@mrmikeMTL @Rogers lol I get it, my plan was actually twofold because I know accidents happen so I got the new one as my emergency fix when my last phone crapped out, with the intention of also getting a used/refurb phone to buy some time on this plan and reduce the chances I destroy the new one

@RogersHelps My Ignite gigabit internet has now gone down 4 days in a row. And its taking an hour to get anyone on chat or on the phone.

For once I would like my @Rogers bill to match what an agent told me. Is that too much to ask? Think of all the money you’d save on customer service agents if you just did what you said you’d do. That money could go towards re-signing Ray and Semien #BlueJays
