@RogersHelps I’m at the airport. They are having the issue. Also, since there are no fans in the stands, why is anything blacked out?

  • RastogiSahabSR Shobhit (@RastogiSahabSR) reported

@RogersHelps ...There are multiple Roger technicians in the property but dispatch team is unable to allocate my work order to someone already working on the same control room. In addition, technical support team has reached heights of idiocy in resolving the issue.

  • iHazBuckit Kyle Brown (@iHazBuckit) reported

@rogershelps my internet is so slow I can't even get your website to load so I can use your customer support.

  • Hellyeahhallow1 Foggy_Lungz (@Hellyeahhallow1) reported

Hey @Rogers Do you guys offer a internet service that actually works???

  • yurkshirelad YurkshireLad (@yurkshirelad) reported

At least 5 disconnections in the past 2 hours. Great service @RogersHelps #rogers

  • FlamingC4Life FlamingC4Life (@FlamingC4Life) reported

@NHLFlames Good to see the refs falling for more garbage and then blatantly ignoring the obvious stuff right in front of their face. Also @Rogers @Sportsnet picked the “hit of the game” as Conna doing nothing. #CancelRogers #CancelSportsnet

  • mlnangalama Martha Leah Nangalama (@mlnangalama) reported

I have been with @Rogers for over 25yrs. WHY? Because of their exceptional customer service. Canada also has Bell / Aliant, Telus and some other small players. All of Rogers' competition offer lower rates but their customer service stinks. All my friends & family are with Rogers.

  • Laineygirl Elaine (@Laineygirl) reported

@RogersHelps - we’ve had multiple technicians visit, all with different stories, and promises of street work which we don’t believe has been completed. Why do I have to pay for the worst service?#igniteTVSucks #RogersFail

  • arby118 Robert A (@arby118) reported

@RogersHelps @BongersTivo The picture quality is still very poor. It is not even 720p level.

  • AndrewOfYFC Springtime Andrew (@AndrewOfYFC) reported

@gillesallainGD @RogersHelps I had to figure it out on my own for my Bell issue. Tech support had zero clue
