    @RogersHelps @Rogers no shame in their game. They steal money for a service that is given to a 3rd party. That 3rd party can justify not aiding their customer based off a list that details what they allow for Proof of Address. Both parties blame it on the customer. Genius.

    @Rogers our TV box is acting up AGAIN some channels are not working. We need a new box or fix it. This happens on a regular basis. Fed up with this crappy service

    The wait time for technical support from @Rogers is 3 hours with no call-back option! They charge among the highest rates in the world yet don't even pretend to justify their greed by providing quality customer service.
