Check your @Rogers bills folks, they tend to grossly charge incorrectly, claim to credit when you call in to complain - but do not in fact, so the call-in cycle repeats. Shocking customer service. Seriously considering switching to another carrier, too many poor experiences.

@RogersHelps Thanks for the reply. I don't believe my question requires any personal details. My connection is otherwise fine, it's only @YouTube with issues. So I'm assuming that either Rogers or YouTube is throttling at these times. And I'm just curious if it's Rogers.

@Rogers I've DM'd you before and the bot sucks. It's a 45 min to 1.25 hr wait for a GD call back from a technician who'll tell me to unplug my modem. Well, it feels like it's unplugged multiple times a day. So no, I won't DM you. #mediocre #whereisverizon
