    @RogersHelps seriously feels that $16.05 credit justifies network issues since the spring when I started calling in. 2 children homeschooling and consistently being kicked out of their classes. One w/ papers due. And to make it worse ... they jacked up their prices. #timetoswitch

    @Rogers you should give everyone in Toronto and Peel more free previews for our lockdown. You did it earlier this year. TV is getting boring...give us History, A&E, TLC, Food Network and more. Pleeeeeeeease!

    @Rogers Yeah I worked for Rogers corporate field sales, worked the hardest in my office made personal connections with every customer, trained reps. Worked in the snow rain, sacrificed years of my life just to be let go during a pandemic after promised I wouldn't loose my job. Thx Rogers

    @RogersHelps I'm in Caledon with no internet for the whole day. The Rogers Interruption Status forun was updated 8 hrs ago with no estimates time. Can someone give us some light on when the service is going to be restored?

    @RogersBiz your support staff changes my SSID without my authorization, leaves me without home internet and simply drops from the technical support call? What kind of training do you provide to your staff?

    @rogers your service is awful. And it’s cost you a new customer (and my kid’s phones that I was going to add on, and the internet service I was going to move).

    @RogersHelps your support staff Anchit with employee ID 12063267 has changed my SSID without authorization and now I can’t connect to my home internet. When I call I’m asked to be on hold for 1.5 to 2.5 hours? #TerribleService
