Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

@RogersHelps I just had the most frustrating experience with your customer service line. There are multiple wrong/double charges on my account and your manager claims he has no power to help. Fix this!

@jothone96 @RogersHelps Don’t do it. Their TV service is actually better, their internet is I find to be about the same, and the price is right. But I apparently owe the $425 for service at a house that I’ve never been to. LOL

@RogersHelps How come there are never outages showing? It just redirects you to the rogers message board. There's a TV and internet outage in my area. Why aren't you reporting it?
