I'm assuming at this point @rogers is so busy calculating whether to refund me $2.89 or $2.87 on my next gigantic bill that they've forgotten to restore my service.

@RogersHelps It better not be a measly $20 credit some many things went wrong yesterday because of all my services being down. Everytime I call I hear we have the best service and coverage, obviously not. Cells, home phone, home security, tv and ignite internet all down.

@carollou72 @RogersHelps @Rogers I also find the lack of response news service gave on this or the govt, they almost downplayed how many people had reported outage as some people but reality was most of us had any service to report it down.

@STG06629377 @TheSpec @Rogers Wow, 3 hours that must've been tough. It was out for well over 24 hours. It went out at 5am Friday. I wish it had only been 3hrs so boring. The funniest tweets I've seen so far are the ones saying report your service outage like how could I do that. The stupidity is amazing.

@RogersHelps @RogersMediaPR This was pathetic. And I’m guessing there won’t be any compensation for everyone who was affected when the service they PAY for didn’t work?

@vote4robgill @Rogers What about lost business due to interac being down? What about lost lives due to 911 service not working? It’s not just customer accounts that were impacted here - what a garbage response
