@RogersHelps - hey, our TV service keep freezing and the sound keeps dropping out. Is there a problem in Bowmanville?

  • RubeneDS Rubene De Sousa (@RubeneDS) reported

Well looks like @TELUS doesn’t care about retaining customers when @Rogers offers a better deal. Won’t match or help make up the difference. Surprising since I was there from the beginning. Time to move on.

  • csspostal Tom Spencer (@csspostal) reported from Port Hope, Ontario

@RogersHelps Talking to support on Facebook messenger now say guaranteed me Rogers website doesn’t have a phishing URL installed

  • EvanKrosney Evan Krosney (@EvanKrosney) reported

@Julia_Sisler @Rogers @TELUS Too bad. Could be worth calling one of your old carriers' winback numbers directly and seeing if they can give you a better deal. Bell's is 1-866-928-8053, and Telus/Koodo's is 1-833-348-3589. This is what I did when I got my current deal from Telus and it worked like a charm.

@rogers been on the phone waiting to speak to live person for more than an hour! Terrible.

  • kamaldhillon01 Kamal Dhillon (@kamaldhillon01) reported

@Rogers , such poor customer service. I've been overpaying for months. And you say my fault. Switching to another service provider after almost 20 years.

  • Omnesia Anuj Rastogi (@Omnesia) reported

Hey @Rogers, I thought you'd already hit rock bottom on customer service 2 wks ago. I was wrong - you have the #worstcustomerserservice. Moreover, you don't monitor your social media for customer issues like other companies, who care to reach out. #RogersSucks

  • GretaGabo1 Sharon (@GretaGabo1) reported

@RogersHelps I should not spend more than 9 hours on hold over 3days for customer service and still not have the problem solved. Rogers...customer service and satisfaction is definitely not your strong point.
