    @RogersHelps I watch the same hockey game on an iPad streaming with NHL Live and at the same time on RDS on Rogers Ignite in the same room. Both are on the same wifi. So it is not a wifi problem. The latter glitches constantly today. The former is fine. Rogers has no quality monitoring.

    @RogersHelps Care to tell me why my ignite Tv, home phone, Wifi and Internet has gone down for entire neighborhood 2 weeks in a row at Buroak /16th Avenue in Markham? Ridiculous. Please fix. They can’t even tell us when it started or give estimate for restoration.

    @RogersHelps so frustrated - internet has been down for hours. Checked online “they’re aware of a problem in my area” . Can’t do my work/zoom meet,kids can’t do their school work. Is there a way to know approx how much longer until it’s back? Using up all my data to type this

    @Rogers They said they’re working on it and it will come back on its own like last weekend. The whole Bur Oak/16th Avenue Markham, ON are us out AGAIN. Sure makes me want to switch to Bell. Please escalate Neighborhood issue and make Rogers fully aware of how big.

    @Rogers Your Roam like home product is a scam. Got charged for 3 days when I used 1. After waiting for 25 minutes on hold after promising a 3-5 min wait if I didn't choose a call back, your representative MOZ managed to hang up on me. This from a communications company rep. NICE
