Erin (@busytomom) reported@Rogers - I have been on hold for over 40 minutes now. If I wasn't already trying to cancel my service I would be now. This is ridiculous. It is insane that I NEED to talk to a customer service agent to cancel a service.

A technician came out and told me that the Telus cable currently in use is provided by my landlord, while the Rogers cable is buried behind the drywall. Apparently, I now need to hire a third party to demolish the drywall and access the Rogers cable just to get my internet installed. Is Rogers going to help resolve this, or should I just switch to @TELUS?

If podcasts are the way going forward, then why didn’t they just start a bunch of podcasts instead and employ those people that they left unemployed?

Have googled issue - this is not a me nor iPad (Apple) problem @rogershelps - over to you
