@Rogers internet is so freaking trash. Around 12 hours without service now.. and support quotes “maintenance”. Who out here doing maintenance on a Monday morning when people WFH needing to use their internet… Been with rogers for decades but I’m done. This is dumb now

@Rogers @RogersHelps We're onto day 4 with #UNRELIABLE TV & Internet services. If they can't fix the issue with the node, it should have been replaced already. Time to start looking for competent service personnel. You need to #DoBetter. Enough is enough. #BadCustomerService

@RogersHelps I see wirecomm is on site again and caused the outage. I’d like yet another credit please. This is unacceptable you pay then you know when they arrive. Notify customers of maintenance

@NeelPat29757715 @Rogers Down for me as well for over 12 hours now. Support quotes “maintenance”… like really? Maintenance Monday morning when people who WFH need to log into work but can’t because they don’t have service. Cancelled my services today.. rogers really dropped the ball this year. shame

@RogersHelps is this deliberate ignorance or have things just gotten that bad over there? FIX. THE. ISSUES Stop apologizing. Stop wasting money. Invest in the solution and APPLY YOURSELVES. Absolutely despicable.
