@RogersHelps I just spoke to a telephone agent. We had a power outage after a hydro poll was snapped a couple of KM away. Prior to this the cable was fine.

Great job @RogersHelps! After over 20 years I will be buying out my contract and switching services. Today I received the worst customer service and the agent even disconnected from our conversation. Extremely unprofessional!!
