    @RogersHelps My ignite tv still isn't working. It freezes, skips ahead and loses sounds at least once a minute and I can't access my recordings either. It just asks if I want to delete it. I know there are worse problems but it's a service I pay for and haven't had for 3 days

    It's weird how the NYT puzzle has the same answer to a clue on back-to-back days so often. Also, the Rogers fail caused my streak to be interrupted. You owe me one NYT crossword puzzle streak @RogersHelps!

    @RogersHelps What an asinine joke! Last nightmare they credited my account for ...$1.75 which outage cost me over $250. Then when you're a day late they threaten you and charge late charges 🙄
