@AboutRogers @Rogers Still waiting for ignite tv to return to normal ( freezing and dropping signal periodically), making watching tv impossible…still occurring today July 11, in London Ontario. I expect you will also be crediting for the additional ignite tv disruptions….4 days and counting

@Rogers glad you made progress but this is now the 4thday in a row that my TV can't broadcast a show for longer than 30 seconds before it freezes, audio goes off, screen turns black. WTF am I paying for? #rogersoutage #helloBell

I am still without hardline Internet connection and @Rogers has NO ETA on when it will be fixed in "my area." I was so exhausted and triggered that I forgot to ask what that even means. The whole city of #ldnont? Part of it? Meanwhile my daughter has the opposite problem.

Seems @RogersHelps didn’t do a good job fixing the issue. Ignite TV is still freezing, going to a blank screen, and unable to watch recorded shows. Happening still to lots of people. #notdoingbetter

@RogersHelps Hey I know you guys have issues but really after two days my ignite service for tv is literally non-existent except maybe for the odd picture! Instead of crediting people that think they ‘need’ it (I don’t), fix my tv issues PLEASE!!!
