    @RogersHelps No thank you. The account holder (landlord & owner of equipment) has already spent 20+ hrs on the phone this week w your "technical help" dept. Spoiler alert : no help was found. The SINGULAR issue is that you refuse to adequately maintain your own equipment.

    @RogersHelps People should avoid the ignite product, you don't honour it. You might get service, or you might not. You might get nothing like we did, but hours and hours of endless phone calls dealing with a company that refuses to honour the agreement date. I cannot wait for the bill..lol

    @RogersHelps lied. I didn’t get no credit for the service interruption that happened last month. Now your Ignite TV keeps cutting in and out. Why is your company like this? I want my credit and get it together with your Ignite tv crap

    @RogersHelps @Rogers So now im being told that they will have another tech reach out to me. The same thing i was told yesterday. What so they can text me again to call back to the support centre and be put on hold again. 9 people i have spoken to and my internet still is awful.

    Just spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone with @Rogers trying to help my daughter get internet as she moves out of res and into her first apt. Her IT job starts Mon, summer classes on Tues. No internet wasn't an option. I had to escalated it, but Gustavo, the mgr in Montreal, was 👍!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers (1/2) 2 days, 7 reps, 3 hours on hold, still stuck with internet that doesn't work. Told tech will call, then get a text to call back if O have problems still. Placed on hold for an hour and told can't do anything because i can't fill out an online form
