@RogersHelps I've been with you since 2005, & I'm leaving now. Spent 10+ hours trying to get help but calls keep dropping while waiting to be connected or while talking to reps after waiting for hours. No call back, even though you have my # (@Bell/@TELUS both called back).

@Rogers My husband upgraded to iPhone 12 w/airpods offer on Dec 26 w/delivery yesterday. Rep arrived w/phone but no airpods + gave spiel about "while quantities last" being in the fine print. After 2+ hrs on phone w/customer service this couldn't be resolved.

@UbakaOgbogu Always always! Best use of Twitter frankly. I use it and get instant solutions. Like Rogershelps, Air Canada ( esp so you can avoid the foreign call centre), Loblaws, etc etc. They don’t like public criticism, like the ‘glad we could help’ tweet
