@RogersHelps do you ever charge customers the correct amounts? I was told no activation fee on 3 new services and 2 of the 3 (3rd install is Jan/23) have activation fees applied. Wait times of two hours to get issues fixed that shouldn’t need fixing is unacceptable. DM sent.

@Rogers I waited on the live chat for 2 hours yesterday. Waited for 3 hours today. And now on the phone waiting. Utterly ridiculous. We moved yesterday. Your tech was scheduled to show up and never did. So can you please DM me to arrange? I'm beyond frustrated.

Thanks @RogersHelps, after being a customer for 15 years and over 4 hours on phone and chat hold to speak to someone, the best wireless retention plans you could offer me were the same as the current ones the website. Guess you don’t want to keep my business.
