Just had to call @RogersHelps and their customer service rep who answered all but called me a liar from stuff that happened during the outage…he was super rude, snide and unhelpful. I wasn’t happy before the call, but you’ve now lost me as a customer.

@RogersHelps I am with Rogers for cell phone service and I just got my july bill and it’s more than usual. Where is this credit you promised? It’s a slap in the face to be given a larger bill (likely because I was unable to get internet because I’m also on rogers internet…)

@dddisback9 @SGirardau @Rogers Canada actually has a good record when it comes to providing cell service, problems will always arise things break. Canadians do pay more for service but equipment is purchased in US $ we live in a huge country with large spaces in between major cities.

@RogersHelps WOW, way to piss off your customers even further. Your systems fail on an epic level, CEO sends out mia-culpas & a promise of a credit to earn back trust & then sends your next bill out for full pop, oh but credit will be on next bill. Keep up the ****** work Rogers!
