    @angry_tha @Rogers We've had this modem for about a year now and it has been working great until the outage back in July... but it's been a lot weaker since the outage

    @RogersHelps you have now wasted over an hour and a half of my time + gas money and I STILL don’t have a phone, nor do I have any idea where the one I ordered is. If I could cancel my plan right now, I would.

    I called to switch my plan back and was told it was impossible. Only after threatening to cancel my services was I forwarded to someone who said they would reverse it. That was a day ago and I am still waiting for the change to process. Another reason to cancel @Rogers
