@RogersHelps Yesterday no internet signal Total blackout today signal with no service what should I do and when contacting and agent tells me no outage in my area and I'll be only credit for the no signal day so who's fault is this I can't open or browse anything

@AboutRogers @Rogers My Laptop cannot search anything. My youtube keeps buffering and pausing nonstop. TV reception not working at all. How has this issue been adressed in any way? People have made it clear the problem is not fixed. I can barely load twitter!

@RogersHelps I was told to CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! with what phone!!?? there were 2 employees there just watching TV. Why can't I just use your phone instead of telling me to go find a phone why are they there watching TV

@Rogers My television service is still glitchy/buffering. Over half of my channels are “currently unavailable”. I have rebooted my modem and it has made no difference. Wondering when I can expect the service to be fully restored/reliable?
