    another @Rogers internet fiasco where they effectively ruined the internet in an entire city it seems. my ping is anywhere from 800-4800ms. every night at 8pm they dostuff to the lines for the past 2 weeks and today my internet is unusable. how can a major telecom be this bad?

    @RogersHelps hey guys. I called the biz line last week to upgrade my 3 biz lines all out of contract & she couldn’t help but said she’d call back once she got my acct fixed. That was a week ago. Can someone from the biz team help pls? If not I’m happy to check out @Bell_Support

    2-3 days after receiving the new nextbox from @Rogers, I received notice that I am responsible to mail old digital box back within 7 days. I received box on Dec 17, so I am required to make a priority of returning their broken equipment the week before Christmas. 2/2

    @RogersHelps I get scam calls after talking to your call center, whenever I choose a new phone number, or get support. Literally an hour after I'm getting scam calls. I don't get them until I call your centers. This has happened SO many times that's it's now obvious.

    Access to unlimited super-fast 5G is a game-changer. My hotspot is now faster & more reliable than my home internet (thanks @rogers and @bell) and I almost no longer need my home wifi network. Not keen on converting ownership to subscription but it feels like a life hack.

    @Rogers won’t allow me to remove tv channels via internet, have to call. So far 1 hour and 3 minutes on hold! Ridiculous! Time to end this working from home crap!!!! Worst service ever! My time is valuable as well!

    @RogersHelps hi , it’s really a pathetic service from roger and charging mdd de extra without providing the proof of message I made to USA. They have charged me $33 for this. I asked for details they say they don’t have the right to share. Sorry but till I get clarity I can’t pay
