@Bob_Allan1 @AboutRogers @Rogers I had Rogers Legacy, went to Ignite and back to Legacy in 15 days. Having Bell home Phone on their legacy LAN allows you phone to work even in an electrical outage.👍 The legacy doesn't allow home phone to work in an outage at all. WIFI runs the home phone on Ignite. 👎

@RogersHelps Our internet is out still. I share a house with other people. The outage not only disrupted our tv computer and so on What about those users not on Rogers who rely on wifi that's not there. Now I am burning up $$ and data usage from my own carrier. Who is going to pay that.

@RogersHelps, it's been 6+ days of no Internet service for me. Next time, if your #GPON service is not ready for prime time, don't force ppl to upgrade as I'm now out of service because of the upgrade. Old #RFoG service worked just fine before.

Oh look another 9 paragraph email from @Rogers where they outline no actionable plan to prevent mass network outages or identify the root cause of said outage. But don't worry, they know what they did was unacceptable. Just like the rest of us Canadians.

@RogersHelps Hi Rogers. Thanks for the message. I haven't had any issues today, for the 1st day, but apparently you've been sending emails to customers about the issue and I haven't received a single one. How is it I'm not getting those emails? You email when my bills are ready.
