Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DarwinObeso Darwin (@DarwinObeso) reported

@Rogers What kind of support would this be if you’re internet is always out?

  • TaraOram Tara Oram (@TaraOram) reported

@Rogers What’s with your customer service? How many customers will you guys continue to disappoint with your “technical issues”? You want us to pay a full bill, for intermittent service.

  • monicanoy Monica Noy (@monicanoy) reported

@Rogers So you offer an emergency data add-on for those rare overages, yet it automatically becomes monthly until the customer finally figures it out. Seems like a scam. So far that’s cost more and seems shiftier than the increases Bell systematically added without notice.

  • Brrrning ✞ a n d r e w ✞ (@Brrrning) reported

@RogersHelps I’d rather not waste 3 hours on the phone with you guys only to still have no solution. It’s NFL9 (channel 385) that is having problems.

  • samantha_mckeen Samantha McKeen (@samantha_mckeen) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps My internet has been down for two hours. After calling tech support they said the earliest a tech can come is 2PM tomorrow. 24 hours+ after the initial issues. This seems unreasonable. Please help? I DM’d my acct info.

  • claudsfanuzzi Claudio Fanuzzi (@claudsfanuzzi) reported

@RogersHelps And wait hours on hold in between business hours. Why am I able to get a new service in 5 mins but have to wait over an hour to have one cancelled? #rogerscustomerservice#

  • neurdygirl α (@neurdygirl) reported

@Rogers it is absolutely ridiculous how horrible the signal is in the M2N area. I can’t connect and it’s driving me crazy. Such a waste of my time and money.

  • BrianCanadien Viscous Coupling (@BrianCanadien) reported

Hey @rogers, Why is that dropbox can't sync when I'm at home using the internet that you provide, but when I go to work there are zero issues with sync'ing? Is it me, or is it you?

  • claudsfanuzzi Claudio Fanuzzi (@claudsfanuzzi) reported

@RogersHelps You’re not here to help. He just called in told there was no wait for the cancellation dept and has now been on hold for 20 mins to speak to someone so please save me the we are here to help talk. My father is 65 and doesn’t use either platform so what do you suggest ?

  • Brrrning ✞ a n d r e w ✞ (@Brrrning) reported

@RogersHelps "No known issues"... please watch the video I provided in my original tweet.
