@RogersHelps @Rogers My sister and her husband are disabled and they still don't have their cell service back up. They rely on it immensely. Doctors and physio and home health care. Is there anyway to speed up reactivating their service?

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers Well been with @rogers very long. Had no cable or internet for 3 days. I am looking for two action. 1. Fair compensation 2. Service going forward. Government needs to setup independent enquiry to how Canadians won’t have information blackout again, security, monopoly and cost.

@AboutRogers @Rogers still claim that they have the issue fixed yet my mom is 95 years old and still without internet. As for me, I got back online only to go down again for 20 minute and now it's back up. Let's see how long it holds.
