@mlnadler @Rogers Since it’s the sixth outage I’ve had in my area since May, Rogers should be giving out more than just a credit, they should be giving full refunds—especially to businesses and those who work from home. My editorial timeline is behind due to their outages. Not happy. @Rogers

  • CryptoProdigy4 Crypto$Prodigy (@CryptoProdigy4) reported

@RogersHelps hey I can’t make outgoing calls,is there problems with the network again

  • Al_Griff Alan Griffiths (@Al_Griff) reported

@Rogers your service continues to be a joke. I cancelled my services, was told i would receive instructions on how to return the modem. Never received a single communication and now you charge me for an unreturned modem. Quick to take money, terrible on service.

  • Robkilin Robert Kilin (@Robkilin) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@Rogers Customers were promised 5 days worth of service credit. If you divide $240 by 30 = 8 *5 is 40 not 20 which is the credit I received. You may want to check your math Rogers.

@Rogers @RogersHelps We’ll show us. Because the amount of employee turnover is part of your problem. Letting knowledge walk out the door in two year cycles.

  • SierraMikeEcho ScottoftheBruce (@SierraMikeEcho) reported
