    @RogersHelps If you’re gonna make it impossible for your clients to make changes to their service online, you need to staff your call centres better. Three hours on the phone to change my plan is unbelievable.

    @Rogers Since July 5th I am trying to cancel my account. Tomorrow I will call the Police, record the interaction and post here. I don't want your services anymore. Cancel it.

    My @Rogers bill does not include a credit for the July 8th outage. Look guys, you’re going to give your own customer service department a lot of grief if you don’t sort this out proactively.

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps Two days before the outage in July my internet went off. 11:21 PM I called Rogers and booked a installation for a new modem, but the Technician never show up because it was the day when the major outage was happening.
