    @RogersHelps @Rogers Businesses are being impacted FYI. At least provide an ETA or action update to what is being done about this issue. Millions of paying customers are impacted by this outage. This reflects very poorly on your company to not advise on actions being taken & a potential ETA.

    @CRTCeng @Rogers @chatrmobile why are mobile companies allowed to put through price increases during a pandemic with mass unemployment but they suffer no penalties when their service falters?

    @RogersHelps @marmalak03 I am quite positive @RogersHelps knows how impactful this outage is, and guaranteed they are working their asses off to fix the problem. No need to constantly remind them about how this is affecting you. It's affecting everyone. Be patient and kind.
