Big fire in my my moms condo March ‘20 She called @RogersHelps to put her acc on hold (they said no problem) but every month billed her forcing her to make a call to correct it 15 months in a row. She moved back Aug 6 ‘21. She is still without cable! 20 hrs on phone #SAD

@RogersHelps @SaskatoonPolice working properly on your towers. The alert was not received by my parents in the same household on Sasktel. On Twitter it seems like it only affected your network. Thanks for causing panic and minor police emergencies to be stuck in queue because people thought there was an issue

@Rogers Hi Rogers! Can you explain how, "due to COVID", I can go and pick up a cable box in-store but not return a broken one at the same time? Why do I then have to make an additional trip to Canada Post to return when I'm already in your Store?

@dponticelliTV Looks @RogersHelps has some tower issues. I felt bad as I sat in queue on the non-emergency SPS lime for like 10 minutes. I hope nobody with a minor emergency was waiting behind me.

@Rogers Why, oh why do I continue to deal with you??? It's like child birth - you forget how horrible it is until you find yourself giving birth again. Have spent over 6 hours on the phone trying to sort out this mess and am back at it again tonight!!!!!
