    @RogersHelps I have been informed that the issue has been escalated but still it is not resolved, this is giving me 2nd thoughts whether I should consider moving to another service provider. I have been a loyal customer to rogers and wasn’t expecting this delay!

    That @rogers @fido outage that happen some month back . I didn't have my phone for the whole day and this piece of **** company credit my account $8 🤨. It's my goal to pay off my contract and move to @telus

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps I’m not sure why it is taking time for the backend team to update my new address and start the services on the new address. This is really affecting my work as the issue has not been resolved since last 4 days now. This is really frustrating. Please help!

    @RogersHelps ahhh yes, another outage. Emergency calls only. Good thing I pay 3 times what I used to for my landline. Can just imagine the excuse you have this time for no service..

    @Lightbarron @Bell @RogersBiz I agree. There is no point in pursuing this any further. I've had issues with my Bell service several years ago. It took over one year before they admitted that there was indeed an issue with their tower. This was after dozens of calls.

    @Rogers i dont know you guys will reply to this tweet. But this is regarding fido . I have never seen such a worst service in my entire life and i will not recommend fido to anyone. Since rogers is the parent company i think its the same with you guys as well.

    @Rogers waiting 22 minutes for cust ser regarding robo calls on my land line. Calls are every 5 minutes. No talk, no msg left coming from area code 306. I call the number and it's not in service. Now hire more ******* customer service reps. Going to Bell.

    @RogersHelps The service is fine, thanks - I was just bemused (and amused) by the "monthly savings" in the offer I got. Which, BTW, was an offer costing more money for less service. The computer system needs work! Stay well!
