    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Have to agree. Long time rogers customer and I’ve noticed a massive shift in the quality of customer service in the last two months (of course I had a number small things to deal with) lovely people on the other end of the call but they have no idea about the service at all.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Cancelled everything connected to Rogers. Done paying for the Leafs, Raptors and Jays salaries all while having to watch gay ****, price increases and more. Now I run Starlink so my idealogies can at align somewhat with what I pay for.

    @Rogers are you guys serious? It's 2026, I'm logged into a valid account in my own home and my phone can cast to my tv, but you want me to buy another device to cast too or pay a stupid rental fee for one of your dumb boxes?!? You guys have zero respect for your customers, it's apparent or all to see.

    @Rogers Not so reliable, my cable keeps cutting out since July 24/26, 3 service calls since then but today Aug 17/26 it cut out again. Called bulk rate # 1-855-256-0052 on hold forever, finally hung up. Bulk service # 934761297. Can you help?

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers only Had their staff across Canada do customer service, but last year they laid off most of their staff and contracted out their jobs to 3rd world countries…. That’s why their customer service is horrible now
