Reptoid - Independent Content Creator (@reptoid27) reportedShaw @Rogers is so abusive towards DISSABLED people that they actively attack them for NOT being placed on hold for an HOUR just to say "Yes, Saturday is fine" when the CCTS demands they fix my internet! They have NO call back number and are not effective at emails! CEO Alex!

Zara Smiles (@ZaraL) reported@Stevest48366771 @REWoman @Rogers Both Rogers and Bell is down for me now. At least at bell I got a customer service representative trying to fix it. 2 hours on hold with Rogers for an automated voice to tell me to call back later.

penny collenette 🇨🇦 (@penottawa) reported@sharongregson @Rogers I feel your pain, Sharon. No idea why big companies cannot remove people from lists. Telus is just as bad.

Lobster (@jaetay147) reported@Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for more than a decade. My family, co-workers and friends who are all on your network have all noticed the same thing. Your service sucks badly right now. Across the board for weeks now. It’s shameful you won’t tell anyone what’s going on.

change is good (@michelle_tom) reportedHey @Rogers - I used to be a mobility customer, had a better offer from a competitor and you guys refused to match it. I switched Do you think hiring a monkey who cannt speak English will win my business back? 🤡🤡🤡
