    Over the last few days, I’ve had some of the best customer service of my life from @Rogers, and then today some of the worst ever from @Bell. #Bell wasted my entire day, only to offer to make it up to me by asking me to waste tomorrow as well. #BadCustomerService

    @Devin_Rabey @MobileSyrup @TELUS @Bell @RogersHelps One issue with regards to cellular is that cellular bandwidth is vastly more limited than broadband data. That surge in cellular data usage by lifting those data caps could cripple the networks.

    @WaterCarol @RogersHelps 🤣yeah a gesture but not help. I know my bill will be well over $300-400 dollars. No tv no gaming face time with mom who has Alzheimer’s, aunt who can’t have visitors and is isolated. @RogersHelps needs to figure out a better plan.
