@RogersHelps I’m so upset to hear that Rogers made my grandparents who are over 80 wait all day for an appointment they booked in October, to be told they are not scheduled until December 7th. Such awful customer service.

@DennielleL @RogersHelps I am not impressed with the customer service either. I am incredibly disappointed that such a huge company would add $3.40 “service fee” to all existing customers in the middle of a pandemic.
