Hello .@RogersHelps , home wifi in the M4G area of Toronto, Leaside, has been slow and spotty for weeks; the local homeowners’ group has also been upset. I am renegotiating my contract this week; I may cancel after 11 yrs here and 18 prior in Toronto.

@Rogers Wanted to upgrade internet. Hooked up modem fine, then told there's a problem that they'd fix in 24hrs. 24hrs later called back. Nothing was done and then told to wait another 24-48 hours for fix. It's now over 48 hours more and no fix. #done #cancelled time for @Bell

@RogersHelps our Rogers Ignite tv service has been down for a minimum of 2 hours. I had spotty service in the morning and now no tv. What gives? This service is terrible.

@Rogers Any industry any company CANNOT be trusted when it comes to money. Money is precious whether you are a person or business. I for one vote NO to shaw take over. I kind of like cheap cellphone service prices from Shaw. The other big 3 have no understanding of the word “competition”
