@RogersHelps @rogers The same problems again - it's frustrating that rogers did a special offer to the building to get customers - installed a LOBBY security camera but Rogers/ tenants left with AN OLD VIDEO camera/ NO SECURITY CHANNEL showing BLACK CHANNEL AGAIN. Off + on!

Day 2 begging @Rogers to bring service to my area so I can get rid of @Xplornet. There’s Rogers service 2km each way of a cluster of 15 homes...our internet is garbage and everyone has said they’d switch to Rogers. 15 new customers in a single day...that’s just internet not cable

@RogersHelps I have been waiting for an Ignite Service specialist for well over 2 hours on this live chat function. The initial agent initiated the transfer at 2:48 and I have got no other response. This level of service is ridiculous.
