@Rogers won't even put me in sequence to wait for live chat. Telling me to try again. Terrible service. Given that they have raised their rates again, we expect better service.

Unbelievable! @Rogers I’ve been on hold for 1 HOUR 20 minutes. Closed concurrent chat after 30 minutes!!! Is anyone working in customer service @RogersHelps ? Should I hang up and just take #Bell’s deal? My cell is running out of battery. What a waste of time!

@AboutRogers I’ll tell you… I was on telephone hold for 1 HOUR 50 minutes!!!… and chat hold for 30 minutes! Totally ridiculous waste of MY time. Silly me to expect customer service to help. @rogers @RogersHelps
