    @RogersHelps I put in a ticket last week and asked for the courtesy of a return phone call - the ticket was closed without one. I am $500/month customer and this problem continues to result in poor service every summer because you refuse to invest in the Westport community.

    @RogersHelps The form wouldn't load so I couldn't go to checkout and pay. Now customer support is setting everything up but the whole conversation has taken hours. We started talking at 2:18pm and it's 9:33pm. It feels like a joke.

    @RogersHelps No, you won't. Trust me. No amount of troubleshooting will help. I have been through over 2hrs of troubleshooting with your reps. The problem is with Rogers's backend. If you are more interested in this issue check out my account tickets. I can DM it to you.

    @RogersHelps My rogers net stoped at 12pm today and I saw cable going to nxt 2 nxt house. They trespased my house and aftr calling them one technician comin to fix and called that i dont hv expertise to fix, and some guy will fix tomrow at 12pm. switching to Bell. @cityofhamilton

    @RogersHelps highly disappointed by the worst service of Rogers , a guy from rogers entered our property and put someone else connection in our box and broke ours. Complaining from 6 hours, no help and we are suffering because of #rogers mistake.

    @downtownrob88 @Rogers I have 4 phones, all max data. I use a lot of data. It's more the fact that my account has a novel issue that they cannot solve and it's not being escalated or solved. Eating up a lot of weekend mornings on the phone.
