    @RogersHelps Rebooting the modem fixed the problem. I didn’t think of that first because the other apps were working ok.

    @Canucks @Rogers If you guys hire Dorion I'm done with this team forever. I've supported this team all my life, even during the bad times like 2011 and 2016, but I still supported the team. If you hire Dorion I'm done. I wont buy tickets, I won't buy merch, I will stop being a fan period

    @RogersHelps I’ve tried resolving this through support multiple times but was refused a refund. I’m requesting that the overpaid amount be refunded back to me, not kept as account credit. I’ve also filed a complaint with the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS)

    @RogersHelps On march 7th i called in and changed my plan however rogers failed to push it through. After over a month and several call everything got settled, the bill for every service i have should be 266 after tax. The bill I received was 330. This is completely unacceptable

    @RogersHelps I did that on my first call that took almost 3hrs. Then it was escalated on Sunday and there was a case number. All I know is right now, I am not paying my bill until this is resolved. BTW I am a 25yr customer.

    @RogersHelps Rogers may want to reevaluate how those cases are being handled. Maybe reconsider treating that department as the final escalation point, because from a customer perspective the process was very disappointing.

    So @RogersHelps can’t do a callback for support escalation. They’re a phone company. Are we all suckers or something?
