@RogersHelps problem: I am having volume issues with my ignite box when on tv channels only. Trouble shooting: Picture is perfect. Checked tv remote: volume not muted, Netflix app volume working fine. Checked ignite remote, volume not muted, Netflix app volume working fine.

@rogers please fix your towers, I live 11 stories up in Richmond hill, ON, and only get about 1 bar. This is actually beyond annoying that my calls fail because of no service.
