@sal_maybee @Rogers @RogersHelps I feel like you are treating this like a Joke. Many customers across this and other provinces are experiencing call issues. You could at least issue a PSA rather than waiting and servicing people 1 by 1 asking them do DM you.

This is insane. @Rogers and @RogersHelps just ghosting people now. At least acknowledge there is an outage. Way to let people down when they might need it most. Rogers letting down western Canada like usual.

@RogersHelps Finally an acknowledgement of the issue. Been contacting through the app for them to tell me it's a phone issue. Just unacceptable
