@imgrund @RogersHelps Do you have their ignite garbage TV that they force long term customers into or their legacy digital (non modem) based cable? I'm guessing it is their legacy cable since everyone I have heard about with Ignite went down

@RogersHelps There’s a reason I’ve switched my family’s cells to Telus and I guess soon to be home wifi / cable switching to Bell. Roger’s service and appreciation of its customers is 100% non-existent

@RogersHelps Looks like the scammers are reacting to the opportunity significantly better than your reacting to the problem. Invite them in and they can get Ignite TV back up and running. Congrats! You guys are in first position under “corporate tech buffoonery”.

@RogersHelps When can we expect to have full internet service back? Google Home somehow works but browsing web pages and Ignite TV do not function. I can load up a TV channel and it will tell me what is on but I cannot actually watch anything.
