@RogersHelps it is hard enough teaching right now, add to it that my internet keeps going down. Reboot my router, it is back up for 1 min. I can’t teach my students like that, and I hate to think of how much of my phone data I am using to try and chat with them in a google meet.

I received a polite, gentle reminder from @Rogers that there was still a small balance on my account. I felt bad ... and then I realized I had paid half last week and bill still wasn’t due for another FIVE days!! Greedy, rude and intrusive.

@RogersHelps I have a tv package through my condo with Rogers. Should I have access to Rogers Anyplace TV? I have tried logging in with my rogers acct info but get the error "30213 : Sorry, we are having trouble signing you in. Please try again.". Thanks!

@RogersHelps Enough is enough. Spent the last 4 days with internet that drops multiple times an hour all day. Rebooting doesn't help, resetting router doesn't help. Drops video mtgs all day while working. How much worse can this service actually get? Can't believe I pay for this.
