I have been unable to work since Friday. @rogers has a known problem with services in my area. No ETA, not able to talk to a human (my position in the queue is 81, and given my experience in the last days, the chat — or call — will drop before I get to someone). What a week.

I do not have one of my emails with Rogers @Rogers since Friday. Does any one knows what’s going on ? I was told by Rogers after I spent hours talking couple of times with them that they are aware of the problem and working on it. How is this possible ??

@Rogers Invest in your Internet and Ignite delivery infrastructure. Maybe do your own service calls instead of contracting others to waste our time not fixing anything.
