    @RogersHelps The amount of money you rake in by overcharging Canadians, you should not have these issues.. Refund your customers. Thankfully. I am not one.

    @Jason_hildo @RogersHelps It still has to report the position to the network so the phone can be tracked. That doesn’t take much data, but interesting that it is still reporting.
