  • tedrobak
Ted Robak (@tedrobak) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick

@gmbutts @Rogers Too bad, Gerald. Maybe it's the difference due to living in a smaller community in the Maritimes, but I find that the Rogers support here is really good, though coverage is not as good as it should be.

@RogersHelps any word on an internet outage in Fredericton, NB?

  • marlowcam8
    K. Schmidt (@marlowcam8) reported from Kingsclear, New Brunswick

@RogersHelps This is unreal. I guess i will just watch it on my phone. Please dm me. I paid for the year and no one replies to support emails about cancelling service. How can it be assumed that all your customers will watch anything LIVE only? Only time it works using Chromecast.

  • NicoleMac19
Nikki L-Mac (@NicoleMac19) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick

@Rogers is continually dropping internet. Tech knows this issue and refuses to send a tech out. How is this acceptable when thousands are still working from home? We need reliable and affordable internet.

  • BobbyBetts78
Bobby Betts (@BobbyBetts78) reported from Fredericton, New Brunswick

If you’re into disappointment, or wasting your money, sign up for a cell phone with @rogers and business internet with @Bell_Aliant. No signal anywhere outside of any community ever and 18mps upload speeds. 🤘🏼

Any Rogers Ignite TV users in the Fredericton area having issues with channels loading slowly and freezing? We have since last night and multiple restarts haven’t solved the issue. Internet and home phone work fine. @RogersHelps

@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Switched over to Bell several years ago & have never looked back. Rogers comes by a couple times a year with their latest offers for me to switch back. I wouldn’t go back to them if they offered me their services for free As the saying goes…”the best ability is availability.”

  • KLuvver
    KookieLuvver (@KLuvver) reported

@Travisdhanraj @Bell @Rogers is worse. My visa expired and tried to update. On hold for over 3h. I called to “add” to my package and that’s how I got through. They told me of some offers and I would think about them. Ten mins later, I get emailed details of my new contract! I never confirmed!

Why does your customer service suck so much? @Rogers

  • pokerleaffan
    Andrew Campbell (@pokerleaffan) reported

@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Recently had a house fire. Wanted to tranfer internet and cable from the one that burnt to a rental property. Literally 2hrs on the phone. Like i didn't have enough **** to deal with.

  • Moon_River05
Lynn Without an E (@Moon_River05) reported

@blu_kryptonian It's hard wired into the cable box. @Rogers does everything in their power to make sure their customers are unhappy. It's really quite incredible. They actually have an automated message that says "We are too busy to take your call, goodbye" when you call customer service. Goodbye is right!!!

  • rhibbsy
    Ryan Hibbs (@rhibbsy) reported

@RogersHelps This is ridiculous. I just got through to a chat specialist, and they ended the chat immediately when I tried to report the fraud. It was 2.5 hours just to contact them and they immediately ended the chat. Absolutely rude.

  • TookARonTurn
    Ronnie Turner (@TookARonTurn) reported

@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers Hahahaha wtf is this post. It’s a cool photoshop that’s been done by all teams, in all sports, for years now. Clearly any fan knows he hasn’t pitched yet. This is mind boggling just delete it now.

  • cathykelly80
    Cathy NOT Kelly (@cathykelly80) reported

@Joseph2653 @RogersHelps @Rogers It’s really ****** that they don’t value their customers and I’m pretty sure they 💯 expect you to pony up when they send your bill every month. We switched to Bell Fibre and never looked back. I’m sorry you don’t currently have that option

  • SearchNavCAN
    Search Navigators (@SearchNavCAN) reported

@RogersHelps @DivyeshkumarB I have been on the phone with YOU peope for 3.5 hours. What does a customer have to do to get service? Asking for many friends.

  • Joseph2653
Vivere sine timore (Live Fearlessly) (@Joseph2653) reported

@RogersHelps Over an hour late for a technician and when I call I’m on hold & forced to listen to the torture of bad music-that sounds like you recorded it on to tape from a bad AM station and you wonder why customers are upset when the agent comes on line!!
