@RogersHelps very frustrating today, looking so forward to having upgraded to a 4K nextbox, and over 3 hours on the phone with 3 different tech analysts without resolution. Box never got out of 8888. A Lemmon I was told. Could I please get a new box on x mas?

Thank you @RogersHelps for same day fixes of wifi and phone problems on Christmas Eve. Still more to do, so they’ll be back #BoxingDay. But for now, everything’s working. Appreciated the good customer service.

@Rogers 'Most reliable' has to be a joke. I switched to bell in 6 months. Rogers internet was always down for whatever reason in Toronto downtown area. Too many outages, horrible customer service.
