@Rogers how are you going make me wait 1.5 hours to answer my call only to transfer me again and make we wait on hold for over another hour. Just to cancel a service that you can't even give me!

@RogersHelps Yep, I tried. And I was on hold for Anna for half an hour too. Gave up and got the service somewhere else.

@RogersHelps Might be a good idea to tell head office to hire enough customer service reps that your customers can actually get service. 2 and a half hours with no answer is really appalling.
