@CRTCeng looking for some help here. @Rogers customer service threatened us with the $300 bill and hung up before we could say anything else... We sent the modem back to Rogers per their instruction. We even got the Canada Post tracking showing that someone received it.

Omg @Rogers is the absolute worst. Can't wait for @Bell to finally install fibre optic internet in my area so I can switch. 5th day in a row with internet going down randomly.

@Rogers thank you to Marie-Josée who helped clear up the erroneous charges and took customer satisfaction seriously. It’s a shame that the phone call couldn’t clear it up and they said there wasn’t anything they could do for us. @Twitter came to the rescue!

I finally came across an @rogers associate who could cancel my account!🙄 They again wanted to know why, to which I replied it wasn’t important. I didn’t feel like explaining that I was tired of living without cable and was tired of their lies! It feels great! Bah bye! @rogers !
