@RogersHelps Semantics. @Rogers charged an existing customer $30 for a setup that required no setup on their part. They should be transparent that this is an administration cost. A cost, by the way, that is hyper inflated and unwarranted. @bbb_us

@RogersHelps I have been on hold for 4 hours now being tossed from one person to another on both chat line and customer support. I have yet to find a solution. My account has been cancelled after only two days of activation. No one can explain why or help!!

No promos. I was told normal increase that happens every year. I’ve been on the same plan for years and this has never happened. @Rogers just lies. Why not rob everyone blindly if you can. Cant wait for starlink. Cmon @elonmusk we need you now !

@RogersHelps Hi! I’m currently on Rogers Ignite Gigabit and whenever I have to download a large video game, my TVs freeze and don’t work, I can only watch YouTube and twitch streams on the lowest quality and they buffer. It’s really annoying. Is there a fix for this on the modem?

@oxysnice @Rogers If you do switch back to Bell make sure your last bill doesn’t have Rogers owing you money, you’ll never get it back. Three months and they still haven’t paid me what they owe me.

@RogersHelps I have attempted 5 different occasions to get through your customer service (phone and live chat) to be on hold for 2+ hrs each time to be transferred or disconnected... How do you talk to a live agent todo changes to your account that can’t be completed online?????
