    @Rogers Infinite data is a scam. If it was truly infinite they wouldn’t slow down your data once you reach a certain limit.

    I have had quite literally the worst experience with @Rogers this week. Customer support saying I need to call the store, and the store saying I need to call customer support. Over and over. Not a single person will help me. Can’t wait to switch providers.

    @Rogers I was looking into my finance plan when I bought a new phone last year, noticed with finace charges I am paying over $2,300 that is ridiculous if I had known I would have never agreed to that WTF

    @RogersHelps I’ve gone through tech support and everything seems fine on your side. I took the SIM out and reinserted as per suggestion and still doesn’t work.

    @Rogers there’s another significant internet outage in the Cambridge K/W area… has been down since early this morning. Is there an update or ETA on when service will be restored?
