    @RogersHelps 3 days my internet speed is incredibly low. 3 days I've called tech support. 3 days you've said the issue was resolved...ots happening again. What gives?

    @Rogers Is there an issue with the network right now? I still have 15 gigs high speed but can only get 1.5 mbps on download right now. I using get 19-21 mbps here. I have 3 bars of 5G service too. What’s going on?

    @RogersHelps @Bell You lost me as a mobile after 21 years +++ over a redundant $120 charge that customer service refused to remove. I was literally standing in the Bell store & moved my number as the guy in retention basically told me to get lost. A weight off my shoulders tbh.

    @Bell_Support I'd like to make an appointment for internet/cable. Our @RogersHelps service is having its weekly outage for my area & as we work from home this is no longer acceptable. Thanks!

    @rogers your ignite service is total garbage. Trying to watch the #Leafs game and its sputtering and losing HD (nevermind the 4k) this isn't the first time but I have a feeling it'll be the last time I put up with this crap. 😡😡😡 #rogersignite #timetocancel

    @RogersHelps Thanks but the person I spoke to said the service was out in my area (it goes out at least 1 x week) & that they'd send me a text when it was back on. That's not helpful when service goes out regularly. We are switching after 20 yrs with Rogers here & 20 yrs at our old house.

    FFS @Rogers! Fix your damn Internet! My WIFI dropping signal for 5 minutes every 10 or 15 minutes is irritating and a pain in the ***! This is not what I pay almost $250 a month for! Dupont-Dovercourt area.
