@RogersHelps Is @Rogers going to tell customers WHY there was an outage? The lack of transparency is really frustrating...but I'm not really surprised nothing is being said.

  • FWKraut willnot (@FWKraut) reported

@5L4P57R4 @RogersHelps Bet you they were all dependant on Rogers service to communicate amongst themselves

@MorbydWytch @TinaCinBarrie @RogersHelps I work in the industry - it's a story I expect to hear many times in the coming days. Insurance is one thing, but it won't cover the long term reputational loss - just one bad day can lose customers for life. Every business needs to make that decision, one way or another.

  • BeastPolitic Beast of Your Problems (@BeastPolitic) reported

@Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps Plenty of 2nd order effects of losing service.

  • DallasStarFan72 Dallas Fan 72 (@DallasStarFan72) reported

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers Are you for real? Yes we can do without internet service but phone service, absolutely not. For people who have elderly family members and can't just jump in a car to go see if they are alright, this is totally inexcusable for the amount of money we pay for these services.

@_danielnieto @ruffoloj @Rogers Ditto. I was 'up' yesterday. It was effing expensive because my data isn't cheap on the backup, but I was up. But CRA was saying 2-factor not working and no interact meant my redundant system didn't keep me fully 'up.' The gov't has some 'splainin' to do.

@scottdagostino @Rogers Using a slur against a large group of people because you are mad at a corporation makes you look least as bad as @Rogers.

@THEREELBROW @RogersHelps Ur an idiot shut up,

  • AntToronto Ant (@AntToronto) reported

@RogersHelps WIFI NOT WORKING MIDTOWN TORONTO

@RogersHelps Well, it seems I also belong to a minority here, in this case a Rogers’ INVISIBLE minority? (Or maybe an IMBECILE minority, based on some Rogers supporters here?) Where’s my $200 bundle service? I can’t find it!!!
