    @Rogers We have been without internet at home for over 2 days now (the only ones in the whole neighborhood) and we still have to wait 2 more days until a technician would be free to grace us with his presence to attempt to resolve the issue (no guarantee there).

    @Rogers Your line burial team was at my house. Not only did they not bury the line properly, they left their garbage on my patio, broke my gate in the process & hid the pieces in the bushes hoping I wouldn’t find them. And you wonder why I’m canceling everything?

    @Rogers no Internet for 3hours today, called the helpdesk and they have no idea what's happening, what kind of service is this? Service is down every afternoon now...😠😠

    @RogersHelps they spikes would jump to the hundreds and sometimes the thousands, its very frustrating and i hope there is a issue and you guys fix it

    @RogersHelps Yes, and I have confirmed with my neighbour in the same building that theirs is also out so it appears to be an area outage.
