I’m so upset to hear that @RogersHelps made my grandparents who are in their late 70’s wait all day for a technician not to show up to install services and to be told their services are scheduled for another day. It was scheduled for Friday. Poor customer service.

@RogersHelps Honestly, if you guys would review your policy around troubleshooting it would be a good start. Some new homes have Ethernet runs and switches. Especially smart homes. That rep’s attitude is enabled by an ‘I don’t have to give a crap about you’ policy with a narrow view.
