.@RogersHelps Is there a fix if internet is working just for websites and not applications that are web-enabled? I can go onto YouTube through google chrome, but not on Spotify through my PC app for example. Issue is not isolated to the Spotify all alone.

@RogersHelps Hello, Ignite TV services seem to be problematic with channels black screened, no audio and other channels not available. This started happening since the service disruption. Resetting all units did not resolve anything.

@vote4robgill @Rogers I think a class action lawsuit should he launched. Th8s would be the approach I the USA. Roger's likely has liability for this. It is simply not the loss of service for one day but also the inconvenience and alternate measures individuals and businesses had to implement.

@bhaumik52 @vote4robgill @Rogers Okay, then once you have your services back, call and be polite to the underpaid Rogers rep you get on the phone and see what they can do for you. I guarantee kindness and patience will get you way further than the junk solution Rob is proposing.

@CouttsKate @Rogers Maple - Internet / cable service came back ( extremely slow ) for a few hours Saturday but went down again mid afternoon. It is still down Sunday morning.
