Since the outage, I have pretty well no @Rogers mobile internet on my phone. I can't even load a webpage on data. Wifi only. It says LTE but it lies. I even had a free increase of high speed data added to my account @RogersHelps can you explain this?

@RogersHelps Our internet is slow, our cable is messed up...we can't get some channels that we normally get....our cable boxes are messed up. Ever since that "Issue" that knocked EVERYTHING out it's still been a mess

Got email from @Rogers CEO w many promises BUT service is unacceptable. Constant interruptions 2-3x/day at any & all hours of the day. Bounced between customer service and tech support until internet reconnects. The full bill arrives on time, with no interruptions.

@EVAsKarma @Rogers Had the same problems so switched to Bell. For me they have been 100% better. Been with then for 10 yrs now. Only one outage for 1 hr. Maybe just our feed but been good.
