@daverooneyca @Rogers I'm trying a chat thing. The people are friendly once I got past the auto attendant, but I'm being bounced around, so far Toronto and Moncton. Wonder how much of my day is going to be blown on this problem caused by a company I'd rather not deal with. :(

@Rogers How about ******* fixing your internet issues. Case 164722381 spoke to Steven from Toronto. 50% of the area is down. I've been having issues for two months. If others are having the same issues I will get everyone here to cancel your ****** service.

@Rogers Your client services have gotten from worse to terrible. Been trying to reach customer service for past one month, logged into chat and no one responds for over an hour, same with helpline.
