    I’m practicing in my head, my response to inevitable question @rogers will have for me. Q: why are you cancelling your internet service from us? A: so I don’t experience your third nation wide outage. Anyone have better responses?

    @Bell issued a long winded statement today about how much they are spending blah blah blah on tech. The problem with @Rogers and Bell is not that they don't know how to spend money. They just are incompetent and don't have proper disaster recovery plans.

    @Rogers Your company has failed before. This recent outage has caused millions a lot of pain, and $8.00 per customer is all you can do, after you've made profit? I'm so glad I quit the big three years ago. My U.S. cell service is much cheaper, better than you. You cannot beat it.

    @Geoffcan1 @RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 If it was just cash instead of debit etc people and companies could still get money. I know things have to evolve but some things should never change.
