    @charityjkeller @W0nd3rsi3st3r @RogersHelps First, you would have to call in to report the outage, and then call back when it is restored so that it is documented on your account. Do you want to waste 3-4 hours on hold for maybe $2-3??

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Who’s gonna cover the financial loss of people whose jobs rely on their phones?! Will @Rogers ever compensate its customers for this huge inconvenience?! If I pay my bill 1 day late, I gotta pay late payment fee! Are they gonna give credit for +12 hours of no service?!!!!!
