@RogersHelps Then try to call number you text to me to try cancel appointment. Told very long wait times. Already been trying to contact you for over 90 mins. I gave up, your tech will turn up and waste their time. Just rubbish

@RogersHelps It just gets worse, try to cancel the appointment to save ppl time I'm transferred to another dept and am on hold for over 1hr. No call back facility. Then get another text asking me to confirm appointment. Sent to a Rogers help where have to download another app!
