    I don’t think @rogers has customer service anymore. Waited 45 minutes on a call that disconnected. Waiting online - 2 hours at this point.

    @zukkyzee @Rogers Garrison Woods (near Marda Loop) out. Nothing on the outage map, which only references SE Calgary. But the same outage must be affecting parts of SW too.

    @RogersHelps submitting a new ticket does not work. i chose send a text message in the link you sent and no text message arrives. multiple tries. this is the reason for the ticket to be opened to begin with. so it's not a solution. what else have you got Eric ?
