@Rogers just want to say a big **** you to your whole company, no service ever since last night? What a joke, canceling my service and switching to bell as soon as possible.

@RogersHelps @candelicious Hey Rogers, I fixed your canned response for you: ALL wireless customers are experiencing an UNENDING service interruption for wireless voice and data services. Our team is TAKING THEIR TIME to restore services SOME TIME IN THE FUTURE.

@RogersHelps @candelicious The way you put the word "some" instead of most is the worst type of gaslighting. Your company screwed up and it is having a major impact on a large number of people. Fully admit your mistake and then fix it. Enough of this "it's not that bad" or it's "only affecting some people"

@RogersHelps just wondering are you going to be compansating all customers for the lack of service due to this outage? I have been without service since 12:53 this morning.

@aredlight1 @Rogers With all the redundancy you have and the fact this is nation-wide, it seems you have some real issues. Have you been compromised?

@RogersHelps no updates yet. And we were told you’d be updating regularly. Any reason as to why it’s almost been 12 hours of outages ?? Usually it’s fixed in 2-3. This is complete BS. I’m probably gonna switch to Bell. No issues there.
