    @RogersHelps Update from Whitby. Freezing issue with live tv seems to have stopped. Haven’t experienced an issue since about noon.

    Day two of a still glitchy TV @RogersHelps Yes it works but hard to watch when it freezes and the sound drops. Why?! Some still don’t even have internet or phone service. Get. It. Together. #Rogers

    @RogersHelps You think that is helpful? My 89 year old Mom has no phone service and she cannot make or recieve calls. She lives alone. Time to put on the adult pants and escalate the issue to the CEO. 8f u have the courage.
