    @KimHalfyard @RogersHelps Really awful service again in KW still/again. Difficult to watch World Jr. crappy picture when there is one. Internet is also very slow.

    @RogersHelps How about you just fix it because I don’t have time to go through the whole process of verification and bug my landlord about it just for you guys to do nothing. Look at your outtage map and hop to it.

    @RogersHelps That's the thing. I've just about had it. I've gone through this process before, this would be #3. Now the extension works but nobody answers. You do know people actually work for a living too, we can't hang around for a phone call on your time. I think I'm going to @bell
