    @RogersHelps Did call tech support yesterday but nobody answered Calling tech support all this morning, been on hold for over 2 hrs gave up listening to your elevator music and hung up, will try calling back in a bit your customer service sucks big time

    @RogersHelps how am I suppose to get service? Iā€™m in Thailand on hold for 2 hours and hung up, I canceled a cell line. They are still billing me and they require to call but hold for 2 hours and then hang up? THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET šŸŒŽ

    @RogersHelps This number is not picking up with me as am outside Canada and the one for international calls no one is responding and I need to contact customer services to stop my mobile line as it is charging on me new bills every month and your app and website are not helpful

    @RogersHelps Was able to reach out to them; they offer is higher than what Bell gave me (and you don't offer/allow hime phone service; if I don't take the full package, including tv; which i don't need)
