@RogersHelps Straightened out a new plan but still have an issue with my bill. You want $310 for the month when my plan was only $233. We had a 25% discount. They said that once the contract was done they took away the 25%. So now I have old phones and a ridiculously expensive bill.

@RogersHelps How can a company for over 10 months NOT FIND the ******* problem with their service, and NOT ONE OF THEIR tracking or reporting systems can DETECT? Why am I paying for an ultimate service to a company THAT CANT FIGURE OUT THEIR OWN HARDWARE ISSUES? Cheapskates

  • M_Limiroski Marcelo Limiroski (@M_Limiroski) reported

@RogersHelps once again I'm having intermittent Internet issues. It's been coming and going for 3 months. It's affecting our jobs and school connections. Really frustrating.

  • Matazar Matazar (@Matazar) reported

@RogersHelps can't troubleshoot their own network, so they blame the end users equipment, which is frustrating enough without their techs failing to show up for appointments.
