@rogers #rogers #rogerstv @RogersBiz @rogerstv --- rushed home from a restaurant to watch the Toronto Maple Leaf hockey game and half of my tv channels are black. Rebooting the box did not help. Not pleased with Rogers tonight :(

@Not_an_ebug @Rogers for me it was smart home cameras not working and the billing they resolved in half hour but the store was able to connect to their team in 2 minutes.. I guess i got the right person and was lucky

@Rogers paying premium money so my 4K channel goes blank during hockey game! G thanks..great service..I will be expecting a rebate on my service.if not will be going elsewhere with my money..and when I say elsewhere I mean never ever getting service from any cable service!!

The wait time for technical support from @Rogers is 3 hours with no call-back option! They charge among the highest rates in the world yet don't even pretend to justify their greed by providing quality customer service.
