Holy someone's hard up for business. It's 8pm, -10 C out and @Rogers has two employee's going door to door trying to sell services the MOMENT we are out of RED🚨 ZONE and into Orange. Not wasting my time with less that ideal service.

@ConsumerSOS your @Rogers story resonated with me. My cable box broke during the pandemic. I couldnt safely return the broken one and they charged hundreds of dollars and late fees for their broken box.

Really @rogers ? I send a DM and nobody take the time to reply, my internet service is super slow and I have an ONLY TEST in less than 20 minutes! What a disgusting service

I know this is a first world problem, and I'll probably delete this tweet...But I ordered my phone on December 27th, & still haven't received it.. Thanks @RogersHelps. I can't even use my phone to have phone calls.
