    @RogersHelps no internet for more than 24 hours. 1st ticket closed without any resolution. 2nd ticket opened & was advised area outage. I work from home. I am panicking. Rogers extremely poor service. Not reliable at all.

    @RogersHelps Going on day 2 now, no service in the Bathurst Manor area of Toronto, three phone calls, given two different ETAs both have past now getting "no timeline" perfect...

    @RogersHelps I was told 2 hours ago the issue was fixed. And now again my internet has been out for 20 minutes. And now if I try to talk to someone, I’m told that all Rogers employees are enjoying their holidays. I would like to enjoy my holiday too but this service is ridiculous

    @aliceandbilly @RogersHelps Same here. No TV or internet in Orangeville for over 26 hrs. Spoke with support & no ETA. Sounds like they don't know what issue is. Not on the website as an outage. Got an email saying it's due to power outage but Orangeville Hydro restored hydro many hrs ago to entire city

    @therickwoodard @Rogers We've been out of service since about 7pm Dec 24. On Campbell crt. Rogers phones too. I'm on Telus so using my mobile data for music etc...

    @RogersHelps Usage of Rogers Wireless data shouldn't be counted on the days our Home Internet is down. Because it is not our fault that Rogers is down. Think about it and take action. I had use almost 0 percent of my wireless data and now used 90% in one day.
