@tonytanti1 @RogersHelps Last time they gave me a $0.81 credit for a 12 hour outage... don’t expect them to do much for you unfortunately.

  • only_domscar Domscar (@only_domscar) reported

@kabalguy @RogersHelps Hey fat ********* , how about you go for a walk instead of telling others what to do and ****. Unfortunately people need phone for interviews appointments and such more especially during a pandemic. Go sweat lol you need it

  • Mwistar Mwiwa (@Mwistar) reported

At this point, I'm beginning to think that the @Rogers thing is a hack. No proof except the length of outage. Engineering updates may not always be easy to roll back but there always is a plan.

  • Ricard0Rodrig0 Ricardo Rodrigo (@Ricard0Rodrig0) reported

@RogersHelps I just called your customer line to ask what kind of compensation is going to be given as a result of this MAYOR inconvenience. This situation has been going for MANY hours, enough hours for your management to figure out how to fix it and COMPENSATE us. #nophone #nodata service.

  • Kevi559 K.C.E (@Kevi559) reported

@RogersHelps Honestly no service since 9 am 🙄

  • Pungulation Brian Sousa (@Pungulation) reported

@bpryde @RogersHelps It happens far too often with rogers, that's the problem.

  • freetofish1 freetofish (@freetofish1) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo Come on Rogers, get your **** together! You are costing me money in lost business! I’ll be taking it off my next payment.

  • MarcusDrew2016 Marcus Drew (@MarcusDrew2016) reported

@Rogers @ThatOldGoth Intermittent issue would be no more than 30 minutes, we are now looking at over 12 hours of a complete outage. Inexcusable! #rogers #rogersdown #crtc

  • robbythomas63 Robby Thomas (@robbythomas63) reported

Hey @Rogers it’s absolutely bananas that you guys have replied to all these peoples concerns on connectivity and not said a single word about reimbursement for being down when asked. That’s like a really bad look for a tech corporation that makes like a gazillion dollars a year

  • drvadgers1980 Dr. Steve Vadgers 🇨🇦 & 🇺🇲 (@drvadgers1980) reported

@RogersHelps @ardito_david Funny how there is never a delay on the bill arriving at our houses. Probably time to allow T-mobile and Verizon into Canada. Competition will bring our bills way down.
