@Sweetsherene1 @AboutRogers @Rogers lol You're not going to pay for a whole months worth of service because you had none for ONE day. Take your bill, divide it by 30(avg days in a month). That's really the most you'll be able to try and fight for. Then again, its Rogers. They're looking for ways to bill us for this

@RogersHelps @theTVaddict I wish y’all would stop saying “intermittent” (3 times just in the short statement attached). Personal experience is UNinterrupted NON-service all day. Haven’t seen a single comment mentioning “intermittent“ issues. Be honest. Trust is hard to win back after it’s lost.

@KrainTrain @RogersHelps @CaptainAdam99 Rogers said cause was an Ericsson update, at least we have that now. I can see that breaking things, but having no redundancy or roll-back in place to ensure it doesn't take down their entire network is scary.
