@RogersHelps I was told to CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! with what phone!!?? there were 2 employees there just watching TV. Why can't I just use your phone instead of telling me to go find a phone why are they there watching TV

@SamHersh01 @RogersHelps @VassyKapelos I got an email saying my internet/cable is going up by $20.00. $10.00 for each service. It is Cocego. I am so sick of being ripped off . All of them are bad and in bed together.

@PaulaJR34 @AboutRogers @Rogers Agreed. They're just posting this for damage control. Everyone I know that uses their services, is still almost entirely down. Debit machines are still unresponsive city wide as well; so in my opinion, Rogers is fully full of sh*t!

@RogersHelps Yesterday no internet signal Total blackout today signal with no service what should I do and when contacting and agent tells me no outage in my area and I'll be only credit for the no signal day so who's fault is this I can't open or browse anything

Dear @RogersHelps, I'm still having ridiculous issues like not being able to access online services on my Nintendo Switch, as well as streaming lag and trouble with video calls. Are y'all planning to get the internet actually working or is it 1995 again?
