@RogersHelps nope!!! I called through Cable Tech support, and it rang like someone was going to answer but it was just a man,women & children screaming at each other in the background.... I assume somebody left themselves logged into their telephone/softphone and walked away

Listen @RogersHelps, we need to talk about customer service. My internet and TV was down last night, so I got in touch to sort things out. First by tweet, and then while waiting for a reply I decided to call as well. When I call, it knows my number and what account is tied to it

@RogersHelps Marina del rey complex lakeshore Blvd west of parklawn picture signal becomes grainy then freezes. Couple of days ago just couple of channels now 4/5 channels.
