Hey @Rogers, since @koodo has decided to start outright gouging me after 18 years of loyalty, they are about to lose a customer. What kind of deal can I get if I move all SIX of my phone lines AND my tablet line over to you guys? I've had enough of being gouged.

@RogersHelps I have wasted my efforts my time for hours last night and including today trying to get help for your service. Another waste of time no real action to replace what is needed & exists -Bulk #ROGERSaccounts get service !!!! @crtc why not the buildings with rogers cell towers etc??

@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?

@RogersHelps Meanwhile bell is offering me triple the bandwidth for 40% less money…. But I need to get internet back today so that’s a topic for after you FIX my service

What happened to @rogers??? They used to have people you could talk to. Just want to renew my $230/mo+ bundle, and I can't get any help except from a dumb voice agent. They used to have better call response times than Bell, now they may be worse.

5 minutes answering stupid prompts on phone to reach a representative only to be told you have too many calls and disconnect the line @Rogers you need to do better. I’m trying to setup a home internet move, should be easy enough to have a self service option under my account.

@Rogers @RogersHelps Right now: 20% packet loss, RTT swinging 150ms→527ms on the same 5 pings. Not an outage you can point at somebody else, this is your transit flapping. Third occurrence in ~12 hours. Windows, PDT: 10:00-10:42, 19:23-20:20, 22:04-ongoing
