@RogersHelps @imgrund @CCTS_CPRST Hey Rogers. Are you willing to do the same for me? My bill for internet, cable tv, and phone just increased by 18%. Last I checked, CPI was 1.9%. I already spoke with someone in your retention department. They knocked it down to 13% - still absurd. 25 yrs loyal, but do you care?

@shadowcatgirl76 @RogersHelps Same issue near Orillia. Crazy high ping for a minute or so (1500ms+) then service drops off for a couple minutes, rinse and repeat.

@RogersHelps I’m fed up, I don’t know what to do anymore. I have a reoccurring issue and your techs just run us around and around with the same stuff every time we call. It’s NOT on my end. It’s yours. Stop blaming the customer, I am not stupid, my partner is in IT. #fixyourshit
