  • CanadaJoe2 CanadaJoe (@CanadaJoe2) reported

    @TendaiChimombe5 @Rogers Down since 1pm yesterday in M4N, me, all my neighbours. Don't need a customer service call, we all don't have router problems. Can only assume your network folks are on it and will figure it out. 24 hours is too long.

  • KimberleyCoultr Kimberley (@KimberleyCoultr) reported

    @Rogers So can you tell me why I have less channels with ignite than I did with discontinued cable? I now have to pay to watch an American network. Why? Crave streaming made more sense than ignite does. Why? Why isn't ignite user friendly? Why do I pay the same for less?

  • GirlsGoGrape Girls Go Grape (@GirlsGoGrape) reported

    @RogersHelps How do I find out if there is an outage in my area? North Vancouver and no wifi

  • hellokaity kaity (@hellokaity) reported

    @RogersHelps Enough is enough. Multiple days a week of outages are impacting working from home. I'm beyond fed up at this point. I at the very least want a week refunded as I've experienced issues for at least that many days in the last couple of months. Awful service.

  • FusionOpz Matthew D. Sporich (@FusionOpz) reported

    @RogersHelps Would you be able to assist with a weird issue that I'm having with a corporate phone?

  • JamesRRubec James Rubec (@JamesRRubec) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

    @Bell The continued journey to find good internet returns #Mississauga @steve_cornwell Internet with Bell has been down all morning. I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.

  • MediaTruthOrDie Nekochan (@MediaTruthOrDie) reported

    @dwnbllngs @_msim @Rogers Yeah. It's really bad.

  • enosu Eunha Kim (@enosu) reported

    @rogers North Toronto M4N area has been down since around 1pm yesterday. Is this being looked into??

  • Vinceguida Vince Guida B.F.A. (@Vinceguida) reported

    @CRTCeng @RogersHelps The issue is with TV services and adding a package to my plan that I didn’t order, and then taking forever to remove it and refusing to credit me for the past charges.
