    And while I am very angry and frustrated with @Rogers, I am so grateful for the wireless technician Amber who did everything in her power to help me. Who showed me compassion and kindness after hours and endless calls to @Rogers who completely disregarded me.

    @RogersHelps Already done that! Why do you think I’m on twitter announcing this?? because all other ways to get your attention on this issue doesn’t seem to fix it. 6 days of internet dropping every 5-10mins, I’m officially on a verge of going somewhere really annoying for you guys

    @Rogers and @RogersHelps when are you going to fix your connectivity issues in Ottawa?? People are working from home and internet dropping every 5-10mins is just unacceptable for a service you are paying $100 per month!
