Dealing with @Rogers has been the absolute worst experience I've had in a while. I got confirmation that my Modem and TV box were successfully returned and signed for, so why am I getting charged? I was let down in the only month I used it, and now they're after my credit.

@RogersHelps hey Rogers, on Aug 23 I did a device upgrade pre-order for the Galaxy Fold 512GB. This included the Buds, charger and Pen. Received confirmation email with order ID. No one at Rogers seems to know why this preorder is not on my account. Help please

@RogersHelps I'm getting charged a set up fee just for exchanging my old modem for a new one even though Rogers promised me the new modem at the start of our bundle plan back in February but gave me an old one due to "stock issues" we've been Rogers customers since 1999!
