@35Ayres @Rogers Bell is as bad. @Bell_Support I used its online chat sales to order a new phone, internet, security. TV, etc. When it came time to deliver Bell just shrugged and said we lost the order. Gave them a pdf of the whole sales transcript. They shrugged. "Not my dept" wasted hours.

@35Ayres @Rogers I literally get physically ill when I know I have call @rogers for any support/ help. I put it off for as long as possible & try to find solutions myself online rather than hang on hold for 2hrs to get no answers or solutions. A 30+ yr customer & prety close to #cuttingthecable

@LordGii @cleec1811 @RogersHelps Yeah me too. Called them and said it was down but should just restart modem. Didn't work. Now they're booking a tech. Glad I'm not alone!
