@RogersHelps How hard is it to put out a tweet saying you have an outage in brantford and an estimated time of restoration? It's been 11hrs. The generic responses are a bit ridiculous. @rogers

@RogersHelps @FidoSolutions Eventually, someone at Rogers clued in and fixed the problem. But then someone else got hired and misconfigured not only server used to send bills, but also the email server to send confirmations odes, so can’t use web site to see bills since don’t get confirmation codes.

@RogersHelps how is it reasonable to be messaging with a customer to find out what’s going on only to have him stop mid conversation without even telling me what’s going on??

After 27 years as @Rogers customers, and now 8 wks as @Bell customers, I can say without any reservation that Bell is infinitely worse to deal with. Not that Rogers is a shining beacon of customer service either. The bar was INCREDIBLY low for Bell, and they still blew it. Unreal

@RogersHelps @FidoSolutions A few years ago, when the problem started, I spent much time documenting the exact IP address and email servers used to send Fido bills were wrongly configured. Adding a single line in their zone files would cost them millions I was told. yep. telecom firm doesn’t know about DNS
