@RogersHelps ordered rogers ignite internet. Received modem almost a week ago and still no service. No updates. No action no matter how much I call. Is this the new norm? How long does it take for your team to resolve an issue? Weeks?!

@RogersHelps is it normal for a customer to wait 6 hours on hold to talk with one of your agent on the phone. Worst service i ever experienced . Using rogers from last 7 years I guess now is the time to change to new carrier as you don’t value the time of your customer.

Hey #TonyStaffieri I thought you said @Rogers was committed providing the best service experience going forward to it's customers after your colossal bungle back in July. 18-19 hrs now without internet service. This is a complete and utter joke. Where's the accountability??
