    @RogersHelps There are multiple ppl in my family and all of house work in different areas and are experience issues. Doesn’t matter if it’s barraheven or Orleans yhe connection is horrible. The phones range from iPhone 11, 15 and 16. We can’t all be having device issues.

    @Rogers your AI phone response system is incredibly frustrating to get help. Rather than making more efficient and quicker it’s become a method of torture for anyone that needs to get a hold of a Custer service rep for assistance. Your system sucks and go back to real humans.

    HEY @MAPLELEAFS fans. YOU wonder why #LEAFS ticket prices are SKYROCKETING this year?. Ya see their HAPLESS OWNER @ROGERS spending BIG $$ on BELOVED @BLUEJAYS. I mean a HALL OF EXCELLENCE WTF? So HOCKEY fans PAY the BILL. Thats all LEAFS are good for anymore. MILKING HOCKEY FANS

    For a "communications" company you are very bad at communications.I need to have my services moved to a new address.I have called 12 times this week and can't get through.I can't contact anyone through the web site and when I called the closest store he was very rude. @Rogers

    @Rogers I have been trying for 3 weeks to make changes to my account. Call volume is too high to answer, waited online for a "live agent" who couldn't help me, then I finally got through to a customer solutions and the call disconnects. It is unacceptable client service!
