Despicable marketing by @RogersHelps using an sleazy offshore call center, incessant calls, rude telemarketers hang up as soon as they think they wont get a sale. Ignoring repeated do-not-call requests. Would never do business with Rogers.

@RogersHelps I am facing frequent home internet disconnections since yesterday in Eglinton Ave W area. I have restarted my modem router several times but no luck. It connects for few minutes and connection speed starts dropping and finally my connected devices drop. Please help

@RogersHelps Already canceled and got the return label. I was willing to keep cable but was told I had to keep internet with Rogers to keep cable. Sorry but I have internet with Bell now. And the 5 hour wait on them phone didn’t help ;)

@Rogers how come you charged me almost $500 for roaming even though I had cellular data turned off? Since your billing department can't help a loyal 20 year long customer, I'll happily speak to customer retention... just been on hold for an hour now!
