    @beth_janson Consistent accountability to customers should be a priority for any company, and they should not benefit from any government related benefits if they can’t be accountable. A standard @rogers compensation for 2 days of service shows disregard for Canadians.

    @foreverlys No kidding. I had to wait until this morning to e-transfer, but I didn’t get mad at the bank. It’s @Rogers system that caused it. Also don’t get mad at the CSRs that answer the phone for Rogers. It wasn’t their fault it went down.

    @RogersHelps Hamilton Ontario residents are still down. Especially my 87 year old mother who has no landline phone because she needs internet

    @JeremyDBradley @RogersHelps @Rogers There’s no contracts anymore. At least for tv and internet. You can switch providers whenever you like. People do it all the time. I got Rogers bc Bell went up in price. 6 months later I go back to bell to get the cheap new customer prices and vice versa
