@RogersHelps @Rogers u lost a long time customer 2day. As a frontline CYC worker n a parent, the least u could have done is inform us of wht u are dealing with so we can make necessary arrangements. Almost 12 hrs in n I am just as clueless as I was when I woke up @6am

@RogersHelps Terrible customer service. This service outage is absolutely ridiculous and we are paying $130 a month for this? I’ve sent two DMs since this morning and just want some form of compensation and customer service. I guess that’s too much to ask.

@RogersHelps I know it’s not your fault (admin) but I’ve basically lost a days work because of this. If the outage drags on, I hope rebates will be issued.
