@glossyinc @RogersHelps It's pretty amazing the outage has gone on this long. Is it a cyber attack? Surely it can't just be some fried electronic components. I will literally have to Tweet the fire department if I have an emergency.

@Rogers This is a joke. Why can't you just tell us the issue that has us all without data for well over 14 hours? I hope there is a nationwide credit coming to everyone's bills for this so called "intermittent service interruption"

@CP24 I’m sure I’m not the first person to ask but I can’t help it. @Rogers, can you confirm that it’s plugged into a power source? Ok great. Now try unplugging it, wait 30 seconds then plug it back in.
