@RogersHelps Our internet is "back" but so slow that many websites won't load at all. Can't stream anything (netflix,crave, etc.) On any devices. Are we being refunded for the days where we are stuck with this minimal service that is far below the quality we are paying for?

@RogersHelps @RebellionSocks You mean your technical team which has the competency of a bunch of passed out drunkards are hardly working to make the outage as long as possible. 3 days thank god Telus still works.

Service is just partially restored for @rogers. We can make phone calls but no data, meaning some businesses still can’t process debit payments. I know there’s not much choices for providers, but definitely thinking of switching if this becomes a yearly thing. #rogersoutage

@MaheshNYCTO @LeBronMaclean Been very patient w/ Rogers. We always lose our service & if we have, it is very slow. With Ignite we still have issues - not as fast as promised. Only thing holding us back is our rogers emails. Could have switched yrs ago & maybe we could have lived better lives. @RogersHelps

What's the deal with @Rogers? Ever since they came back from the mass outage, getting a stable and reliable internet connection has been a challenge. It keeps cutting out for short periods. WTF is with that? Want reliable internet? Don't get #Rogers

@RogersHelps I can't believe this but I just got home and turned on the ballgame and guess what - sound is still cutting out. I cannot believe this isn't fixed yet. Anyone else having this issue? I live in Richmond Hill!

@RogersHelps Still no home phone in St.John's, NL and Rogers Ignite tv isn't working properly.... not able to change channels.... we have one channel.... just the one I had on yesterday.... #Rogers #rogersoutage Please help!!!!
