@Rogers Wrong SALES tactics used by Rogers they moved me from Bell saying that technician bring wifi extender and it is free of cost. Tech advised to call sales, sales told me technical support can provide. After inst. TS says it cost monthly charges. I m going in circles.

@Rogers My super expensive Rogers Ignite internet just cut off again. I called technical support and they're saying that it is normal. Ridiculous!

And @Rogers shares a fair bit of blame here too. They've been sitting on their asses, taking as long as possible to respond to internal support tickets. They're responsible for at nearly half the time I've waited.

@RogersHelps Over 6 hours spent on the phone with you guys today to have two things done. Multiple reps who didn’t do their jobs properly and I’m *still* dealing with the issues. Please tell me why you guys are better than Bell again?
