change your phone's network setting to be GSM Only. That worked for me and I'm now able to make calls. When the issue is resolved, don't forget to change the setting back.

@scaramouche_00 @RogersHelps Temporarily change your network settings to GSM Only. That worked for me and I can make calls. The issue seems to affect LTE.
