@RogersHelps I'm kinda tired of trouble shooting. Here's the jist of it. Churchill Meadows area in Mississauga. At least once a week internet goes down. Look at all the records of techs having to come to this area. The techs joke about how many calls they have to do in this area.

So others in @CityBrampton are aware. The internet lines for @Rogers are over capacity and will not be addressed until September. Such quality service you provide, the node is at 86% percent capacity and it doesn’t get fixed for 9 months. You were notified of this in January.

@RogersHelps I thought you are the best when it come to resolve customer issues but sadly experienced the worst customer service ever. Right from not attending calls, hanging on clients to making user helpless. Definitely considering to say bye bye
