After our internet collapsing this week, and a couple hours dealing with useless AI, I finally got a @RogersHelps person on the phone to be told the earliest they can fix anything is Tuesday afternoon. I’m calling @Bell tomorrow morning. It’s a race. I’ll keep you posted!

Okay @Rogers seriously. What is with the random "you caught us during a household update!" garbage? What is the point in doing your nightly update if you are going to do this? It's always right when I'm in the middle of watching something on the DVR, too. And if it's not this...

@Rogers explain to me why my two children who live in the same house incur long distance charges any time they call EACH OTHER. Both same area codes, both standalone watch plans set up at the same time under my account. I spent 3 hours today getting gaslit by your support lines.

@Fidomobile @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions You guys are trouble makers. I was at peace after leaving but you brought me back with false promises—no hotspot, no free US calling. And no one is calling me back, which is disappointing. Fix this ASAP or I’ll move back to my old provider

@Rogers how is it that in Evanston Calgary I have 5G+ but I still have no reception to load even emails on my phone but as soon as I drive down to Livingston, it works fine? Why are there still dead spots for your network? @TELUS @Bell

Shame on you @Fidomobile @RogersHelps — 24+ hrs and no callback. After onboarding me back, you became irresponsible. Ambassador agent Chinedu misled me with false info. Fed up with this scam-like experience. Kindly confirm my issue ASAP or I’ll move back to old provider.#scammer

@Rogers why do you guys make it so hard on your customer service line to talk to a real person about issues with my phone plan? You guys have worse customer service than @Bell, you guys should be ashamed
