    I have been unable to work since Friday. @rogers has a known problem with services in my area. No ETA, not able to talk to a human (my position in the queue is 81, and given my experience in the last days, the chat — or call — will drop before I get to someone). What a week.

    @tibighaith @Rogers Apologies but we’ve had to change our service requirements. Anybody born BEFORE 1982 will need to read scribe at a higher cost.

    @Rogers Invest in your Internet and Ignite delivery infrastructure. Maybe do your own service calls instead of contracting others to waste our time not fixing anything.
