@RogersHelps It’s only 0830 and already 4 SPAM, all of which have been BLOCKED by me. All say from a mailing list and there is an unsubscribe link, but email comes back as undeliverable. Fourth notification of this issue. #RogersNotHelping

@RogersHelps Hello, I have been trying to return an internet POD for few weeks now . When I call customer service , they have to transfer to customer care and then there is a wait for one hour. Then I finally got hold of someone, I did not get email instructions.Are you learning from mistake

@RogersHelps @Rogers 2nd, 3/4 of your employees were useless but you wasted money to pay their salaries for those 10 hours. 75% of your staff could have been cut for this 1 issue. So either train them,direct issues to more sub-departments, or fire them & those staying should be trained like Darrell

@RogersHelps smart home monitoring app will not allow me to sign in, the sign in button is not working and when i take it to the website on desktop it does not work it says “ there is a problem on our end” its been this way for a couple weeks and i need it fixed.
