I have tallied all calls and AI chats and there are such long queues that end with being cut off. It is despicable disrespect for your clients’ time and lives. Your CEO made $15.45 Million last yr. Mark Burdon (@mark_burdon) reported@RogersHelps my spouse was scammed by someone that had her account info, and she was convinced to order a phone and hand it over to a fraudster claiming to represent Rogers. Her existing device was black listed/blocked instead of the stolen device. Can't get help.
