Jennifer Vargen (@jennvargg) reported@Rogers @shaw is the absolute worst!!!! On hold for 2 hrs and get a lady in India that you cannot even understand. She was so rude…
-
Brian Kusiewicz (@BKOttawa) reported@Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for 20+ years and just got charged $745.80 to cancel. That’s far above industry norms. Looking for a fair resolution here—can someone from your team reach out?
-
matthews34goat (@matthews34goat) reported@BrianReid597401 @Rogers biting the bullet and letting them pick high is a bad idea because not only are you not getting those high draft picks, but you are giving them to teams in the conference and division who you are going to try and compete with

Lori Sirianni 🇨🇦 (@4AnimalLife) reportedWhen I was out tonight my cell must've been jostled—got home & internet access was disconnected. Called @Rogers for tech service. Spent 51 mins on hold, gave up, called back, waited another 44 mins. WASTE OF MY TIME. Inexcusable lack of tech service due to Rogers' mass layoffs.

Greg Rieben (@gregrieben) reported@RogersHelps yes I do. I'm still on hold. I set up a second mobile service on my account. I transferred the number to the new phone but the old provider (Fido - you/Rogers) does not have any confirmation that the number has been transferred to a new service provider.

AP (@ap210) reported@RogersHelps “Off peak hours”. I’ve been on hold for 1 hour and 5 mins now. It’s 10:48pm and I need to go to bed. Total time spent on phone or online waiting to get help from Rogers for a simple issue today = over 3 hours. Not fair and pathetic
-
Timsbitz.com (@gladman) reported. @RogersHelps it's been two weeks and I still can't download my credit card statement. When are you going to fix this?
-
Tired Calgarian (@guyfromcalgary) reported@Garnet_2203 @Rogers Those were voluntary buyouts, retard. Even if they weren’t, how does that make this figure okay?
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps It’s the worst on NBC. I have reported it many times. They’re still trying to fix it by contacting NBC. I have had pixelating on other channels, but that seems to be improving although it is intermittent.

CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.
