    Anybody experiencing problems with #visualvoicemail for iPhone with @Rogers ? I have an open ticket I have been told that #Rogers is aware of the situation and that I am not the only one. It has been a while and NO solution. How good is #voicemail when the message doesn’t show?

    @RogersHelps - Y'all sent me an email after I canceled, offering to make things right and to expect a call. Disappointed to never have received a call a month later.

    @Rogers customer service line doesn't have a wait time, number in line or callback feature in 2021. And They don't even allow you to cancel via live chat. And they also blame long hold times on the pandemic even though they've had this issue since I've been in Canada...

    @Rogers Was put on hold from a live agent never came back almost 3 hours on the phone being charged for ignite tv which I don’t have!!!! Horrible company!

    I've tried restarting my router and modem numerous times, no change. Certain websites are redirecting me to their Nordic counterparts. What's going on?! What's the ETA on a fix or should I be calling @TekSavvyBuzz or @Rogers ?

    @RogersHelps Then tried calling smart home monitoring service again at 18449434420. As usual, it reaches to some other dept (after waiting for 10 mins) then they were trying to send me to smart home monitoring, but call drops while waiting again.
