Sooooo basically DO NOT get device protection with @Rogers because you WILL get frauded and your service taken away for a week and no one will have any idea what happened!!! Even the FRAUD dept!!!

@RogersHelps @Rogers I have no internet again. Can’t work. I call to see what’s going on & find out that there is a “BIG” service interruption in my area that Rogers started to fix at 8:30am & will be done by 4:30 When do you think people work? Why no head’s up? #DoneWithRogers

Just got off the phone with @Rogers @RogersHelps again as I have had NO internet for 9 hours. Means no paid work today. It was supposed to be rectified by 4:30pm. It is still out. I asked why & they said it is due to a @LondonHydro outage in the area. WTF is going on for 9 hrs?

@5omethingbluee @Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers is down in the Port Credit area. Seem to go out daily now at random hours of the day. When u call them, they r not aware of any issues. They don’t have a clue of anything. Meanwhile I work from home! The most unreliable service ever. And the dumbest customer service reps!!
