@RogersHelps Longterm issue with a lot of excuses ... only solution that has been offered by @RogersHelps is to turn to HSPA only. $300/mo for what are essentially 4 wi-fi only devices when used in my area. TBases on my travels, the whole HWY15 corridor seems to be impacted.

@RogersHelps I’ve had to explain my situation, literally, 11 times, been hung up on, been out on hold for 20 minutes, then disconnected. What does it take to actually get some help? Not a fun way to spend my Father’s Day! Would welcome your help!

One would think a company w/Communications in its name would know to warn ppl when planned upgrades may impact service. Been mostly down for over 12 hours, @Rogers, & have work to do that I can't accomplish. Thanks a ton.
