sarahpvictoria (@sarahpvictoria) reported@RogersHelps Thanks I will go tomorrow. I’d like know the rationale though for moving to automation-online support but still not being able to email an eSIM QR code. Why are fees going up?

Chris Brothers (@chrisbrothers) reported@Rogers customer service??? Do better!!!!
-
Gustavo Soto (@kutupla) reported5 minutes answering stupid prompts on phone to reach a representative only to be told you have too many calls and disconnect the line @Rogers you need to do better. I’m trying to setup a home internet move, should be easy enough to have a self service option under my account.

John (@Jumbotronys) reported@len_rocks @Rogers Their CS is a real travesty of a maze. I can't count how many times I've had to verify my identity with random security codes just to be put with a new CS agent where I have to spend another 10 mins re-explaining the problem. And then in the end they don't fix it and I wasted hrs

Tom Royce (@TomRoyce) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Sounds like the customer service VP got their start with Canadian Medicare.
-
Jim Stirr (@StirrJim) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Same absolute appalling the customer or lack thereof service! Absolute disgrace and joke
-
Clino (@_clino_) reported@Rogers fix your internet wtf
-
Shawna R (@shawna_r80) reported@RogersHelps Yup, already given up. Moving a few spots forward in 20 minutes means one loooooong wait to speak to tech support. PSA for future Rogers customers - don’t say you weren’t warned. Your customer service is an absolute joke. Be embarrassed.
-
Buzios (@Buzios16) reported@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @RogersHelps We had Rogers cell "service"; the "service" was absolutely useless but even then it was superior to their hopelessly inept "customer service". After 1 year we refused to renew; I told the guy who was trying to convince me reup that I wouldn't take Rogers again if was free,

Dan McGrath (@dannymcgrathy) reported@RogersHelps Sorry, never an iPhone here. My Samsung is supposed to detect this. It is a common shoreline issue that should be run up the chain there. I quick look at US roaming refunds issues along any great lake shoreline should indicate there is a problem there. 1/2
