🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers only Had their staff across Canada do customer service, but last year they laid off most of their staff and contracted out their jobs to 3rd world countries…. That’s why their customer service is horrible now

pXnEmerica (@pXnEmerica) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They used to, many companies used to. The standard for those centers was call time. So everyone basically had a manager behind them bickering at them to get the call time down. It becomes competition between teams who can get the call time down. The service standard dropped to nothing, people accepted it or in our case, have no reasonable alternatives due to the regulation of media and infrastructure in the country. Once people accepted it it was cheaper to outsource and automate.

Clayton Yates (@ClaytonYates17) reported@h_n_z @BenLypka @Rogers Rogers has pissed sports fans off at every possible turn over the past summer. There’s the bullshit price hikes for their ****** streaming service and getting rid of the radio stations in Calgary and Vancouver. Is there not something to be said about keeping customers happy?
-
Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported@Cdhd123 @Rogers She was finally able to assist me, but apparently not without her managers approval. Anyway, the issue is resolved to my satisfaction.
-
Iman (@RealKingiman) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers To answer your question when Roger’s/bell sees nobody wants to work a garbage job. You know what they do. They move there business to a foreign country where people will cause they don’t have any other option

OILanatude 🇨🇦 (@OILanatude) reported@Calgaryman1 @Rogers Hahaha I'm definitely considering it. The customer service today was awful.
