    @RogersHelps I have been without service for hours! Apparently no outages but that isn’t true. Calling 611 useless- 2.5-3 hours wait time!!! How does one get service? Any service?

    @Rogers internet has been out since the storm in #Guelph are technicians working on the #outage for N1G area? Your outage tracker reports nothing for this area only N1E... it would be nice if you had twitter updates for those of us waiting for hours

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I have a big data plan now there's a power outage so I don't have my home internet. 1 would think this would be the perfect time to make use of this dataplan for which we pay some of the highest rates in the world. instead it took me 5min to load your Twitter
