Hey, @Rogers, another note to say you unbelievably SUCK. Thanks for your customer service guy trying to upsell me and spout BS about "guidelines" while refusing to send out a technician to SOLVE the problem. WHAT ARE YOU GOOD FOR? Again, why shouldn't people dump you for Bell?

@Rogers This looks from a customer perspective that, this is another cover up from Rogers, and not admitting about the lack of consistent and, reliable service. A refund for lost services is required.

@Rogers @RogersHelps How can I get into my email? It’s been days and the wait times to get thru on phone or virtually are insane. On top of that, now internet is down. Pls communicate what’s going on and how to resolve!

@SherOnHealth @Rogers I've mostly used VOIP with mobile phones/tablets/computers over Wi-Fi/cellular. No issues with sound quality on either end. My experience with other VOIP providers (Vonage etc.) and HW is 10+ years out of date. There are adaptors that allow RJ11 phones to connect to VOIP routers.

@Rogers Hi I’m having major issues with my internet connection. I’m working from home therefore I need my internet connection to be restored as soon as possible. I called and been on hold for more than 30 minutes. What a terrible service!!!

@Rogers Rogers is the worst internet provider ever. Today again we don’t have internet in our area. You can’t reach anyone. You wait in queue for at least an hour then get disconnected. #worst #rogers
