    @britteebeee @Rogers I was waiting for after Christmas to find a new plan and phone. I never once considered Rogers because of those ads. In the end, didnt buy from them.

    @rogershelps Thanks Rogers for ruining my NYE and long weekend. Had a house party but needed to cancel since my modem was deactivated after upgrading on Friday. My new modem hasn’t been shipped yet but is activated. Was told no interruption to service and now I’m out for 3 days

    Lovely conversation with @TekSavvyCSR confirming that @RogersHelps hasn’t updated them on the status of my internet issues in 24 hours. Remember this past summer when Rogers claimed they were going to work hard to win back customer trust? Guess that was a lie.

    I’ve had to resort to twitter of all places to get some answers! @rogers I can honestly say I wish that representative never showed up at my door and I never switched my services from @bell_support because it’s been more trouble than it’s worth and a complete nightmare #help

    @Rogers No worries. Thanks Paul. The tech is here now. He said some of the ?spigots? are faulty so they have to split customers. He said Rogers needs to send maintenance to fix it for this building. 155 Thomas Slee Drive, Kitchener, ON N2P 0J8. Internets still down though.

    Dear @Rogers, I am waiting for more than 30 minutes currently to reach your customer service. There is no option to submit a cancellation request by any other way as far as I know.

    What a terrible service from @rogers , they promised a promotion and now sending a bill without it. Can you believe it. And the customer care couldn’t resolve it and forwarded my call to wait.

    Hey @Rogers , figure out how to work your new Ignite fiber op!! 2nd time in two months without tv, phone and internet. I call your Customer service rep with tv out of service then they disconnect my internet and phone trying to fix the issue.
