Mr. C (@MrC_ELL) reported@RogersHelps what is wrong with your customer service? After 25 minutes waiting this morning I was able to order a new remote replacement. 2 hours later I receive an automated voicemail to call because they need more information. Now I have been on hold for 45 minutes.

Muthyam (@MovieMuthyam) reported@RogersHelps My current home Wi-Fi service is really poor - it's using a wireless SIM card modem. Before I completely cancel my plan, I’d like to try switching to a regular, wired home modem to see if the connection improves. Is it possible to swap my hardware to a traditional modem setup?

CatastrophiConfusion (@canadianatlarge) reported@RogersHelps Stop it. Rogers net income for 2025 was $4.93 BILLION. Ours was $8200.00 There were no service upgrades, nothing is clearer or faster. No extra channels. Just a $5 increase for no reason at all. STOP IT

Laura Brown 🍁 (@thatgrrl) reported@Darth_Pingu @Rogers I worked in call centres in Canada. Most of the clients were US businesses looking for Canadian customer service people because we were nicer, more patient than those in the US. I bet they still do that.

Off the Rush (@OfftheRush1) reportedSo @Sportsnet jacks up the price of their subscription service but offers less @NHL games, and now Prime is covering playoff hockey. The greed is out of control. The fans are being treated like marks and it needs to stop. @Rogers is the worst company in Canada.

Ben Singer (@bensinger333) reportedWhy does @RogersHelps provide such bad service? 30 minutes on hold, hung up on me without taking the call, and I'm back on hold for another 30 minutes. It's like they're begging me to use a different provider. I hear you guys. I'm on it.

Cal Lindsay (@Cal495) reported@RogersHelps Would removing the pod while printing remove the problem? We have a split level house and without the pod, my son in the basement has no wifi. So removing the pod entirely is not a long term solution.
