they never gave me the solution and proper info. even the customer service agents used to tell that they are not responsible for the delays and they dont know anything. when i asked to transfer to higher people, they put on long hold and disconnect. @Brightstar @Rogers

@CTVNewsVI I use to get that every few days with @RogersHelps when near water near UVIC or oak bay as I drove around town. Would have to call every bill to get fixed, eventually they started monitoring my bill manually so I wouldn’t get charged. Haven’t had any issue lately though 🤞🏻

.@Rogers Ignite sucks. We recently switched our internet to Ignite and have had nothing but issues. I'm glad I didn't cancel my other provider yet. Very disappointing. #ldnont
