Weβd agreed that I need a tech to come out and look at the installation. The service to the router is about 60% of what it should be. I was told a call was coming to schedule.

My senior mother was charged bogus roaming fees, has called several times, only to be told you have high call volumes and to call back and the agent via chat wasn't helpful at all. You're charging fraudulent fees and harassing seniors!
