@RogersHelps How do I appeal this decision. It feels like you didn't even try to go around my driveway for my neighbours cable. Why does my neighbours cable become MY problem?

@Rogers @RogersHelps A tree took down internet service to my home in the heart of Mississauga on June 1. Rogers will not restore service until June 7. One week outage!! Is this the best customer service Rogers can provide? Is this what other customers can also expect?

@Rogers I'd like to know what genius thought it was a good idea to name your existing (legacy) internet package 'Ignite', then create an entirely new system that has different equipment, resets your online profile, and charges a new setup fee, but is also called 'Ignite'. #fail

@Rogers The only thing on demand is you clowns expecting regular payments for a service that stops working whenever it wants and you do nothing but still want payment. You should be discounting service fees for crap service.

@Rogers So, waiting one week to address a service outage in a large urban location is considered acceptable by Rogers, and all customers should be willing to accept this same level of service?

@RogersBiz Maybe I can help you as it seems you don’t know your business … this phone number you say I have on rogers, check and see if there is any calls or data use and call Telus to check and see if the number you are messaging me on belongs to them or you …?

@Rogers on demand my ***, you can’t fix my old tv box so you make me swap to a new service & it doesn’t work either. Called, was told 3 minute wait to talk to an agent & it’s been 51 minutes so far with no end in site. Rogers sucks & I shouldn’t be billed for such **** service.
