@Rogers Internet has been out all day. Get an automated message that it is fixed. It isn't. Wait for hours to get help & then ... I'm asked if I want a transcript of my call emailed to me ... I DON'T HAVE EMAIL BECAUSE MY INTERNET IS DOWN. Really, really, really bad service.

@RogersHelps One of our 2 TV sets has been broken for 8 months. Our internet goes done everyday for between 1 and 6 hours. I've been on hold with Rogers for 3 hours. There Chat bot can't help with anything that requires a response. How does Rogers survive?

@RogersHelps Can someone help? Spoke with a really nice CSR on Saturday who upgraded my phone which will be coming soon, but I logged into my Rogers just now and see the prices have dropped! Not very fair when I am going to be billed the original rate. Can you fix this for me?

@RogersHelps I closed the ticket with your text service. He was not helpful. The call in tech was okay. They will send a technician tomorrow. Zero service for another night. Why am I paying so much for a service I can’t use?

This is the third-time today @Rogers internet went out, in Waterloo Laurelwood neighbourhood, twice in this month! Probabaly related to the network upgrade done a few weeks back, any permanent fixes planned to save us from this kind of frequent intermittent issue? @RogersHelps

My @rogers #Ignite drops constantly. It’s complete garbage. It’s virtually unusable and their service agent is just as disfunctional as their bandwidth.
