@Rogers Good. Many people have issues with gambling. The disclaimer re "play responsibly " isn't going to cut it. Hockey and Basketball too...

  • grimetime12 Grimetime (@grimetime12) reported

@RogersHelps @Erik_G_T You’re trying to blame his device, but the same thing happened on my PlayStation. So I think it’s probably a you problem.

  • Grizz519 rjay (@Grizz519) reported

@RogersHelps rogers says my internet going to be off for 2 days and then asks if I'm happy with my service

  • StrayCat_15 Mike Fisher (@StrayCat_15) reported

Does anyone actually like @hockeynight Canada's first intermission show anymore? Honestly 4 people just trying to get their opinions in over everyone else! #Brutal #FigureItOutRogers @Rogers terrible TV! 👎 @Sportsnet

  • SenselessEarth Nick (@SenselessEarth) reported

@RogersHelps Problem though- your tech is not your own but licensed to you by Comcast (Xfinity). So you would be limited to the amount of adjustments you can do to their software/hardware. So unless you get everyone, including me on Rogers FTTH & turning up the speed to boxes, its futile.

  • Jpz_132 mjp_13 (@Jpz_132) reported

@RogersHelps You might want to, but Rogers really doesn’t; the problems with Rogers are more fundamental. In this instance it was a tech more interested in getting to the next call than ensuring things were working. Significant disconnect btwn your call centres, sales, service techs etc 1/2

  • SlutsOfBabylon Dutch Wheeler (@SlutsOfBabylon) reported

@RogersHelps @DragoonLowell Lol, it has been a known broken *** trash app since your big release last fall, and no one knows that better than you poor folks on the support team stuck dealing with it. @Sportsnet should troubleshoot what your Dev and QA teams did, or whichever manager approved the release 🚽

  • wallyweeins Wally Weeins (@wallyweeins) reported

@Rogers Yet they seek to place half the responsibility on me for not making follow up calls during the period when there was an open ticket and they were texting me saying they were working on the problem. The arrogance of this company is breathtaking.

  • wendypgreene Wendy Greene (@wendypgreene) reported

As a long time customer, I'm leaving @rogers. What provider would you recommend I switch to?
