ひSooSuaveひ (@BrizzySK) reported@Rogers fix your network ASAP ! this is unacceptable first you guys had an outage now this is the 2nd time people have go thru this unfortunately.
-
Gayle Charach (@gcharach) reported@RogersHelps There was nothing on the website other than the time it went down - which was completely inaccurate too. That's the point I am trying to make to drive home. Your customer "service" is terrible.
-
Krista P (@kristakree) reported@RogersHelps My dad who is with Bell, got free 50 gb data for their outage. What exactly is Rogers doing for their customers given your (much longer I might add) outage?

Jeff Wettlaufer (@jeff_wettlaufer) reportedHey @RogersHelps I’ve been trying to discuss my account with someone for the last 3 days. Every time I call, I am told that you are experiencing extremely high call volumes and then I’m hung up on. Your staffing problems are not my problem. Stop relying on AI and hire staff.
-
sarah (@dawnthehorizon) reported@RogersHelps I understand how that may work for just making calls. But if my boyfriend or friends only receive texts via SMS or RCS, but I have no service to text them, how would me using wifi work? Because I’ve tried and it doesn’t send the texts
-
これは何の意味もありません (@TRSbizarro) reported@RogersHelps how so? If you have automated systems to detect interruptions, would those same systems not tell you exactly where the service interruption originated? if so, how would reports from customers be of anymore help than what your systems are already telling you?
-
Paul Salmon (@pfsalmon) reported@Rogers What a complete failure your customer service is! I called about my business mobile plans. Got transferred to another line, waited then went through verification and then was put on hold for 40 minutes to get different person. This is 100% unacceptable!
-
Carole Gagne (@CaroleGagne108) reported@RogersHelps I am filing @CCTS Complaint since I have been requesting a WRITTEN FORM of services cancellation for 4 days now...by yext or gmail and NADA

Andrew Kohlsmith (@akohlsmith) reported@RogersHelps You have all the details. Open Xfinity app. Log in. Enter the 2FA. "Oops, screw you, back to login". Now try to get Anna to route you to cable tech support - impossible. Mobile CSR is apologetic and offers to send you to cable tech support, where you wait for over an hour and then wait some more. Absolutely terrible, terrible customer experience. You force your customers to use your app, but do not make DAMN sure the app login process is robust. You could just let us use the modem with our laptop browser because we don't need the internet to to configure the modem on the table in front of us, but apparently that's too easy.

Canadian Titan (@Canadian_Titan) reported@sepharitestudio @RogersHelps I don't know if I believe that. Too many typos/grammar errors
