@Lightbarron @Bell @RogersBiz I agree. There is no point in pursuing this any further. I've had issues with my Bell service several years ago. It took over one year before they admitted that there was indeed an issue with their tower. This was after dozens of calls.

I'm receiving what appear to be "robot spam/scam/fraud" calls about Student Loans and money Purchases made on Amazon. None pertain to me. You too? So annoying. @Rogers @canantifraud so much work still to do. They never apologize, compensate, etc either. That's a problem.

@RogersHelps help! My parents disconnected their home phone and cable for 12/29 cause they are moving. However you guys cancelled everything early and now they don’t have cable. The wait on the phone is over three hours

@Rogers waiting 22 minutes for cust ser regarding robo calls on my land line. Calls are every 5 minutes. No talk, no msg left coming from area code 306. I call the number and it's not in service. Now hire more ******* customer service reps. Going to Bell.

@RogersHelps do you ever charge customers the correct amounts? I was told no activation fee on 3 new services and 2 of the 3 (3rd install is Jan/23) have activation fees applied. Wait times of two hours to get issues fixed that shouldn’t need fixing is unacceptable. DM sent.
