Third consecutive day of service disruption from the provider that wants to absorb its biggest competitor. Good job @RogersHelps, maybe focus on the customers you DO have...while you still have them. #rogers #rogersoutage

@Rogers just had a terribly awkward conversation with one of your street sales reps. Wouldn't leave. Insulted me. Tried to sign me up without permission. Wouldn't leave. Had to ask him to get off my property. You're a terrible company. Do better.

@Rogers literally just wasted 50mins of my time on the call, which ended as ‘lower service for more money’ as the solution. You are losing your quality of service and competitiveness. Why would I continue to be a customer?

@RogersHelps Rogers Problem has been solved. Bell will have internet/TV/mobile installed before the weekend. We will finally have our internet and TV working again. Thanks again Rogers, for nothing.

@RogersHelps Please just take me and likely many others bothered by these calls off the list. Operational whatever you're paying this company, you're likely getting ripped off. Unless of course, the objective is to call and hang up on people. Please take these concerns to those responsible.

@RogersHelps I was a 30 year customer who switched to Bell because of Rogers outages and a deal made by Bell after they added Fibe in my area. Since switching, I've gotten 2 calls with deals asking to come back. Where were these deals when I was a customer? #rogers #barndoor

@RogersHelps @rdc789 I’m having the same issue in the same neighbourhood with no internet for the last 3 days, I swear other companies never have these many issues. Some of my other neighbours have Telus, they seem to never have an issue when I ask them… something to look into!

@RogersHelps Thanks, Rogers. The problem is, I already did that the last time I logged in, and now it's making me do the same thing. Am I going to have to go into my profile and re-disable every time I want to log into my account? Did you really provide no "close" button on that pop-up?
