    @RogersHelps Has Rogers given a timeline? I get it, service can go down, but customers need to know timelines in order to plan. Our entire team across Canada is on Rogers cellular...we need a timeline.

    @RogersHelps How are you continuing to provide updates? You haven't provided one update other than to acknowledge that there's an outage (and you weren't even honest about that outage... It's not intermittent and seems to be impacting basically your whole network)

    @RogersHelps No it is not some it is all of your customers, without WiFi (from different providers) we wouldn't even be able to tweet here. Good luck Rogers I sure hope you're ready to reimburse your customers with a few free months of service.
