@RogersHelps Since the incident reported here a couple of weeks ago with Ignite TV issues, every time I change the input on the TV, the Ignite remote stops working and the only way to restore is pull the power on the Ignite box. This is very frustrating.

@RogersHelps called multiple times to be moved from regular line to pay as you go.I was told it’s done, to find out it’s still not done and I am charged monthly. I requested it to be done on 3 Oct then called on 12 Oct and now again. Very disappointed by the customer service

@RogersBiz customer service has gone to the gutter. It's so pathetic, disgusting & frustrating that I hate calling them. You simply can't communicate with them. Ugh

@RogersHelps this is insane. There is always issues with internet, tv with Rogers. I am not sure where you spent the money to fix things, but I think is it time to change services.

@RogersHelps I have. Countless times. My billing was also messed up for months (not my fault). I’m seeking compensation, not a technical fix at this point.
