@RogersHelps Today is the 5th day without the Rogers services. I spent 12+ hours speaking with Rogers customer care agents during last 5 days. They are all giving me hope without any action. Rogers have seized our connection 10 days before our moving to new home address and cannot fix it.

@alfweb2490 @RogersHelps Honestly I was a long time Rogers customer and made the switch to Telus mobility in 2018. Best decision I ever made. I have not had any issues between reception to customer service. Rogers for me has always been lacking customer service. They say they care, but do you really ?

@RogersHelps It is time to get rid of you. A customer for 20 years and just came back from Europe where paid almost 18/ dollars per day to keep my plan over there till I realized i can pay 30 Euros for a month to have unlimited phone and data plan with a new sim card!!Shame on you for ripping

@RogersHelps @HarsheenSays Looks like many users in the Sault Ste. Marie area are getting Roaming notifications and are being switched to US AT&T. Is Rogers cell service down in this area? Why the switch to a US carrier instead of Bell?
