@Rogers. I only just got my service back. Has been off all day.I read it was “intermittent” & mainly out East. I’m in AB?R u going to be transparent about what happened?

  • Manny1235813 Manny (@Manny1235813) reported

@RogersHelps **** you @Rogers, this is unacceptable. You better give everyone a discount after you clean up your mess!!

  • keithwattsradio Keith Watts (@keithwattsradio) reported from Welland, Ontario

Oh, boy, is this @Rogers and @Fidomobile outage ever going to make it into my radio show on Thursday. Nothing should take almost 24 hours to fix when it comes to a wireless network.#fidodown #rogersdown

  • xlittletalks Kash A Falling Star 🌠 (@xlittletalks) reported

Hey @Fidomobile @Rogers how do you plan to reimburse people for this outage? I may not make many phone calls but my dad's work relies on his phone and ???? Nothing???? all day ?????

  • Stubblejumper09 Suz (@Stubblejumper09) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo This is not “intermittent” when it’s been down all day. Dismal attempts on keeping the masses updated on restoration progress. Your website update is embarrassing. What are the chances our bills are going to reflect a credit to our business revenues lost today?

  • kevrevrun Kevin Revelle (@kevrevrun) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps @Rogers needs to issue a statement. Everyone needs to bombard Rogers with call, tweets messages until they answer. Contact the CRTC your MPP and MPs this should not be happening. This company has a responsibility to issue a statement to its paying customers. #rogersoutage

  • itjeepguy Big Al (@itjeepguy) reported

@RogersHelps A major system outage wether it be cell and/or Internet seems to be an annual thing with Rogers. Seeing as Rogers never seems to miss billing their customers, fully expect some sort of compensation for non-delivered services.

  • rainbow_amanda Amanda Leliever (@rainbow_amanda) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps @Fidomobile #rogersdown #rogersoutage all the customer service reps deserve a few drinks once this gets sorted out. Please remember that it's not their fault, they are working from home & having issues themselves. Remember 2 b kind, even tho it's frustrating

  • rodleland Rod Leland (@rodleland) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Can you please pass on to your comms staff and operations staff that this level of communication (almost none) about outage causes and timelines is completely inexcusable for this scale of event. "Status: Ongoing" is on a forum post is wholly inadequate.

  • yangontar1980 David A (@yangontar1980) reported

@rcmayer13 @Rogers @RogersHelps Well, if we have over our download limit, we have to pay. Then it's fair when service is downtime of 6 to 12 hours = 1 day cost of pay service each day.
