@RogersHelps I keep reading that everything has been restored; that just isn’t accurate. Most TV channels not working and wifi is extremely weak. We aren’t alone based on neighborhood FB page. It’s been over 48 hours!

@RogersHelps Hi. Going on 48 hours now with no internet or cable. There was a 5 hour window with service but as of midnight, it all stopped again. I really need some answers. Two people working from home.

@lsedd @Rogers 💯 they are focused on the businesses they’d owe more money to. Rural Canadians will likely be the last fully restored. Still intermittent service here.

@RogersHelps Although cell and internet services have returned after Friday's outage, my Ignite tv service is still very glitchy - the image keeps freezing or dropping out and I can't access content I've recorded with the cloud PVR. When can we expect tv service to fully return?

@RogersHelps we are now entering day 3 with no internet, tv or home phone here in Markham Ontario. Please give the vast majority of customers who still don't have service an update on what the hell is going on and when it will be restored.
