    @RogersHelps It's not yet setup. I received the email to setup the account, but while setting up it is asking for account number, which I don't have . I called customer care and still no-one shared. So I am frustrated.

    @RogersHelps Not the point. You have so much money and you pay off small portion for It and social media people. It's not your customer's job to police your contact information. Your people should hunt this stuff down and get it taken off the internet. Just another instance of carelessness

    @RogersHelps @SmokingDandy I finally got through to Rogers after a 40 minute hold. Prior to that I tried twice and hold time was over an hour each time. Let’s face it – Rogers simply doesn’t give a damn, plain and simple.

    @RogersHelps Hours of being on hold and trying to get things resolved finally were by a very knowledgable supervisor but the process leading up to speaking with her were stressful, arduous and took hours of my life from me I will never get back.
