    @Rogers 1hr 45 min and waiting to speak to a retention agent! A stall tactic to get a month of your full inflated price?? 25 plus year customer and I get treated much less favorably than someone just signing up that get offered all the "deals"....can an agent anwser the phone!

    Switching to @rogers ignite has been nothing but a headache! Constant interruptions with signal going down, service reps offering ridiculous reasons as to why it’s down. “Powerful wifi”? Terrible service, not satisfied at all! 😡

    @RogersHelps My wi-fi is down since 7am. I work from home and I missed important meetings. Most of my phone's data is gone because I had to use the hotspot. Opened several tickets, nobody is able to provide an estimated time for resolution. Kitchener, Forest Heights area.

    Rogers @Rogers you guys are screwing me again. How come you guys suck so bad at customer service, if would like my advice stop subbing service calls, these piece meal techs have no vested interest in customers or your company. Bags are closer to the door now....

    So @RogersHelps last week did gave us notice of work being done for the next few days, then gave us a refund. Today, with a customer demo, my home internet drops again with no notice. So much for the promises. As they only seem to respond to bad PR, they're getting it.
