Talks to @Rogers rep about missing info on my 7th ticket number... He opens up another ticket. I said "why are you ask for info then open up another ticket? Is this gonna be a neverending circle?" Well guess what. I got a txt saying "problem not solved, here is your new ticket"🖕

Mega Man 6 Tournament match at 4 Atlantic Time (3 Eastern) on toaster settings cause @Rogers has not fixed their **** after 8 service calls. Let's hope i won't get disconnected 🤞

@Rogers @RogersHelps Very rude behavior by Rogers Tech support, I spend almost 7 hrs with them yesterday & they screwd up my Mesh Network. Today I called again & agent without listening ,said will send Tech and when asked why they made changes to modem he got rude. Big Mistake

@RogersHelps 🙄😤 Why should I have to try a third method of communication?! Ever heard of customer service? Get some better service so the wait isn’t a million years on the phone and stop sending people to your site if your site doesn’t work and then say to chat on Twitter bc of it! 😡
