@Rogers completely and horribly bad service since 2 days... Are you even interested in retaining your customers?

  • therealjoxer Joxer The Mighty (@therealjoxer) reported

@Rogers @DrVivianS Hmm, typical response from Rogers is to take public complaints private to smother the fire of problems. I sincerely hope that isn't the case here, but decades of experience suggests otherwise.

  • melisserzs Melissa (@melisserzs) reported

@RogersHelps we’ve been having problems with the voice command function on our ignite remote. Says “something’s not quite right. Voice commands aren’t working right now. Please try again shortly” Is this an isolated issue or something happening with everyone?

  • BusinessWarning BUSINESS REVIEWS / NEWS (@BusinessWarning) reported

@RogersBiz Very upset with U, Rogers business internet outage in Newmarket, called tech support to report it & asked for a credit, they said they can’t do it, asked me to contact CSR, I don’t have time to call CSR & wait, so I’m complaining on Twitter instead. #newmarket #rogers

  • JVB2112 Joshua Van Buskirk (@JVB2112) reported

@RogersHelps When is Rogers going to allow my iPad Pro 5G to actually connect to their 5G network? I have an Infinite plan with added tablet, but it’s only allowed to connect to LTE - very disappointing as your marketing features tablets being used with 5G!

  • Dineshvij79 Dinesh Vij (@Dineshvij79) reported
