    @RogersHelps It’s not some it’s everyone you downplay something that is cause massive inconvenience to your customers! Don’t use words like some and intermittent when it’s a blackout

    @RogersHelps This is unacceptable we pay the highest prices in the world and my service has been down for over 5 hours, making me wish I had a backup plan off another carrier, hope we will be credited or get compensation for this. I'm in Edmonton

    If @Rogers is down for this long, does it mean we all get something for free? Like a map since I can't use them on a my phone, or a free land-line since we're apparently in 1992 today
