    @RogersHelps is Quite possibly the worst customer service company in North America. Returned the equipment 6 months ago, received confirmation of this, yet still billed for it. Have called once a week for the past 6 months and am continually told it is being taken care of....

    @gmbutts @Rogers Been with Rogers for almost 30 years, been satisfied for the most part over the years with any issues that have arisen, after last contract expired was told dad to pay a hefty premium for new phone and needed to be returned or bought out after two years, would of tripled my bill!

    @gmbutts @Rogers I just moved and signed up with an internet provider who is a @Rogers reseller... Just in time for Roger's to have a major service outage while I'm trying to work from home. Thanks Rogers! 😵🤯
