Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Stephen (@astephen68) reportedHey @RogersHelps three straight days of your bs internet service, disconnecting none stop which we pay a lot of money for good service. Welcome @Bell I think it’s time to switch.
-
John Williamson (@j0hnwilliamson) reported@Rogers your 5G speeds are concerning. Paying hundreds for an upgrade only to have your internet spreads drastically reduced is extremely dishonest. When will the paying customers get the service they are paying for?
-
Michael O. (@michaelo_2021) reported@SamsungCanada Trying to redeem the free Chromebook 4 offer, but keep having my receipt emailed from @RogersHelps Pro on-the-go rejected as not legible. Tried using Customer Inquiry form on my offers page and keep getting an internal server error message.
-
Lola (@Lola16977749) reported@adamschoales @Rogers I got the same email and all I can say is that it “sucks”. This fall I was thinking about upgrading my cellphone and transferring my service to Rogers, but not now, and am also considering taking my home phone, and internet somewhere else too.

Karl Ghiara (@Ghiara) reported@RogersHelps in 6 days I have experienced 7 outages, some lasting for 7 hrs. No ignite services. Right now there is an outage in the neighborhood. Very very poor service from Rogers. Technician came out today, changed some HW and assured me all good.

Chester M. Diaz 🇨🇦 (@iamchesterdiaz) reported from Toronto, Ontario@RogersHelps Hey Rogers. WTF is your connection! This is BS!
-
kj (@Kjerstinism) reported@Rogers I mean the app itself is buggy. Have to log in and out. And at times delete and download the app again. The router looses network. So much issues I can go on and on . At this point I'm a dissatisfied client. If I was on vacation right now who would fix this issue for me 😔😒
-
Pete United (@PetePoshman) reportedWaited on hold for over 20 minutes with @rogers today. Trying to get equal service as their competitors. Looks like I’ll be cancelling. Rogers customer for almost 20 years, and they couldn’t care less.
-
kj (@Kjerstinism) reportedMy home cameras aren't working so I ended up setting the alarm tonight. Honestly @rogers your home alarm system is faulty. Every month I feel like I'm on the phone with technical support.

John Williamson (@j0hnwilliamson) reported@RogersHelps No, I am talking about full 5g speeds. 5g speeds are significantly slower on my iPhone 12pro max than any other phone or LTE network I’ve used in the past. This goes for many of my friends as well. Probably why “why is 5g so slow” is a popular google search ;).
