3 weeks since rogers device protection supposedly sent me a check. 3 weeks!!! Now I have to wait on escalation because of American holidays 😤 @Rogers unacceptable level of service !!!

@AndrewLawton @RogersHelps When I closed my account with them I had a credit owed. I phoned them 6 times asking for it. They promised to send it each time but never did. Switch to a different company.

@AndrewLawton @RogersHelps You can get with the times and chat them up online instead. Much faster and better service. I think you should organize a convoy though. Drive right up to their HQ and start honking. Don’t forget the hot tub!
