    @JayGenXer @Rogers Try live chat. I think you get a person that can actually communicate in English. Most allow you to print out the entire chat at the end & you can yell at your screen if they say something stupid without worry. Only way I do it now. Faster too.

    @JayGenXer @Rogers I’ve been trying to call, but the AI just keeps telling me to try again later. Now I have to go to a physical store just to remove one of the add-ons. @Rogers sucks.

    I just noticed they increased all my phone lines by $5 so they could invest in providing better service. @Rogers charging ppl more when your service continues to get worse is just ridiculous.

    Trying to call @Rogers to getting a shipping label . Been on hold for over an hour . Hey @Rogers you do know @amazonca gives you a shipping label from their website right ? Get with the times . I never had to wait this long for Shaw to answer 🤬 #rogers #InternetWiFi #canada
