  • RubeneDS Rubene De Sousa (@RubeneDS) reported

Well looks like @TELUS doesn’t care about retaining customers when @Rogers offers a better deal. Won’t match or help make up the difference. Surprising since I was there from the beginning. Time to move on.

  • KrystyneElliott Krystyne Elliott (@KrystyneElliott) reported

@RogersHelps Our bill was increased without any warning... Our wifi extenders were never shipped out and were ordered on Nov 3rd., And service keeps dropping off

  • decca_digital Cory Bramall (@decca_digital) reported

ok @rogershelp / @rogers where the 🤬 is my iPhone 12 Pro. It’s been a month now. An update wouldn’t be, you know, the worst customer service. Still can’t help noticing you’re charging me for a mandatory plan upgrade for a phone I haven’t received. Clever move 👍.

  • WinterwindProds Winterwind Productions (@WinterwindProds) reported

@Rogers - An hour on hold and counting to update our address because your site and app aren't working and with all your billions of dollars you only licensed three horrible pieces of club muzak that repeat on infite loop. And we were thinking of a bundle too. Were. #HappyMonday

  • kamaldhillon01 Kamal Dhillon (@kamaldhillon01) reported

@Rogers , such poor customer service. I've been overpaying for months. And you say my fault. Switching to another service provider after almost 20 years.

  • EvanKrosney Evan Krosney (@EvanKrosney) reported

@Julia_Sisler @Rogers @TELUS Too bad. Could be worth calling one of your old carriers' winback numbers directly and seeing if they can give you a better deal. Bell's is 1-866-928-8053, and Telus/Koodo's is 1-833-348-3589. This is what I did when I got my current deal from Telus and it worked like a charm.

@RogersHelps is there an outage right now in the Mississauga area in Ontario Canada

  • DJGrizz DJ Grizz (@DJGrizz) reported

@Rogers don't know how to treat their customers, not to mention I got WAAAAAAY more for my money at @Bell A better plan, options, 4 times the data for half ths price I was playing!

  • bdipaolo bdipaolo (@bdipaolo) reported

@Rogers why is someone going door to door in Zone 1 NB (currently in orange). I get selling your services but this poor guy. I will never buy Rogers again. @CBCNB @NewBrunswick_NB

  • DJGrizz DJ Grizz (@DJGrizz) reported

The customer service alone is night and day! @bell made me feel important, that my business was worth their time. @Rogers reps couldn't care less, treat you like you don't matter, or you're being a bother... that's been my experience over the years. #EnoughIsEnough #itsovernow
