@SAndersonshpk @Rogers I left them years ago and never went back. I like Bell mobility. Costs a little more but service is superior to Rodgers and Telus. I never lose data my connection even in elevators and underground parking.

@RogersHelps I have been facing intermittent internet issue for last 1 month. I have called help desk several times, few of the time technician visited my house but it was not resolved. Then help desk recommend to use Ignite Internet for higher package, I even took that as well

@SAndersonshpk @Rogers That’s why I left Rogers. I spent more minutes on the phone with them each month correcting bogus charges than I did on every other call added together. Never again. They must make a fortune off ppl who don’t notice.

@RogersBiz not that you nor your employees seem to care but your customer service or lack thereof is more than an issue. #Disappointed that being said, can anyone recommend or have a better experience with a telecommunications company?!
