    @theesco @Rogers I have issues too. Data loading superslowely and calls drop many times.

    @danellew I wouldn't mind terribly if it was simply slower. The problem is, it often just simply doesn't load things at all, or takes an exceedingly long time to load. I've complained to @Rogershelps about this a number of times (on the phone) because it's brutal.

    @RogersHelps I’ve been on hold for an ignite live agent for 45. because the first technical agent for whom I held for 15 minutes wasn’t the right agent. After holding for 45 minutes I was hung up on. Your customer focus is so amazing.

    @Rogers before moving to my new home I called in advance to make sure my ignite hub will work instantly when I arrive. I was assured it would. Multiple calls with 1 hour waits and waiting 2 days for a technician to call back. 3 days now with no internet. Terrible customer service

    @Rogers no internet and intermittent 4G LTE. The best part is when you login to the support and the chat bot says, "no operators online". HELP!!!
