    @RogersHelps @RogersMediaPR CP24 announced yesterday that ‘outage’ lasted 16hrs. Courtice & Newcastle were 48 plus hrs to be fully restored!

    @RogersHelps It's been 9 days & I'm still out. Tech support line says that the engineering team is working on it but haven't seen any progress afaik. This is utterly ridiculous.

    @RogersHelps (In Whitby) The issue with ignite TV freezing is back. It started last night and is really bad this morning. TV is freezing every couple of minutes. Any idea what’s going on and when the problem will be fixed once and for all.

    Just had a horrible experience at @Rogers store. I have been a customer for 15 years and have four lines I was treated with absolute disrespect. After the outage this week and the **** show I just experienced, I’m out, moving everything to Bell.

    @MattShchukovsky @RogersHelps Ours was down briefly this morning but then again it goes down regularly 1x to 2x daily for several minutes !!! Maybe time to switch to Bell!
