If there was something small, it was resolved quickly through a system refresh. I just got billed this weekend too and after three days of this, I’m extremely frustrated.

Their communication with their customers and how the entire issue has been handled has been abysmal. I’ve always been a very loyal customer to Rogers but this has been extremely disappointing.

It’s like they’re totally oblivious to what their customers are saying to them.
