Wake up, doesn’t work. I called back and they’re like sorry our system is down, call back Mon morn. This is disgusting.

I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by a third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home. There better be some compensation for this.

🐧 (@nawals25) reportedMsged @RogersHelps online to make a move order for my wifi and they cut it off right away. I was like “wait it’s the middle of the work day, can you do it tomorrow?” They said yes and then proceeded to cancel my internet entirely instead of giving me my wifi back?
