    @RogersHelps Since changing my plan, I’ve experienced intermittent delays receiving SMS messages on my line and other lines on my account. Please check for any provisioning issues related to the plan change and, if needed, escalate for further investigation.

    @RogersHelps I've done that. When I was on hold it said in he automated voice to go see your closet store. Also it's not all about my bill it's several problems I'm having with Roger's

    @LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @RogersHelps Tried the online chat with Brother Printers and they were useless. Certain types of support needed to be provided in different manners. Glad Rogers could help you. I had to dump them for lack of coverage in rural Alberta.
