@Rogers how come anytime I'm near water I get terrible service eventhough I can see the cell tower. Lake Huron, Lake Erie. Service sux when your near shore, and I need phone for work.

@RogersHelps I just took a look at this locations google@l reviews. I’m grateful he didn’t let me in. Nothing but bad reviews. Some over two years old. You obviously haven’t done anything to change a ****** situation. I’ll go elsewhere.

@RogersHelps @Grepsoft1 I have been experiencing the same problem ever since we started using Rogers, and the problem has become super annoying this past week. My kids can’t connect to their summer online classes and their teachers ask why they’re always late. I can’t understand this.

@Rogers I just got off the phone with one of ur customer executive , and was shocked to see ur executive being so rude, and so short tempered. Moreover shouting, getting irritated, cutting in btwn when custmr is still talking seems to be normal for your executives.
