Gun Gnome (@GunGnome) reportedI don't know why @rogers is so terrible here in northern Alberta. At least once a week, my internet and phone will both become effectively unusable in spite of having strong 5G signal on both devices. I can make this post but it'll take several minutes, and I can't even watch TV.

Tyler Higgs 🇨🇦🌻 (@UberJumper) reportedAbsolutely ridiculous service from @rogers. Two plus hours on hold, 3 transfers, asked to dial a different line, transferred to a closed department and an hour and 50 minutes off and on hold. *still* not resolved. Last person at least tried to help!

Corey Herscu (@coreyherscu) reported@RogersHelps It hasn’t worked. Escalating complaint.
-
Thats The Play (@ThatsThePlay) reported@BenLypka @Rogers Absolutely no proof that this ****** schedule release video used any funds from closed down radio stations.
-
Dia Haddad (@Dia_Haddad) reported@RogersHelps Like I said there was an issue last month and now there is an issue this month. I am trying to call you guys and you guys never answer the phone so now I am waiting in a live chat queue. It is not my responsibility to contact you guys every month to fix this. I am extremely mad

T (@Krommsan) reported@GunGnome @Rogers Drop your phone back down to LTE. Better data frequency rates at a distance vs 5G.
-
Lee (@ThreeStarPet) reported@RogersHelps I figured it was a scam since the email and text message they promised never materialized! Thanks!
-
Rich (@GRichM77) reported@RogersHelps they responded today, after 3 weeks of no contact, with this : After reviewing your request, we have determined that your device is not compatible with our network. To continue using our services, you may need to upgrade to a compatible device. - it's the device that chatr sold

Gun Gnome (@GunGnome) reported@LukeCharbonnea4 @Rogers Kinda ****. Not sure what it's advertised at but we get like 10mbs lol But it's fine for what we're doing, including streaming TV. Would NOT be enough for many devices doing things at once though.

Corey Herscu (@coreyherscu) reported@RogersHelps I did an upgrade at the end of june and have not received the regular bill credit for it. it's impossible to get through to customer care and when inasked for a review online, i was declined.
