    @Rogers you suck. I have ignite and internet service goes down every 5-10 minutes when only 2 people are using zoom. People are trying to work, and go to class, from home. Fix your ****. Also, spend some of the ******* money you're robbing from your customers on the jays.

    @Rogers Unbelievable. I receive at least 6 calls a day from Rogers soliciting services from their third party vendor. If this continues I am filing a complaint with CRTC for harassment. I did not give permission to Rogers to third party release my cell number.

    So my internet has been down all day... tried to express my frustrations with @Rogers via their chat (cause phone wait times are stupid) and he kicked me out of the chat.... mind you I was very polite...

    @RogersBiz I think I have the issue resolved. Still on the line for 3.5 hours just today. Lost the whole day speaking to Rogers. Lots of fun. Would you be able to look into giving me a one month credit for the issue?

    @RogersHelps Can’t now on covid but Rogers can not share it as it was never able to before giving to a third party.

    @RogersHelps what would my next step be to get my internet latency issues fixed after a month of talking to a number of tier one techs, a teir two tech, 2 in home techs and still have issues? 90% of why we have the internet in our home is for online gaming that we can't us.

    @RogersHelps It’s baffling that work crews have been out multiple times a week for several weeks. Service is always fine until they show up, so whatever they’re fixing is messing up connectivity for the rest of the neighbourhood.
