    @Rogers Getting the run around from the win back team. I talked to the lady for 15 minutes and she told me about an offer and said will give me a call back. Never heard from them again. Called Rogers customer service they said we have no way of checking or getting you to them 😒

    @RogersHelps, you can’t call your data plans “Unlimited”, when you throttle the speeds for the unlimited part to point you can’t load anything. The more time I spend loading, the more battery I use. Which means, you are devaluing my device, while I’m paying you. **** that noise!

    @Rogers I see zero likes to Rogers post and all complaints below. Bye bye Rogers. I said it before and I'll say it again. No company is too big to go bankrupt. If your customers aren't happy you will fail. The lack of cust service is your biggest fail. You poor service quality is 2nd

    @RogersHelps There wasn't any sound on NBC before 11 last night and on Monday night before 8. When the feed changed it was corrected. No need to run tests from my end Your problem. Regarding Global sound issue, ticket is open. Message said no solution yet. U can't help if a ticket is open.
