@RogersHelps It's not too bad, I really am just glad hockey is back. Do you know if all games will be like this?

@RogersHelps So how many leafs games will I miss this year? I need to know this. I may just cancel if it's not worth it. I don't have cable for a reason

@RogersHelps I don't want to come across as rude but, are you kidding me? This is ridiculous... why am I paying for this service if games will be blacked out?

Took this afternoon to change my name on various utilities. Toronto Hydro, Enbridge, Bell, were all great. Then we came to @Rogers First they told me I'd have to go to a store; too bad they're all closed in Toronto due to lockdown. Then they came back with a fax number! In 2021😤

@RogersHelps I really don't appreciate you raising my internet price despite being told by your agent last year that I could keep my current price if I continue to use your services. interesting way to treat customers that have been loyal for years...

@RogersHelps Like I said... I understand how it works. It is still stupid of them to do it. Especially during a Pandemic where people are stuck at home with nothing to do. For those of us that don't have cable TV, NHL Live is the only way to watch games.

@RogersHelps @BetterBe_LEAFIt 100% unacceptable. We pay $180/year to watch our favorite team. Nobody in you blackout region cares about the US or western teams. We all watch TOR, MTL, OTT. The past 4 years I have paid for this service and watched every TOR game. What are you trying to pull this year?

@RogersHelps I finally got hold of an ignite person. What I would like you to do is send a memo to whomever does your website to adjust it. If an ignite customer asks to chat, it should be an ignite rep they get first... why on earth would I need to speak to a legacy rep first?

We're supposed to be on lockdown and @Rogers @RogersHelps thinks it's appropriate to send reps door to door to offer promos. Definitely NOT an essential service. CC: @fordnation
