    @RogersHelps my ignite tv keeps freezing up. Today it’s been really bad. It’s frustrating. Now it freezes then the screen blacks out. This all happened when service was restored on Saturday.

  • DivenPranjivan D-vin (@DivenPranjivan) reported

    @RogersHelps has internet service been restored to postal code M1T in Scarborough Ontario? The internet has been down since Fridays outage

  • j2simpso James Simpson 4x💉 (@j2simpso) reported

    @Telstra @mcquillanator Thanks for your concern Telstra (the same can’t be said for @RogersHelps who hasn’t answered my tweet from earlier today). My service is working quite well in Canada which sadly can’t be said for my Rogers domestic service.

  • rexbron Andrew Hunter (@rexbron) reported

    The idea that @Rogers customers should have taken their SIM cards out to access 911 during an outage is ludicrous. Taking out a SIM card with a modern phone isn’t popping the back cover off and removing a battery to access. It requires a special tool.

  • randykautzman Randy Kautzman (@randykautzman) reported

    @dmp_79 @grandpajoe68 @RogersHelps First world problem.

  • BertolloClara C Bertollo (@BertolloClara) reported

    @RogersHelps Dear Rogers please stop your CEO tell us it's fixed. It's not. Freezing, sound missing, slow response and strange stuff with the recordings.
