    I don’t think @rogers has customer service anymore. Waited 45 minutes on a call that disconnected. Waiting online - 2 hours at this point.

    @RogersHelps I was on hold for over 2hrs just to finally getting a message that I should call back. Really pathetic!! There used to be an option for a call back in the past that doesn’t exist. Customer service sucks. #frustrated
