so @Rogers who on earth thought it was a good idea to make it so that the only way you could set up your internet was with an app that needed to be downloaded... off the internet? it doesn't work on mobile data... and your rep just terminated the chat I see we're starting well

@RogersHelps Outage in Penetanguishene. Senior's building (Beck Blvd) using phone system to allow entry. When will service be restored? This keeps happening way to often.
