@Rogers I’m a bell customer trying to come over to Telus. I have spent 10 hours, with 2 Costco visits, Walmart visit, 2 Rogers retail visits and they keep screwing up the EPP program! Tired again today and they canceled the account for a 2nd time, and still can’t get a phone!

@Rogers Nothing but billing issues every single time with Rogers. Always overcharging. Rude and unwilling to listen CSR team. Asked to speak with a supervisor & got transferred back to the IVR!

@RogersBiz not even sure what else to do…we have called at least 6 times in the past week about lagging internet or internet not working at all. Our internet has been reset every time we call and it’s still not working. We were told today that we need to add to our internet…..

@RogersHelps my STARS are in Dallas and you play the avs feed............the best feature of #NHLLIVE was home AND away feeds. This SNNOW product is absolute GARBAGE 💯

@RogersHelps @Rogers 4 days no service and nobody knows how to fix this. No one can think outside the box and fix this. U deactivate my account and u can't fix it.
