@RogersHelps @jbrommet Still Nothing in Richmond Hill. You said you have restored most of your customers but I don’t think you have. My internet has been down for over 2 days now and seems like a lot of people are still down based on this message string

@RogersHelps I’m not sure what’s worse. The problem still being a problem on day 3. The complete lack of transparency or the BS that most people have things back to normal. I rely on your service for work. People rely on it for even more and all you do is a vague days old tweet

@CdnMapleV @acoyne @RogersHelps They should actually have the organizational capability to do rolling deployments with excess capacity that result in no outage, since it took them 15hrs to restore, they obviously don't have the faintest clue what they're doing though.

@acoyne Here's what I think @RogersHelps should do next time they're undertaking a widespread update to their core server...warn people in advance of the potential for disruption in service. It's not like they didn't know in advance they'd be running an update. At least we could prepare.

@birgitomo @Rogers Human error caused the BGP issue. It happens more than you think. Rogers failed to do timely problem determination. Also, it appears their Change Control/Maint SOP is lacking. Major faux pas on their part.

Hey @Rogers. 30+ year customer. I lost a day's work/pay. No cable for two days, including the Jays' games, Prime, Netflix, Crave. And you're saying sorry with $12?
