@CP24 @rogers @RogersHelps TV (Ignite) still not working properly. Volume goes in and out and can’t watch anything recorded. I’m embarrassed for you at this point.

@RogersHelps FYI, watching tv through Ignite is very choppy. Screen and sound keeps freezing every few minutes. And Wifi is still pretty slow, and so not 100% either. A lot l work still to do. #RogersOutage

@RogersHelps @PaulStats Why does @RogersHelps continue to toe the line that service has restored to most customers? I'm 3 days w/o internet & have a spotty LTE connection. My friends & family with Rogers saying the same - there's been no communication updates. When will service be restored? PM sent.

@RogersHelps 50 hours without internet. 3 hour wait to talk to somebody. No callback service offered. Are you kidding me? Come on Rogers. My mother was back up 35 hours ago and I still have nothing? 17 year customer here, your time is running out. You need to at least respond here.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Still not working on day 3. Two day credit on our bills? Two crippling outages a littler over a year apart both blamed on a "maintenance update". How many people DIED because they couldn't call 911? How much MONEY was lost? 200÷31x2=12.90. Big deal! 🤬
