@RogersHelps Thanks for the reply; I haven't checked yet today but to answer your question I'm connected directly to the modem/router with CAT6 The Modem is about 4-5 yrs old, perhaps an upgrade might help?

@Rogers @RogersBiz what a joke, existing customer at home and Buisness, ported phone lines to new account, tried to upgrade device. Nope. wasted close to 5 hrs sitting in the store. Now saying 7 Buis days to fix an account problem. Not to worry will be better after the outage 🙄

@Rogers @RogersHelps The Internet has a problem since 43 hours and no ETA as it is in my area , opened 3 tickets and are useless. customer service disconnected the chat because I asked a duty manager to call me for explainasion , bad service and bad customer service
