    @RogersHelps question. My TSN channels are terrible, constantly pausing, no sound, pixilated and all the above. Any other channel has no problems, is this a Rogers problem or TSN? Little frustrating when sport games are constantly pausing / not working

    I have been on hold waiting for Rogers to answer for 59 minutes. This is because I was told to cancel a channel, I needed to speak to someone. I do not feel valued or happy. @rogers

    @RogersHelps AGAIN in a week our feed has died simultaneously to two SEPARATE DIGITAL boxes and internet. Just like a few days ago. Neighbourhood seems fine, I’ve checked. REBOOT NO RESULTS. I’m going to DM you account/box info etc and we’re going to bed. FIX THIS.

    @RogersHelps Anyone else having issues with Rogers in East York. I'm told there's a problem in the area that they are working on. It's been on and off for the past 5hrs or so. It's on now

    @RogersHelps Rogers service became horrible. I've had internet issues since October 18 and not a single credit was issued. They subcontracted their billing to a company in Alberta and it is a disaster to say the least.
