As if Rogers doesn’t already have enough bad press … @Shop_Hillcrest Rogers store with only 2 reps working, both who have been busy setting up new customers for over 20 minutes, while there are 3 of waiting with no end in sight. Staff your store more appropriately @RogersHelps.

@RogersHelps fyi this is still an issue on both my firecubes, only using the sportsnet now. Uninstalled, reinstalled, power cycled rogers modem, restart cubes. Only app that hangs and buffers is the sportsnet now app.

@Rogers I'm at the point right now of just pulling your service out of the 111 units that you're currently in and going with Bell. I HIGHLY advise someone from your company reach out right now or I'm walking and you can explain why you let $1,000,000 a year walk out the door.

@RogersHelps this tactic of putting someone on hold when they ask to speak to a supervisor and then never actually having the call transfered is disgusting. It's been an hour now I've been waiting to speak to a supervisor. My company gives your over 1 Million a year. This is bs.

Called @Rogers customer service and was helped by a really helpful young lady who then put me through to technical service dept, who after being on hold for 2 1/2 hours just dropped my call. Just awesome!
