    @RogersHelps my email account is not authenticating. Whether to receive, send etc. email or to log in to other services. Holding on a call with customer service for 20 minutes already. Can you help here?

    I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service/service in general from a company as bad as Rogers. Going on THREE weeks without internet. Supposed to have tech in TODAY & they just called saying they weren’t experience to do the job!??How does this make sense.@RogersHelps
