    @RogersHelps see I predicted I knew it, because I won't upgrade all of a sudden my internet and cable aren't working. So the so called outage just happens 1 day after I renewed my services & refuse to upgrade? Sure it's just a coincidence.

    @RogersHelps @voodoopractice Day 2 no internet or cable I was told yesterday that there's a system outage in my area & it would be resolved today at 6am just spoke to 3 different reps & they state they have no idea what I'm talking about. Unbelievable!

    .@Rogers continues to be the worst. can't offer me, a loyal customer of 18 years, the same rates as a brand new customer, oh and applied my employee preferred rate code to my mother's account accidentally and can't fix it, has to send another code NEXT MONTH.

    @RogersHelps internet been down for always 2 hours no explanation can’t get any support from anywhere off your website. Internet we pay for should be provided not turned off because you don’t have good network engineers. Do better!
