Reality Bites even more so now in Canada (@Reality40913941) reported@RogersHelps how about just get better service online chat on your own website or phone, not on social media...start there...maybe move you over to online chat...no solution tonight...my solution will be to try another provider after 15 yrs with ROGERS...
