    @Rogers the way you treat customers having financial hardships is absolutely disgusting. Covid has certainly opened my eyes to that. We've been trying to catchup for a few months now, getting there slowly but surely. Rogers answer? Cut the internet without warning.

    I'm. Convinced @rogers has our phones recording us. So funny enough when I have full wifi and no bars of service my phone stops working properly...now why is that? Happens everytime I can't get cell service...what are you doing with my phone rogers?

    I'm not normally someone who complains too much about service but damn @Rogers sales and retention are rude and just obviously burnt out. Just a complete headache dealing w them over and over.

    @RogersHelps Hold times between 1:45 and 2 hours, and no callback service? What customer base has two hours to sit and babysit their cellphone and listen to the same music? Its 2021 guys... lets use some technology here.

    @RogersHelps It’s unfortunate you don’t allow customers to opt out of this ridiculous service. Not only do u sent a text, an email too. Are u going to send me a lollipop for being a good boy? I’m not a child and I don’t need to be sent these texts/emails, after I’ve already paid my bill

    @RogersHelps No thanks I've spent probably 30 hours between phone calls and texts trying to resolve the issues. Not interested in continuing the nonsense.

    @RogersHelps Just taking a look back through your replies to others in the past. If the call volume is ALWAYS "higher than normal", isn't that just...normal? I'm experiencing patience that is lower than normal. Cancel all services under my account (see DM).
