Hey @RogersHelps - I can't use my cellphone; can't call out; can't take calls. I've tried both to call you on a land line and use live chat - and both told me they're too busy and I need to call back later! Is that the kind of service I get for paying +$500 a month?

@Rogers My Rogers Data is not working since Early Morning till Now and I don’t know for how long...tried everything possible trouble shooting from Rogers to get back my data but of no use...Really bad way to start a very busy morning...

@balauniquely @RogersHelps Change your phone's network setting to be GSM Only. That worked for me and I'm now able to make calls. When the issue is resolved, don't forget to change the setting back.
