@RogersHelps @Rogers I’m in the Mississauga Oakville border my home wifi is still down, other people in my neighborhood have gotten their wifi back working but mine is still down. When will it be fixed?

.@Rogers may be saying they've restored service but the reality is they've BARELY restored service. 3/4 the things I use the internet for still remain non-functional. I won't let them only think we've been down for 1 day - my bill is WAY too high for that. #rogersoutage

@vote4robgill @Rogers Rogers’ outage stopped residents from being able to access 911 services for almost 24 hours, causing delays in life-saving medical treatment. It’s possible that some people died (heart attack & can’t call for help) and Rogers thinks $3.80 will compensate for this?!!!

@RogersHelps I've had nothing but constant problems with Rogers and I hate Rogers ignite because you have a TV service relying on the unreliable internet I miss the DVR cable boxes when you can hook a hard drive up to them instead of this ridiculous cloud storage

@RogersHelps @JustinTrudeau Could you please have a word with CRTC to ensure there is a HUGE fine for this outage & they are forced to improve their infrastructure WITHOUT increasing rates to subscribers.
