@Rogers Hey Rogers—how is it taking over 2 hours with your reps just to transfer a number from one Rogers plan to another Rogers plan? You should set the expectation with customers from the get go that they should cancel their plans for the day to get anything done with you.

@Rogers I just got off the phone with your customer care department and was shocked by the lack of empathy and service. I've been a Rogers customer for >15 years and the only way I can get on a loyalty plan is if *I pay you* $800 to get out of my current contract?! #ridiculous
