    not really happy with @Rogers for business. It has been over 3 weeks that i have been trying to get a new phone. now the 1 I was sent was broke. I need to get a new one & never used this one. Service & equipment suck.

    @RogersHelps one of your employees cancelled my cable while trying to cancel another service and now no one seems to know how to turn it back on. I sat on hold for 90 minutes tonight being transferred to different departments and then my call was dropped.

    @cideveloper @RogersHelps It’s ridiculous no cellular data here, no cellular voice, finally got through to 611, their messed up prompting system routes me to the Ignite TV department. The clown I get on phone purposely talks over me when I try to explain the issues. Going to Bell.

    @RogersHelps That's extremely disappointing to hear. I'm shocked #rogers wouldn't renew its @bet contract. I watch the ch on a regular basis. I guess Black Entertainment Television isn't important to @Rogers. I'll have to rethink supporting a company that doesn't support my needs.

    @RogersHelps ok. Third year, maybe 4 I’ve had an E sim and you keep making me go into a physical store. Bell doesn’t. Get your act together and let me transfer my damn sim!!!
