    @RogersHelps Just switched to Rogers Home Phone a week ago. EXTREMELY disappointed to just find out that call waiting display is not available. A very important feature that I was never told would not work. I am a very upset 30 + loyal Rogers customer-time to switch loyalties

    @Rogers rep lied to us about apple watches having standalone plan. I bought a new watch only to find out it would be $55/month- not the $10 quoted. I have a screenshot. I also bought a new phone that I can’t return. Horrible customer service.

    @RogersHelps: My ignite home phone has suddenly stopped accepting calls. Callers receive a busy signal when they call me. I can call out though. Where can I get help?
