    @RogersHelps Just switched to Rogers Home Phone a week ago. EXTREMELY disappointed to just find out that call waiting display is not available. A very important feature that I was never told would not work. I am a very upset 30 + loyal Rogers customer-time to switch loyalties

    @RogersHelps Hi. I need help with my modem which is constantly giving me problems for the last 2 weeks. Poor wifi and intermittent loss of connectivity. Badly affecting my work and kids schooling. Upgraded from a Google wifi mesh to a Wifi 6 AX6000 wifi router. Still no benefit

    @RogersHelps 3 consecutive days of internet outages at home. Can't even get through to for support. Going to have to look for a more reliable provider.

    @RogersHelps When making the decision, I did check on the features i would receive but i was never told about this. Nor is it mentioned on your website. This is simply terrible and infuriating.

    I love that @Rogers calls me 2-3 times a week to try and sell me ****. They've gotten money from me every month for over 15 years and the way they thank me is to harass me to try and work me over for a few more dollars
