@Rogers I just got the internet bill. I don’t see any credit applied to the bill that you promised for the outage!! Do you expect me to stay in line to speak to your customer service to get the credit???

@GraemeFrisque @Rogers I feel ya. I had 11 outages between April 30 and June 2 this yr. If I wasn't on the Connected for Success program (lost cost internet for low income people), I wouldn't be w/Rogers. I only pay $10 a month & as far as I'm concerned, that's too much for this unreliable service.

@Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers better be willing to give me a huge deal. My term is up in a few weeks and if they dont i will drop them like a hot potato. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years if that isnt worth something then they arent worth my money.
