    @RogersHelps Please start considering compensations. I am usually at home. Meaning, I'm not using my data that much now. But when I need it, is down. Not very happy with this!!!

    @RogersHelps @mgnops Are you able to give a rough idea of the cause, as by now I'm sure you know what the problem is, and if you have a rough estimate of how long to repair, replace or whatever needs to be resolved.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers There is nothing intermittent about my service problem, I simply have no phone . Today is the day I regret having no land line . Please give estimated time for service coming back on so we can make alternate arrangements for communication if it’s necessary .
