    @Rogers Hard to reply as I only have access through a phone that will not tether to other devices. Have to stay logged on to chat with @RogersHelps while I wait for their Twitter account to deny that there are any service interruptions.

    @RogersHelps The WORST service ever. No Internet/cable/home phone for 5 days. Spent 14 hours on the phone in 4 days with them still no outcome. Frustrating. I am the last person to complain. But this is ridiculous. 😰 please RT for me to get their attention. #rogers #rogersfail

    @CRTCeng we DEFINITELY need more options for cable service in Canada. @Rogers and @Bell is a sad state of affairs.

    @Rogers But I am already a paying customer. I can understand this if you are a new customer and setting up new services. But that’s not the case here. So yes I will still consider this an unnecessary fee.
