Felix (@Felix_Cat7) reported@EdmontonOilers @Rogers @RogersPlace Few people fathomed losing to the Ducks… People were licking their chops when the Oilers got home ice advantage against the Ducks! Could be worse, they could be down 0-3…

Miss Peepers (@miss_peepers) reportedCan anyone suggest a cell phone company that isn't @Bell or @Rogers so I can get competent customer service? I'm tired to being lied to and taken for a fool with bullshit misinformation about monthly billing?

Gobi Anpalagan (@beem3er) reported@Rogers Communications Just had internet issues and called tech support—only to be told the system they use to check connections is also down. So… nobody can actually check anything right now? Feels like the blind leading the deaf.
-
Peter Young (@cy686phtsl) reported@RogersHelps I asked the representative if it was possible to suspend my service for two months (specifically June and July).
-
MissFina 🇨🇦🇭🇰🇨🇳 (@Love4Spring) reported@Rogers STOP calling your customers every day from 833-430-6500. As a mobile service provider, you should know who originates these calls.

eash (@Ronnie2Kaapp) reported@sockmoments @Rogers @JaysCare Like I’m actually considering not even buying tickets for the 27th anymore this **** is insane. Shouldn’t have to lineup at 1:30 for a 7 pm game bc they can’t order an extra 10-15k jerseys even

Matt Muszynski (@mattmuszyn) reported@RogersBiz @Rogers This has been going on for months. You sent me two QR codes via Purolator, both failed and when I asked for replacements, they never came. I have a photo of the error screen from the last one I received as proof. Now I’m being told they’re “past their due date” and nothing can be done, yet due to your own negligence, I’ve been running to in-store Rogers business locations and sitting through hours of hold times just to get this sorted. And somehow, I still received another QR code just last week that also didn’t work. So how exactly is this past its due date when you’re still sending them out? Now I’m told no replacement is coming and there’s nothing that can be done. That’s not an answer. I’m a loyal business client who has spent thousands with Rogers, and this is what I get, months of runaround, unprofessional staff and a 72-hour wait just to speak to a supervisor. Mistakes happen, but from a company like yours? Sort this out please.

Eddie Sheerr (@EddieSheerr) reported@RobertChaulk @DaveJSullivan @Rogers I'd say it'll be in a band that goes with one of the carriers. So Rogers may offer it as an add on service
