    @RogersHelps hello? I just want to speak to a human. This has been a 3 hour venture with no more than 8 unhelpful minutes on the phone with someone. The department who can help me, never picks up!

    @CBCNews We support this decision for the follow reason: Canada is too small a market to compete with US companies. This merger will give @Rogers a standing chance against US competitors. What that means is more money stays in the Canadian economy, instead of being transferred south.

    @RogersHelps I was transferred over to retention, was told I was next in line, that was 40 minutes ago. No call back option. Wtf? I already waiting an hour to have someone call me back the first time and they couldn’t help! They said only Retention could.

    @rogershelps can you help to hire technicians that can do the damn job. Taking my line and Reconnecting it to a different unit instead of running a new line is completely unacceptable.

    I'd love to see the payoff the Industry Minister is receiving for the @Rogers take over of Shaw Media? @JustinTrudeau if you gave a **** about Canadians you'd stop this step towards a further monopoly.

    @Rogers when they think that your going to fork over your cash to them and add services they answer the phone with no hold time whats so ever when you have an issue your on hold for an hour +...what a disgrace! Now they'll turns Shaw into **** too.

    @Rogers what a terrible service, i have been hold for 2 min from one of the Customer representative, since more than an hour no responds, still i am on call waiting for responds, it will be first and last services from rogers very terrible, dis appointing very bad
