@RogersHelps In Kitchener and service is still out. Good excuse to get some things done around the house, just wish I had downloaded more music on Spotify before this happened

@deeneecee @AboutRogers @Rogers HereWeGo maps. Offline use and I use it for all travel, no data needed. Never pay to use Rogers/Bell away from home, buy a travelling sim card, or esim card.

@Assassin_Tai @TorontoStar @Rogers I'm so sorry this happened to you, sending love your way! As a PSW, it happens so much to my clients & their families. I was with a friend when her dad died, & the bank kept calling, harassing them and I had to take calls for her it got so bad. No sympathy at all from them.

@RogersHelps The ignite internet is still not working for many of us in Oshawa. I've tried rebooting the modem and still no success. Is the issue resolved completely? Is there anything else I need to do? #RogersOutage

@RogersHelps This is not true. Most peoples internet is not working. Data is though so can’t wait for the overage charges for people who are hotspotting.

@thevivafrei @Rogers The absence of competition is a huge part of the problem. More service providers would limit the impact of a single outage, and better prices would allow businesses to subscribe to redundant services, guarding against single point of failure.

Im absolutely loving every second of this day long, national outpouring of hatred at @Rogers. There needs to be repercussions for what happened today. Offering Canadians a refund equivalent to 1 day of internet isn't gonna cut it. They deserve every bit of bad publicity they get!
