    @RogersHelps @Rogers Still having problems with my ignite box. Keeps freezing and losing sound. Can't even get have my channels. This is ridiculous. Trying to watch anything is a pain.

    @RogersHelps is there any eta on when you’ll restore home internet? You’re update says that you’re mostly restored services. I’ve trying to access your help desk to get help to restore my home internet. It appears as if you disabled it.

    @RogersHelps MyRogers is showing no outage at my location, internet still out; my wife and I have tried to contact you by live chat multiple times, and by calling in. One call we were hung up on after one hour, and the second your service was so overloaded that you weren’t accepting calls.
