    @birgitomo @Rogers Our elevator emergency line was comnected to Rogers phone lines, imagine if someone was stuck in a elevator, they couldn't call for help due to the emergency button not working in the elevator as well as call for help on there phone because there was no signal

    @lindabythelake @RogersHelps No body gives guarantee of 24*7 service availability. Even big giants like amazon, FB and google had big outages so changing ISP may not help. We should be thinking of backups in hard time.

    @RogersHelps thanks for screwing up my network with yesterday’s outage!! Now I have spend my time setting everything back up!! I wish you offered more options on your router so this type of stuff can be quickly corrected!

    Apparently "the vast majority of customers" have @Rogers service again yet at no point have we been given any real information about what happened Canadians pay through the nose for this service & deserve transparency #rogersoutage #internetdown
