    @RogersHelps It’s been looked into. As above, talked to a dozen people. There’s an issue in the brampton leaving multiple neighbourhoods w/consistent intermittent/non-usable services. I just want Rogers to announce what the large scale issue is. What are you fixing? When will it be fixed?

    @Rogers in Thronhill my high speed 500mbps internet has been disaster for more than a month. No matter how many times I call it has not been fixed! Same problem with multiple neighbours. Please help 🙏.

    @Rogers Congratulations four days, a whole 4 consecutive days of quality service after months of scattered service, only 1/2 our channels are coming in. No more chats with reps who only offer empty #apologies. I want #compensation for 11 weeks of poor #CustomerService

    @lginger33 @RogersHelps What was the resolution to this matter? I’m experiencing the same problem, and “customer service” as Rogers calls it, is less than helpful.
