    @RogersHelps Home internet went down in Elmira, Ontario around 2:15pm. Nothing online shows there to be an issue here. Why do I have to log in to see if there is a service interruption and fill out a full survey before I report it?

    @Rogers Please, stop sending me these useless PR messages. Fix your Internet and phone services instead. Even though the inconvenience you caused cost me over $200, you gave me a rebate for about 30 bucks, which is laughable. Fix your ****, and stop clogging my inbox.

    So sick of @Rogers. Second time in a few months that the cell network is completely down. Every other cell company in my area has service, hurricane hit two days ago and I'm getting zero bars. Can't log-on to banking or anything with 2FA. So ******.

    @Rogers I have been trying to cancel my smart home service for two weeks. The wait on hold is estimated to be 2 hours and 49 min. I finally got through last week and was told they couldn't cancel. This is ridiculous! I have spent over 8 hours on hold over the past two weeks!
