  @Rogers It took 90 minutes to get a guy to submit a ticket because you charged me $48 for roaming when I never left the country. 90 MINUTES. And it’s not even resolved. Do better. That was ridiculous. And the guy was useless.

  @RogersHelps @Rogers need help. Employee travelling and only way to contact them is by cell and we are getting a message saying the numbers not assigned but support says they can’t fix it without talking to the employee I can’t contact. #makeitmakesense

  @Rogers I called to cancel my cable /internet bc I’m moving to part of ON Rogers doesn’t service & customer service tried 5 times to sell me tv/internet plans!! I am moving! After 50mins says she can’t cancel my plan and I have to call back on the exact day I want it canceled🧵

  @Rogers Team, hello team, i lost my sim & wallet including my ids, debit-credit cards. Pls do needful to block my sim on priority. a scammer will try to re-issue my number with the help of their networks inside roger’s shop. Im not in canada now & i wont come back to canada.

  @MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers I will look at the complaint route - but the issue is they are travelling and we need to contact the employee and we can’t. Horrible service - so disappointing.

  @RogersHelps I already checked the website. There are no promotions available. Can you have someone from your customer care team call me? I can't invest another 2 to 3 hours being on hold over multiple calls in one day.
