    @RogersBiz Have internet /tv/phone with Rogers & pay X amount a month. My plan came up for renewal, spoke to Rogers on Sunday; finalized the new pckg. I ask to change Mom's plan to the same as my plan; they can but the system was down on Sunday, so I have to call back. 1/2

    @RogersHelps This doesn’t even seem like a real response. It seems like a bot. Yes I am “frustrated”. The status of the outage isn’t my problem. I KNOW the status of the outage since IM EXPERIENCING IT. The issue is you guys not doing ANYTHING about it.

    @RogersHelps Internet, Brampton L6S area goes up and goes down at least since 8 o’clock this morning. I work in this cloud, this is not acceptable. I have rebooted my modem, no change.
