@5omethingbluee @Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers is down in the Port Credit area. Seem to go out daily now at random hours of the day. When u call them, they r not aware of any issues. They don’t have a clue of anything. Meanwhile I work from home! The most unreliable service ever. And the dumbest customer service reps!!

@RogersHelps why am I unable to login to my Rogers? It says I need a user name but when I try to recover it, I get an error saying my email address isn’t linked. Try to recover using an account number leads me to a blank page

@RogersHelps AGAIN in a week our feed has died simultaneously to two SEPARATE DIGITAL boxes and internet. Just like a few days ago. Neighbourhood seems fine, I’ve checked. REBOOT NO RESULTS. I’m going to DM you account/box info etc and we’re going to bed. FIX THIS.

@Rogers Ignite is actually the worst cable/streaming/internet platform I have ever encountered. Good grief. You never know when the channel will just cut out and die for no reason.

@RogersHelps here we go. Day #5 of trying to get away from gross incompetence. Ordered two pod’s because @Rogers new ignite sucks. ( Go to @Bell ) last 90 minutes spent trying to get “NextGen” pods to work. They don’t. Surprise surprise. #incompetent #worst

@RogersHelps 3 services from a 10 year customer that is now gone. Teach your staff some phone etiquette. You’d have my money for another 10 if you could do that.
