    @RogersHelps With every attempt at making a call I get " Invalid Phone Number with a busy signal. " Once again, texting and data are working fine but cannot even reach 611.

    @Rogers still having major issues with connectivity in downtown Toronto. Cell phone has not been the same since the outage!?
