    What the hell is going on over at @Rogers ? Since the blackout with them, I have severe intermittent cell data and now I can call and hear, but no one hears me. It's also happening with my wife's line.

    @RogersHelps Ok, the total monthly charges, the amount at the very bottom has the minus sign in front.. the total balance is less than that.. so.. do I pay the ‘total monthly charges’ with the minus in front of it? Or do I pay the ‘total balance’
