    I'm at the point where I'm pretty sure @rogers is destroying our phones as the contracts end so you are forced to get a new one. With the technology it's perfectly feasible. It never fails phone stops working for no reason. Anyone else notice this or do you just auto new phone?

    @RogersHelps The issue here is that I am a Fido internet customer. I had to call them to find out that there are widespread outages across the Rogers network.

    @RogersHelps I contacted your support team, they said they have no idea what to do about it, and If they can do that in private then you can to the public. Verbal harassment is still harassment, over the phone or not.

    @RogersHelps what’s going on with internet service disruptions. Nothin on your community forum but completely down. Any answers. At Claire and Christie area. And yes I’ve tied resetting it. Modem just flashing orange.
