    @RogersHelps I’ve been trying to get a response re an escalated case since Sept 12, 2022. Hold time is over an hour on the phone and chat wait times are long and keep closing out. Can you please help?

    @REWoman @matdech @Rogers I was overhearing her conversation and yes, she had to repeat the issue 4x times to 4 different people, it was a simple billing error and no-one could see it on her account/bill. was absolutely ridiculous.

    @RogersHelps Spent almost three hours over five calls today trying to connect with customer support. Three calls dropped from your end in the middle while talking to a rep. Hoping your cancellation call line works, going to try that tomorrow and end this misery.
