    @RogersHelps Next bill arrives July 15 and I am not on a bundle. Everything is regular price and the bill is insanely high. Called asking why and apparently my modem was never received and so my bundle was next applied. This was not disclosed during the initial conversation.

    What is happening with customer service lines? Doesn't matter landline or cell phone? They are keep saying that they're extremely busy call later for last twenty days @RogersHelps

    @Rogers Why have I been in hold for over an hour two days in a row trying to resolve a billing issue and no one ever picks up the call? Your Customer Service doesn’t exist. Avoid Roger’s at all costs. Criminals!!!

    @CP24 Such a bad team this year. No better next year, either as all responsible are on long contracts and @Rogers is laughing all the way to the bank with 41,000 tickets sold for every game!

    @RogersHelps you never have any live agents available calling. You’ve raised my bill twice in the past year while providing horrible customer support and calls not getting through constantly.

    @RogersHelps A small square box,,, "XiOne-SC (B)" unsure what it is (modem or repeater or TV?). Residential. Service is cancelled, resident/account holder has passed away.

    @chatrmobile @Rogers get your **** together! Why is it that I'm having technical issues with my phone and I can't even get to talk to a real person about it cause you have no customer service dept anymore, for years now. Ridiculous!

    @RogersHelps I tried that. Apparently you are experiencing very high call volume right now and cannot take my call. And I should call back at another time. This is what you call 24/7 tech support?

    @alancross @Rogers Not to mention Rogers had an unacknowledged service outage in the GTA. Lots of calls dropping or data simply not working. All on Monday afternoon... but "no outage in your area". BS.
