    @RogersHelps Why am I not surprised. You guys are not Rogers helps. Trust me Rogers does not help. They transfer you and transfer you until you get fed up. Especially when they transfer a promotion half way through and you have an email to prove the promotion. You guys are horrible.

    @RogersBiz please add a callback feature when reaching out for support. It's a waste of time to stay on hold while you a call back can easily be requested.
