    @Rogers @RogersHelps Our home internet in Port Credit, Mississauga is completely dead — no loading, no surfing on any device. After 40+ min wait, your agent says “it’s working on our end, not our problem.” What kind of customer service is this? Absolutely pathetic support!

    @RogersHelps That’s the problem, outage was never listed on your website even though my app said there was an outage in my area. You guys need to do a better job of communicating - can’t direct people to a website that doesn’t offer any insight.

    @RogersHelps @TheKarltopia Rogers used to have a callback option -it was very convenient but it was discontinued a little while ago. Too bad.

    @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.
