    @Rogers just so we're clear ... I've been trying to connect with a rep several times and literally been hung up on immediately after someone picked up 4 times so far after waiting on hold .... This is pretty sad customer service. Perhaps look into training your reps a bit better.

    @Rogers why do we pay so much for a service that never works anymore! Internet went out earlier in the morning around 6:30-7 am and still we have no service yet this happens about 4 - 5 times a week for several hours at a time.
