    @RogersHelps For the last five days or so, the audio and video on BBC World (Channel 194) have been out of synchronisation. The problem is only occurring on this channel, and rebooting has no effect.

    @smiling_rosie @RogersHelps @joshc8889 Fibre cut confirmed in the news. Really bad, widespread outage, and they'll be working throughout the night. Meanwhile on Twitter: "I'm not seeing any widespread outage reported.." Their website claimed the same. No outage at all, it was all in your mind!

    @postfu @RogersHelps @joshc8889 We have no Internet or tv access since 11 am in the M1E area and we did all the usual troubleshooting. So definitely a Rogers issue

    @Rogers Say hello to the worst internet ever ! Do Not Use if you are a Streamer - they have a data cap and if you go over they lie and send engineers ...even during a pandemic to put everyone at risk.....🤪

    @Rogers is continually dropping internet. Tech knows this issue and refuses to send a tech out. How is this acceptable when thousands are still working from home? We need reliable and affordable internet.
