Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TruNorthFit Matthew (@TruNorthFit) reported

Is @Rogers the worst service provider on the planet? ANOTHER outage? I can't wait to change ISPs. It's actually pretty funny at this point.

  • Nasela30 Natalie (@Nasela30) reported

@RogersHelps Stability of my internet is non existent!!! So frustrating

  • ajquann2003 AJ Quann (@ajquann2003) reported

@RogersHelps I just had my ignite service installed, but it isn’t showing up in MyRogers. I would like to make a few channel adjustments but I am unable to do so because of this issue.

  • ajquann2003 AJ Quann (@ajquann2003) reported

@RogersHelps I’m having a bit of an issue; I exchanged a flex channel last night, but the channel I replaced it with is not showing in my guide (under free to me) and the channel that got replaced is still showing. If I go to the channel directly, it’s authorized

@rogers 1-844-239-6641 200-1490 Dennison St. Markham, Ont. Xxx9T7 Is this a scam? This company calls daily to help me resolve Rogers issues. No Rogers here. Told to ignore it but it’s annoying & the above info looks legit. Anybody know what’s going on?

  • DDLCTR Pale Child (@DDLCTR) reported

@RogersHelps you should just suggest your customers switch to a different service provider. That is quite frankly the most immediate and permanent solution.

  • allisonmacd Allison Whitney (@allisonmacd) reported

@Rogers tech messes up and knocks out our internet while working on another line in the bldg. Then cancels our service request. Schedules another for nearly a week later. Normally really like our @TekSavvyNetwork service but sometimes a 3rd party vendor is kinda the worst. (1/2)

  • DDLCTR Pale Child (@DDLCTR) reported

@Sackroad @Rogers Time to switch to Bell! Same issue here. 3rd time for me as well.

  • SZ_787 Ziad_S_787 (@SZ_787) reported

@RogersHelps I used to always believe Rogers internet is the most reliable, unfortunately not anymore. One interruption after the other, and all during a short period of time. On top of all that contacting support is pointless, could be days weeks or hours, we will never know.

  • Blair_Labelle Blair Labelle (@Blair_Labelle) reported

@Rogers Internet services are down today in Guelph, ON. Called and was told it was "planned network improvements". I did not receive notice and am left to try to find stable internet to actually work today. This commitment should also be accompanied by some basic customer courtesy.
