    @RogersHelps The communications company said the outage is also affecting Fido customers. There is still no word on when service will be restored.

    @RogersHelps @charityjkeller @joshjimenez_ I’m on a chat with Rogers (I’m in Vancouver). All I got was: “It is a network issue that can affect either your calls, signal or both” And: “There is still no estimated time cor a resolution”

    @RogersHelps @Rogers 24 hours, I wonder if anyone tried to use their phone for an emergency and couldn't get through. Your companies expansive and all encompassing incompetence from the top to bottom is unforgivable and astounding, the oligopoly in Canadian phone services needs to end.
