@seventh7rainbow @Rogers It reminded me of your experiences with Southwark. It really is quite astounding to be caught up in Kafkaesque levels of bad service: because our computer system shows that we failed to help you in 2021, we will now fail to help you 2 years later. And no one able to cut through.
