    So, after complaining on here about the constant increase in prices and 25% increase for the two services in less than 2 years.....forward a month and price up again!!! @Rogers can we talk crap....oh we have hard times, things cost more is your sob story with your major profits

    @Rogers Why do you make it so ffff'ing difficult to solve a problem? The only way is by phone, no email, or that ridiculous AI bot chat feature. We need a new TV box, so wife calls and waits, and waits, then gets a guy who says he'll fix it by reprogramming it, and to call back if further problems arise...which they did the first time we tried to use it. Now it's another phone call and a wait..WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A CALL BACK FEATURE?? You're supposed to be a communications company and you SUCK at it. You NEVER follow up...

    @RogersHelps From my experience, the Rogers Ambassador Team is totally useless. They botched my account and flat out lied to me and then made unauthorized changes to my account that even your customer care team can't seem to figure out! 19 year customer that's about to switch!

    @RogersHelps Rogers Communications, I live in Edmonton, in the Stillwater neighborhood. The area has been without internet for more than 48 hours—we have no internet! No one is telling us when the service will be restored. We need the internet back as soon possible

    @RogersHelps why is my phone giving me notifications that roaming is enabled due to losing connectivity to my home network? I'm at home and am not near the border. I've gone into my settings and turned roaming off, but its still enabled at the top of my screen.

    @RogersHelps Yes I did after almost 3 hours. They mentioned it was network related issue and it got fixed after 12 hours! Surprisingly my wife and neighbors who are all on Rogers have no issues at all! Its my business phone and I lost 12 hours of work without satisfactory explanation. Thanks

    @RogersHelps I’ve called over 100 times and keep getting the same lies and credit offers. I don’t want credit — I want the return processed and the wrong charges removed NOW, or my money refunded. Fix this immediately!

    @RogersHelps Rogers support standard is going down day by say. Yesterday was on phone for 40 mins and no response, even now was on phone wait for for last 20 mins no response. Looks need to move out from Rogers.
