    On my 4th department and 2hrs on the phone to fix an issue that wasn’t even mine - don’t charge someone and send them to collections when you sent them an email confirming receipt of the equipment ….@RogersHelps oh Happy family day weekend!

    I gotta say @Rogers / @RogersHelps ... your call-in service people need more training. Now on for over 2hrs and 4 transfers, and all that has happened is you BROKE features. And I am now on hold for a 5th time to another department. This is ridiculous.

    @RogersHelps What is going on with your PVR service???? Can’t watch a single recorded program without it stopping multiple times with “sorry we ran into a problem” ??? Last week now …. When are you going to fix? #TiredofpayingforGarbage

    @RogersHelps My PVR keeps stopping, message is: 'Sorry, we ran into a problem' This recording isn't available right now. Please try again later' This is happening repeatedly (as in multiple times/day). Defeats the purpose of having a PVR if you can't count on seeing the program.

    @RogersHelps Issues with service again! In Uxbridge, ON. Internet stalls and TV stops and screen goes black! Rebooted and etc… all of the normal troubleshooting issues, but nada. This has been ongoing since early yesterday afternoon. Seriously done with Rogers!

    'Principle' is a serious thing. Oftentimes, we hold on to a blind sense of loyalty to companies who do not care about clients and we pay them an arm and a leg to treat us like garbage. Your days getting my money are officially numbered @Rogers #wicked #rogers
