    @Rogers I’ve had horrendous service for the last 39 days now screenshots for proof of everything. Brand new phone, system resets, new SIM cards and hours on hold for nothing. Been with Rogers and worked for the company at one point for years. The second I can my family is leaving.

    @RogersHelps I try not to call Rogers for help because it's always stressful.I haven't called in 2 years.I decided to try today to upgrade my phone.Apparently, me adding a second line to my cell phone account to bring my husband over from Bell to join Rogers, put him in control?

    @DougHempstead @Rogers Stay onthe phone and ask to go up the line to supervisors. You can wear the agents down if you are willing to stay on the phone for a couple of hours. Be sure to get a print out of your chats. get a 2 year contract at your final agreed amount.

    Customer service is vital to your brand. How you handle concerns/complaints is everything. Worst personal CX from @Rogers has us paying to break our mobile contract. Takeaway: it’s not enough to have a great onboarding process. Your support matters too.
