    Your chat agents are rude and disrespectful towards somebody with special needs. I was transferred several times today to different departments. None of them could help me. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps The call center doesnt know anything!!! I have been bounced around to 5 agents on a 30 minute call with some being rude some being kind BUT WITH NO SOLUTION! I NEED TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR AND NO ONE WILL HELP ME
