    @TekSavvyCSR Talk to your boss to see if it is acceptable for Rogers to sell a service with a verified problem by their own technicians. The Rogers technicians, each time they came out, filed a report to replace the junction box, because it is exposed to the elements. cc: @RogersBiz

    @RogersHelps There is no power outage in Mississauga. Terrible service. 2 Days of internet and tv going out about every 15-30 seconds.
