    @mcmicmike @RogersHelps I do know that in the USA there was talk about black outs . could this be why Rodgers went down . the Canadians were not informed about this happening we found out about the black outs from You-tubers in Oklahoma

    @RogersHelps I have some Internet, but it is slow. As for my cable tv, the channels are intermittent and I cannot access recordings. When will this be resolved?

Unfortunately we have become that dependent on this technology. But do not for a second undermine the seriousness of this

    @RogersHelps Yah! Last outage I sure appreciated the $1.13! Definitely makes me feel "like Rogers values my business and make me feel like a valued customer"! Best NOT send any surveys out to anyone for the next 3 months (or your next outage - which will likely occur first!) ;o)
