Sh🎯t🌛is🌴urber (@amatoudi) reported@krissiepoo72 @Rogers Correction. It's not a "customer service line". It's a "customer avoidance line".
-
Lord Thunder (@TheLordThunder) reported@FierySharky @Rogers @Sportsnet A lane seems to be opening for a local sports news network to emerge. I'm not listening to Leaf hype all year, that's for sure.
-
Lynn Without an E (@Moon_River05) reported@blu_kryptonian It's hard wired into the cable box. @Rogers does everything in their power to make sure their customers are unhappy. It's really quite incredible. They actually have an automated message that says "We are too busy to take your call, goodbye" when you call customer service. Goodbye is right!!!

Raed Hamdan (@raedmm82) reported@RogersHelps Option 1: Rogers corrects the billing error and charges me only the amount that was stated in the original offer and agreement. Option 2: Rogers refunds the incorrect charges, including the connection fee. I will then cancel the service and switch to a different service provider.

SARINLEY (@abdiazizsarinle) reported1/2. @Rogers @RogersHelps My emails have gone unanswered, and your AI agent has not been helpful. Please contact me and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

🇨🇦Rupee D (@AR_Vancouver) reported@Kuljeet123r @Rogers Telus is answer. Try it and you won’t regret. They have best Fiber internet and best customer service.

OJHL Images DOP (@ojhlimages) reported@Dave_Sandford @RogersHelps I’m currently on hold dealing with the exact same situation complete BS and terrible customer service.
-
So Mino (@storytellrwendy) reported@Rogers you are a horrible service. We’re trying to cancel our account and we’ve been on hold 3 hours, re-directed by 4 different reps, and have been told it’s not possible to cancel. You’re now stealing from us. Awful customer service. Awful company.

Gary Lamphier (@lamphieryeg) reported@Rogers Picture it: You're a longtime Rogers customer. One day you get a spam call from Morocco. You don't pick up. Then you spot a $24 charge for a call to the same number on your July bill. You contact Rogers to complain. It's rejected. No explanation. What gives, Rogers?🙄

Island Time (@visitorsdigest) reported@lamphieryeg @RogersHelps @Rogers I spent 90 minutes last week on the phone and was shuffled to FOUR customer “service” agents before speaking to someone willing to deal with my issue which was that my internet speed was just over 50% of what I’ve been paying for for over a year. The system is designed to fail.
