@CCTS_CPRST @Rogers At live chat at @Rogers two departments have shuttled my concerns and requests seven times, each insisting only the other could fix the problem. That's over nearly four hours. Also waited hours on the phone for an agent who was kind but so far unable to help.

@RogersHelps Not sure if u care bc it rolls from 1 issue 2 the next & has been on repeat 4 far 2 long!!!! If you cared Customer Care or Management would have escalated it & reached out 2 me personally & apologized. Instead of me having to take hrs from my work dayz repeatedly 2 deal with it!

Been with @Rogers for 19 years, It's good to know that their customer service does not care about loyalty and will string you around on hold for 20+ minutes to tell you they'll transfer you to another department, to get hung up on by the automated message telling you to call back
