@Rogers Why do you ***holes throttle service?? Had 150 ignite yet got like 50mbps. Honestly can’t do **** with that speed. Upgrade and get 1 gig service (exactly what you guys want people to say and do by the way). Awesome for 2 weeks 600-900mbps...but Rogers doesn’t like that.

@RogersHelps I have enhanced voicemail as part of my plan but it’s been taken away. Can you please help me

  • Chronos Ivan Lukianchuk (@Chronos) reported

It's almost as bad as online services that bill you and force you out of paper but then keep an arbitrarily small history, so you can't know what you paid them to save 7 kilobytes per customer. Thanks @rogers and banks!

@RogersHelps hi there our internet is down in northwest Brampton. Is there a service disruption ?

  • MarshaDuggan Marsha Duggan (@MarshaDuggan) reported

@Partiallyfrozen @RogersHelps It took me 2 months of phone calls, 8 booked appointments, 2 appointments where someone actually showed up, and one really good technician on that last appt. In the end I got a great technician who fixed my issue but it took WAY too long to get it fixed.

  • AskWhyNotHow Heather McCallum (@AskWhyNotHow) reported

@RogersHelps you have the worst service of any provider. I go through the same bs again and again. Working from home with Rogers internet means I need to make up time in the evening and weekends when the internet is back up and running. Thanks for nothing Rogers.

@RogersHelps So, the only program On the “free” Comedy Network, 285, is Bing Bang Theory ALL DAY LONG every day this week..... gee thanks. You are such a rip off service.

@RogersHelps hey, I need some help! I got a text over a month ago about 5gb being added to my monthly data limit but it’s never appeared on my account. Can someone help?

@RogersHelps I’m the account holder and my email is on file... so why you sent someone an email who isn’t an account holder makes me more concerned about privacy issues
