@Rogers @RogersHelps Would someone like to give the public - and their paying clients - an update as to what exactly the issue is? It would also help if you gave a time line for repair, or atleast say, 'we have no idea'. Giving us some information on whats going on would help.

@fridohanold @harv8704 @RogersHelps This was months ago. Rogers reps were not help. Obviously blamed me, but with information and access like that anyone could have taken a phone out with my name. I'm luck it was only netflix.
