@RogersHelps I think you misunderstood. I’m trying to find a more affordable plan with a different company that doesn’t have as much cringe worthy issues that not only affect me but many others (like, oh I don’t know, that outage that enraged many Canadians!)

@RogersHelps So fix the cable tv and internet outage in Ottawa already. Postal code KIV. Have called it in but little confidence in Rogers, having had bad experiences with techs diagnosing a problem in the past.

@RogersHelps I ordered a phone on Monday and was told 2-3 days for shipment. By Tuesday it turned into 4+ weeks. The best solution I was offered was older technology for the same price
