    @RogersHelps brand new business client...been on hold now for 40 minutes for technical internet support.. why did I switch to Rogers again ??

    @fanCRTCProfling They’re known to act that way. They use use our network and don’t even pay for it. Hence our court case against them. Truly bad actors those @Rogers folks.

    @SBishayIRIS @fanCRTCProfling @Rogers The only issue is 4G VoLTE. It only works with a phone supported by Videotron. That doesn't include uleFone. And yet, my Armor 6E worked flawlessly in Japan. I still have to test my new Armor 12 with a voice call on Videotron's 5G network to see if it remains 5G.

    @RogersHelps Would you consider notifying all paying customers of outages in their area when it occurs vs waiting for each individual customer to call/write to ask what’s going on? Seems like there isn’t very much initiative here and it’s obviously causing customers to do Rogers job.

    @RogersHelps I keep getting calls for Fibre deals but my neighbourhood doesn't have it yet. I get told how amazing it is and better than the old option only to be told I have to keep the crappy old service. I want this stopped but also to know when I'm getting Fibre!
