Well I hope @Rogers plans on giving all the affected customers in Holland Landing and Newmarket areas a free month of service. Internet out most of the day. People working from home. Kids trying to do homework. Our time is valuable.

@Sportsnet @rogers Please fix your app process to stop dropping the connection a minute after the scheduled start of EVERY show. Rarely does it reconnect. It does this Even when a game runs into the next time slot. I’m paying lots of money for better service than this!

@RogersHelps @Rogers I’m an experiencing issues again with the 2nd replacement nextbox. The staff didn’t seem surprised at all when I returned it. I’m surprised @Rogers is ok with the poor performance of their refurbished products.
