Simon Blain (@simblain) reportedDoes anyone actually work at @Rogers anymore or is it all crappy AI? Ive been waiting over 2 months for a check and no one there can tell me if its been sent or when it would be sent. Customer service clearly no longer exists there

kaleemullah (@kaleemullah19) reported@RogersHelps @RogersHelps I have already contacted technical support multiple times. I waited for over 2 hours on the phone, and a ticket was created. Today I also waited over an hour in the Anna online chat queue. I started at around 95 people ahead of me, and when it was finally my turn, the system suddenly ended the chat without connecting me to an agent. That was extremely frustrating. My internet has now been down for 2 days, I had to take leave from work because I work from home, and the earliest technician appointment I was offered is Monday. I don’t think this level of service is acceptable. Please escalate my case and advise what Rogers will do regarding compensation for the service outage and the loss it has caused. Tina (@ProphecyQueen) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps I would like to switch to Roger’s from @Bell Their internet service has been dropping every second and because tests show up as it’s working, they refuse to send a technician. I’m done with them.

Tammie (@tammie__cross) reported@RogersHelps Thanks for replying. The issue isn't that cancellations have to be done by phone—it's that I've been on hold for well over an hour trying to reach someone. Sales answered immediately, but customer service hasn't.

Marisa Allen (@marisaallen123) reported@RogersHelps Obviously if I had spoken to someone I wouldn't be sending messages. Zero persons available to help - "we are experiencing an unusual high level of volume - please call back". Honestly its a joke!

Ice Xiao (@icyyicee) reportedHey @Rogers, it's hard to say goodbye. Literally. I cancelled my internet service with you, and was told to bring my old modem to a Rogers store to return. Then I was told by the Rogers store to call you and get a shipping label. Then I called..
