@RogersHelps I just had the most frustrating experience with your customer service line. There are multiple wrong/double charges on my account and your manager claims he has no power to help. Fix this!

@pwhawkinsjr @Rogers There was a DNS problem with the internet distribution company Akamai yesterday. This could have caused your problem. I had problems for many internet sites yesterday.

@Rogers The national outage on April 19, 2021 makes it very hard to believe these claims. I also continue to experience network congestion in many small towns popular during the summer. Rogers customer service is great but the network needs significant investment and improvements.

@Rogers What's with the garbage internet service lately? I mean, it's always garbage, but lately it's been really bad (it's taken me literally 5 minutes to write this tweet because of your awesome 1.2 mbps download speeds).

@Rogers What's the deal with poor to zero cell service in the Riverside South area of Ottawa? I pay far too much monthly to get no service. What am I paying for? What's the plan to fix this? You're giving refunds to those that pay a premium and don't even get 3G right?

@NightShiftMD I know how you feel. This week:1) Abscessed molar-requires root canal. 2) billing issues with @RogersHelps -impossible to speak to a human 3) City Of Toronto messed up my property tax bill for the first time in 16 years. Also no way to speak to a human.

@Rogers The technology is great. No complaints at all there. But how you treat loyal customers is totally disrespectful. If there is a new better deal put me on it automatically. Don't just be like oh well this guy is paying the bill and hasn't complained so keep milking him.
