    I've never had such a hard time giving a company money before. Tried to open an account with @TELUS and it didn't work out. Went with @Rogers instead, who had my phone in my hand and set up in less than time than it took for someone from Telus to even call me about my order.

    @Rogers & @RogersHelps: Horrible & unacceptable customer support. I open ticket in the morning and support closes it in the evening without fix & no follow-up. Every day I have to waste an hour to catch someone to create a ticket. Useless ticketing process & waste of time.

    Customer service with @rogers is the worst! Avoid avoid avoid! So far so ok with Bell. I bet after years of being with them it’ll be the same tho. Communications companies in Canada need some serious service industry training, or leave the service industry…

    @RogersHelps i am living in middle Toronto, pay for the top Rogers modem, however daily the system crashes, around 11am. It recovers after a few sec however the damage on my system is done. It looks that Bell customers in the same area don't have such events.

    @RogersHelps perhaps you should just change your name to RogersPR, just if you are content to just sit back and 'hope' the network is working properly, that is not much help. like I said, it's my parents account. And someone has already filed a ticket on Aug 17.
