Anybody’s @RogersHelps (London, ON). area internet down?

  • RahulDe11879036 Rahul Deokar (@RahulDe11879036) reported

@RogersHelps My internet is down for last 1 hour at the start of work day. This has been a consistent problem in last 2-3 months. Your customer support chat told me I will be refunded for all the outages in my next bill but that didn’t happen either. This is an embarrassment!!

  • Dashanddanimom Angela M (@Dashanddanimom) reported

@RogersHelps This is how they treat a customer who have been with them for over 25 years

  • Dashanddanimom Angela M (@Dashanddanimom) reported

@RogersHelps Nope 👎 horrible service. Called last month to just cancel ignite TV and keep ignite internet and someone at Rogers decide to remove all devices from my account after I just paid my bill for the next billing cycle today. Could not get through to the ignite dept

  • JonF21 Jon von Riesen (@JonF21) reported

@Rogers LOVE that your customer support has no callback option, takes an hour on hold to get through, AND hangs up on me when I do before I can speak to anyone. Great system. Shows you really care about our issues.

@Sportsnet Replaying curling from this morning, when there's live events going on??? Very poor programming... @Rogers @Sportsnet

  • iamdj247 Dhaval J (@iamdj247) reported

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps - The solution I got from the agent is to fork up the entire amount and pay $194. I have lost all hope and faith 😢

  • NevahMindJones Schmoodles (@NevahMindJones) reported

@RogersHelps service outage for several units since your upgrades on site yesterday at 77 Maitland Place Toronto. Any idea when you’ll be back to fix it since you broke it? No issues until your techs came to “improve service with upgrades”

  • PrincyGhosh Prince Ghosh (@PrincyGhosh) reported

@RogersHelps I need to cancel my smart home monitoring account ASAP. Customer care wait times are at 1 hr 50 mins to 2hrs and 46 mins. Is this a joke?

  • biohazardwife BADASS BIO❤️ (@biohazardwife) reported

@RogersHelps Nope - not at all. I get appointments fill up fast but to simply cancel my appointment because my “modem reset it’s self an hour before the service call” is unacceptable. Especially because there was no call to see if we actually had functioning wifi.
