@RogersHelps Hey!! Still not resolved! Spent 3 hours on the phone w/two technicians this morning. A ticket was sent at 10:30am, no response still. Good thing service employees are trained to get customers to hang up. Have a great weekend w/internet, Dana! I won’t! #DoBetter @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps My online account is empty (tried 2 browsers). I got a link in the community forum to access my account activity so it's clearly a bug. No one has fixed it in 2 months of customer complaints - is Rogers trying to get all Pay as you Go to just GO?
