    I spoke with a rep from @Rogers Customer **Retention** Services today who was rude, laughed & treated me like I was dumb, & at one point said, “I let you talk, now it’s your turn to let me talk.” I’ve been with Rogers for 13 yrs with MANY issues. Switching to @TELUS this week 👋

    Dear @rogers, can you explain why I can’t reach ANYONE from your customer service to make changes to my account and your terrible web platform will not let me make the changes myself? Called 3 times and had my call either dropped or transferred to closed dept. Terrible!!!

    @Rogers Worst provider...the worst customer service...no support. I have a case for almost a month. They know the issue and only got promises. Never go with Rogers

    @rogers Your Cable Internet service is terrible...and don't direct me to my ISP, their customer service is top notch. It's YOUR service that hasn't been working properly since Friday. This is unacceptable. Fix. Your. ****.
