    @RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for more than 10y's now and I never experienced this issue before. But this time it cost me Big time My phone is essential to my work and this outage has caused stand down order for me that means no work till I get my wireless services back. Not Happy at all

    @RogersHelps I haven't had phone service at all today. I work from home and don't have a landline. So much for reliable network. You are costing me money today. My kid is on @shaw for $0/mo. And she has perfect service. This is insane.

    @RogersHelps So I pay 200 a month for 2 lines, and I've lost a day of service. So....200/30 is $6.66. I'm gonna get that knocked off my bill right?
