Michael Gallo (@galloots1313) reported@RogersHelps My bill was triple the amount. When I have unlimited data. I try calling Roger’s billing help, and everyday I wait on the phone for 4-5 hours and nobody ever picks up. How do you seriously do this to customers?

Calls claiming Visa charges, service denial telling people to speak to someone to resolve issues. This is unacceptable!!! @CRTCeng

A system where the high end talent automatically goes to the last placed team, simply rewards failure after failure. That should never be the case. Failure should never be the goal.

Also, my bill has gone up twice in the last year, with the lack of consistent service and no customer service help I demand a reduction in my bill
