@BarmiesNiagara @CricketAus Called @RogersHelps to have ATN CBN removed from my subscription given they’re not actually showing the cricket - “our system is down so we can’t make any changes to your account”. Rogers had no problems adding charges to my account but reversing them is a whole other story!

Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps canceling someone subscription with out them knowing is the worst move ever. You take the payment everytime yet no one asked to cancel anything at all. Disgusting at all.

@RogersHelps I have been trying to escalate a billing support issue for a long time. Have spoken to chat support, spent hours on the phone waiting for a supervisor and even logged an online complaint. Still no help. Great tech service, really poor escalation support.

FYI: In Canada, @Rogers (parent company) and Fido are experiencing technical difficulties that prevented them from accessing your mobile account information. It appears that the issue is now resolved, at least on the @Fidomobile side.
