@RogersHelps I’ve had no access to my Rogers email since Mar 5th. No updates on why this is happening or when it will be fixed. Put in two support calls and only being told Rogers Yahoo services are affected. Emails are important lifeline why is it day eight with no care?

If you ever have to deal with @Rogers , never do so via phone. They will lie and you have no proof. Put everything in writing and do not trust a word they say.

@RogersHelps I was watching something on demand, and it just kicked me out of a program I was 45 minutes into, and put me back on live TV. Maybe if Rogers didn't give us used, refurbished modem equipment from the US we all wouldn't be having so many issues. #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps I've had outages at my home from Feb 8th and its still not resolved. Our Super Bowl get together was ruined by outages. Multiple Techs have identified the issue as Rogers infrastructure related. I need this resolved as well as a credit for the outage.

Why does it take an hour for a Roger's representative to respond to my request to remove a service? If I call to add a service, the response time is less than two minutes. @CRTCeng, why aren't you cleaning up the CDN 'Cartel' telecommunication industry? @Rogers

@RogersHelps Only to get directed to a call where a technician tells me that the internet will be down until 5pm without getting reimbursed? No thanks. My monthly bill should be free at this point. You guys keep making me lose money.
