    @RogersHelps Hey Rogers!! Why are you sending me emails informing me that you are charging for unreturned equipment fees?!! I returned the items via your shipping labels on Aug 31st. When you track they say shipment delayed on both. Why is this my responsibility? Terrible service.

    @RogersHelps Waivering the bill for that month we were out of service would have been more fair in all honesty. I didn’t even get a decent discount from my bill and yet I’m a very long costumer of rogers. I’m disappointed in Rogers.

    @RogersHelps 14hrs without TV, Internet and phone service in Hanwell, NB. Not sure what 50gb of data on my cellphone is going to do for me. Would rather have service back than data I will never use

    @RogersHelps I have bars and LTE written. Yet no DATA connection. WTH!!!! what’s this service issue?!? Even the app doesn’t work . Couldn’t call family or get updates nothing.
