@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I think it shows your lack of honesty when you call it intermittent and say that everyone is restored. I STILL HAVE NO SERVICE!!!!!! I’d call to complain but I can’t. This is not acceptable. 24+ hours!!!!!!! Absolute bullshit.

Spoke with @Rogers @RogersHelps this morning and I was advised they have not yet decided what to do for compensation for the nearly 24 hour blackout yesterday. If you were thinking of reaching out to ask them, don't.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps No - the reason for the outage was insufficient testing by Rogers before rolling out the software update. Don’t point fingers - it is not the Ericsson network that was affected!

@AboutRogers @Rogers I know I may be the only one but...I feel bad this happened to Rogers and of course all the people, businesses and lives it affected. Personally I was concerned it was a deliberate act of vandalism. All in all I am very glad we are all reconnected.

@Rogers home wifi isn't working now? Fix one thing break another? Any idea when this will be fixed. Very hard to work from home with shotty service like this. How will you be crediting your customers for the lack of quality?
