Don't go with @Rogers I called about issues with my internet past 2 years and recently they said the only way to fix my modem is to get a new one that cost 14$ a month more... you guys are scam artist... #LostACustomer

Unsure why @AppleSupport is taking so long to fix. Apparently it’s widely known as an issue. Kinda feel bad for @RogersHelps - if only they had said this months ago I wouldn’t be frustrated with them.
