How many computers, cameras, phones, laptops, fax machines, TVs, etc has @Rogers & other service providers destroy(ed) by having us plug their cables, cords, etc in our devices? I lost many. Shouldn't there be an adapter to plug the cable in to a device (something in-between)

Attempting to cancel my Dad's @Rogers mobile phone plan. The agent I first spoke to was as helpful as possible, but as it stands they want all the money for the phone on a plan that's 2 months old. I've escalated to the next level. Let's see how it goes. 1/n

@Rogers awful customer service tonight. Buying a phone couldn’t be harder. 3 hours online and on the phone being told completely different things. Ended up canceling the order to take our business elsewhere
