    @RogersHelps I did and they said they can't help me because I added the account without pressing on the link, the rep in store didn't tell me any suck process they just told me to call customer care

    @johnrstreit @JanetBrown980 @Rogers I have the same problem, and I use Freedom -- it's between 4-6 calls in the middle of the night or early in the morning.
