@Rogers Your wireless network is currently down since midnight in the Markham GTA region, others in Ontario have been reporting similar service interruptions. You need to address this in an announcement before your call centre gets bombarded with calls in the morning.

@RogersHelps got to love a communication company who can’t even communicate with its customers why they have had no cell service for 3 hours. I’m sure they will keep taking our money though. Just acknowledge there is an issue and inform your customers of a path forward!
