@rogershelps service just went down again in the middle of my workday, twice in two days. You have no outage map at all. So much for making changes after the previous debacle. 🤬

@Thomas_Howden @RogersHelps Yup. Had mobile and home services with them for 15 years. Had Bell before that and recall being right torqued over something they did (I can’t recall anymore) something about slipping in a sneaky fee…. I recall thinking I’d never go back …

@RogersHelps Thanks for no help at all. Given run around by Rogers even through Twitter DM. Do you have another avenue you want me to try and fail?

@Rogers Considering senior management at Rogers has been incompetent since Ted died. I find this hard to swallow. Nobody there knows how their own network works.

@Rogers @RogersHelps is this new trend of reducing speeds for basic routers so everyone can switch to ignite plan? So done with the network now!!

@RogersHelps Hey!! Still not resolved! Spent 3 hours on the phone w/two technicians this morning. A ticket was sent at 10:30am, no response still. Good thing service employees are trained to get customers to hang up. Have a great weekend w/internet, Dana! I won’t! #DoBetter @RogersHelps
