    @RogersHelps I spent the last 2 hours without internet, checked online, no outage listed. Contacted the chat and they couldn’t tell me if there was an outage and to call back during business hours. Suddenly internet is back, sounds like an outage to me. So frustrating.

    Update. I gave up yesterday after being on hold for 2 hours! with Rogers and now I am coming up to an hour for today. My problem, @RogersHelps, is I was told by the service rep who came to my home that I actually need to speak with an actual human being about my two issues but it seems impossible. Can you please DM me a number I can call that I can use to actually get through to someone? Thank you.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Hello Rogers, Two days ago your installation staff/contractor came to my neighbour’s house and installed a cable from your junction box and ran it over my tree on my front yard! That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. Please fix it immediately!!

    @RogersHelps Outage at 90 Waller St. in Whitby again where there are many vulnerable disabled people. Since 1:30 AM. Second time in a week. For what we pay for your service you need to do better Rogers. Last time it was out for over four hours and you offered us $2 credit!
