    5+ hours on hold to fix an issue that *they* started is exactly why Canada needs more choice on for mobile providers. Rogers is AWFUL and EXPENSIVE @RogersHelps #Rogers

    @AngryPossum69 @Rogers Really the only way I’d financially support Rogers is by going to Jays games, but that’s more out of the love of the team not them. My family switched to Bell years ago, not even morally just cause their product sucks. Monopolies lead to bad products for everyone.

    Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps our neighbors moving truck broke the cable wire to our house and we have no internet. My husband has been kicked around numbers for 2 hours, I’ve been in the queue for 45 minutes and still number 3. We work from home! Can you help us out please?

    @Rogers crazy that when I call the help line to speak with a real person the message you get is too busy and then your help line hangs up on me. INSANE behavior for a help line & a company whose motto is “with you all the way”. I guess not eh?

    @Rogers @RogersHelps very tired of losing service in my own home and it being in SOS. I’ve never had this issue until I upgraded my phone to one that has 5G. Your customer service is also almost impossible to ever reach to talk to someone about this issue.
