@RogersHelps @Rogers You are a terrible tech company! Should be sent back to the late 1990s so that you can learn how to set up your back up routers properly...

  • LogozzoLiz LL (@LogozzoLiz) reported

@Rogers what would I have done if this happened and my hubby had his HA and I could not call for help he would have died and I would be suing you so your going to credit my account very nicely after 30 years with u I should not need to call fix this NOW

  • Ted_Gaisford Ted Gaisford (@Ted_Gaisford) reported

@RogersHelps I am close to Day 4 starting with no internet. How can you claim that there are only intermittent issues when it's been fully down. That's false and misleading #rogersoutage #CRTCeng

  • Coldest_North Cityslicx (@Coldest_North) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Nothing more frustrating than Rogers insisting most of their issues have been addressed and then going radio silent until the next day.

  • ampharan Ron (@ampharan) reported

@Rogers even with the massive failure Friday we are still experiencing glitches as many are in ignite TV. we will expect get a large credit for months, not just three days. PS we did all the proper resetting and still a fail.

  • tran_jeffrey Jeffrey Tran (@tran_jeffrey) reported

@RogersHelps Day 3 - some unusual internet behaviour on landline based internet e.g., some websites don’t load on Rogers Ignite Internet but do so over my cellular (other provider). Additional, Rogers Ignite TV sound Drops. @Rogers This is essentially a 3+ Day outage issue (spotty service)!

@RogersHelps What an asinine joke! Last nightmare they credited my account for ...$1.75 which outage cost me over $250. Then when you're a day late they threaten you and charge late charges 🙄

@The_Rad_Zone @Rogers Next time i ll SHUT Rogers down

@scottdagostino @RogersHelps I work in Telecom and yes, it feels like a bad upgrade. My Telecom friends were thinking to fix this they might of had to do it in person, no remote access, which extended the outage
