@RogersHelps doesn’t help all Rogers services. Please pass along to the decision makers that Rogers Smart Home Monitoring needs to be included and update needs to be available online when the system is SNAFU. I am regretting going with this service.

@Rogers I am not going to sign another 2 year contract and pay $20+ per month extra just to return the phone after 2 years. Grow a brain! The 2 year contract IS your payment for the damn phone!

@RogersBiz my business phone lines have been down now for 3 weeks and everytime I call I get transfered to a bunch of different people and then I get disconnected. This is costing me tens of thousands of dollars. No one at Rogers has helped me so I hope this gets me some answers

@RogersHelps ummm, outage results in spotty wifi at home even after service is "restored" so I end up having to use my data, NOW you want me to buy a speed pass since my data will be used up before my new billing cycle. What a joke that is.
