    @RogersHelps Still no solution. I just want to buy a phone and a plan. I'm already a customer (I've been a Rogers customer for 8 years). WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT??! I think I should stay with my previous phone provider. This sucks.

    @RogersHelps Its not only fault of ur service technician its ur company fault and telling lies , i just came to know that my service scheduled for 30th June. Thats pathetic service , first they trespassed my house now they are lying on my face.

    @RogersHelps mangers promised me to call at 2pm and never get a call, he told me he emailed to dispatch at 7am but at noon they didnt bother to reply even to manager. Liar Liar Liar... pathetic service.. shifting to Bell. @cityofhamilton
