    @RogersHelps We’ve been on Rogers nearly 2 months. Issue 1/3 - We left a $65+ HST Fido plan for a ‘cheaper’ Rogers plan; we are paying the exact same and paid $33 to frigging change.

    Left @Bell_Aliant 2 days ago for @rogers and have had nothing but problems with terrible internet connection, a website that doesn’t work and now random screens coming up to prevent me from watching the rest of the hockey game. Just garbage

    @RogersHelps Issue 2/3 - Authorised payment did not come out even though it was set up two weeks before the bill date, got a ‘reminder’ email 3 days after bill date asking to pay but already had card set up. Had to pay manually. What’s up?

    @RogersHelps disrespected my wife and wont let her through the door to return the equipment we need to return Her bill is now over $400.00 including a charge for the initial equipment which never worked properly We have faithfully paid our bill all this time that we have been

    Rogers ignite is the biggest fraud internet ever , I signed up for 1gbps connection , all I get is 300 mbps connection , when you call them they don't help they says 1gbos is only wired ,don't go for Rogers connection avoid them #rogersfraud @Rogers
