@RogersHelps Hi, can anyone at Rogers help me understand the internet bill I received? I can't understand any of it, and it's obvious a lot overpriced. Spent 2 hours on the phone but no one picks up.

@RogersHelps I don’t think you’re understanding me. The question is why would a file as small as a text-only imessage be slow when a video ad is not ... when using the limited portion of the unlimited data plan.

@RogersHelps Thks, pls have tech at your head office check channel 195 Seattle NBC , call letters KING! Customers have contacted your technicians & they are not always guaranteed to be in Toronto! Your TV technicians don’t have access to all channels, perhaps higher tier& can’t see problem!

Not even a week later and I'm already on the phone with @Rogers/@RogersHelps because our cable is still freezing and losing picture and sound even after getting two wifi boosters for our house. #RogersIgnite is total garbage. Don't get suckered into buying it.

@RogersBiz What happened is that despite going in person to your store + cancelling account, paying all outstanding + indicated pro-rata for extra few days due 2 billing cycle ... YOU then don’t close account, demand by now 2 months or so of outstanding & threaten collectors #WTF

I'm so proud of @RogersHelps for hitting a new milestone this month. 12 months of terrible unusable service, 12 months of meaningless and terrible support. Never ever get Rogers. Unless you want support help like 'restart router,' 'move closer to router,' and nothing meaningful.
