@Rogers no help or discount during a pandemic when even the hydro companies can help out even a little, Rogers can’t do anything except overcharge people for there services, there needs to be more protections for consumers with the price big companies charge for things like tv

@RogersHelps that seems like an ironic name for a company that uses 2 hours of a customers time in order to Chat with a “customer service rep” who accomplishes nothing. Horrible, horrible service.

@RogersHelps The ref #i1602597922 will give you the story partially. It was total incompetence in the part of 3 agents. As a long time customer with many services paying you over $500 monthly, I expect better. Caused me undue stress.

@RogersHelps I did. Conveniently it’s just a third broken iPhone in a row. @AppleSupport should really work on quality control. It’s not the Rogers network according to Rogers. Just every #iphone is broken out of the box. I’d rather hang myself with my lightning cable than be with Rogers.
