    @Rogers This looks from a customer perspective that, this is another cover up from Rogers, and not admitting about the lack of consistent and, reliable service. A refund for lost services is required.

    @Rogers U guys are useless! Cncld service in Nov, returned equip & still billing me!! Spoke to rep, was told that equip has not been delvrd by CP yet. I'll get confirmation when it does & I have to call you to get credit WTF!! That is your job! Who do I send invoice for my time?

    @Rogers Called your technical support this am, regarding ignite modem down. Got a major run around with the obvious questions. I told the rep several times that I did all the checks. I was told there were no interruptions in service in our area which, I later found the was.

    Hey, @Rogers, another note to say you unbelievably SUCK. Thanks for your customer service guy trying to upsell me and spout BS about "guidelines" while refusing to send out a technician to SOLVE the problem. WHAT ARE YOU GOOD FOR? Again, why shouldn't people dump you for Bell?
