I can’t remember the last time @sasktel had had a major outage like @rogers due to the incompetence of employees. One more reason to support your regional carriers.

@ElissaFlagg @RogersHelps I've had a internet connection issue for almost 3 years as well and they couldn't explain why my connection was showing up as 78% on WiFi

@RogersHelps When will the credit appear on our bill? And will we get a cheque for the amount if we cancel our account before the credit appears on our bill?

@RogersHelps No. It has to be a *meaningful* amount to each individual affected. The sum total of 5 days x your customer base is a meaningful amount only to Rogers' accountants. It works out to a pittance to the customer.

@Rogers refusing to give me full credit for a call that was made to a “public school in the US” which I clearly never made🙄The only person I called at that same time was Rogers tech support.Well time to look for another provider!14 yrs with them was long enough.

@Rogers maybe you should consider that 5 days credit doesn’t pay the salary of many of us for one day we had to be off due to your outage. A month credit is more reasonable. I pay you a lot of money for reliable internet, you failed. Own up and reimburse us so we don’t leave

And suddenly no phone service from @rogers. Dead in the water. Mobile network not available. Getting real sick of this. #Rogers
