Curtis Tomiuk (@TomiukCurtis) reported@RogersHelps This is a yearly issue, unacceptable. It should’ve been changed 5 hours ago. This is a Colossal screw up. I don’t know how you guys can let this go on for so long. Brutal.

𝚃𝚛𝚊𝚟𝚒𝚜 𝙾𝚠𝚎𝚗 𝙼𝚎𝚑𝚛𝚎𝚛 (@travismehrer) reported@RogersHelps Yes and for 3 days I have been told that they are “letting maintenance know” because they can see on their end how bad things are.

Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported@Rogers: It's bad enough that I had to wait over an hour on hold to speak to a rep, but when I finally got to the rep, their Indian accent was so thick they were hard to understand. Also, they didn't seem proficient with their job, often resulting in several minutes of dead air.

Arbutus Running Fox (@xuanyuanxiaohei) reported@Rogers So let me get this straight: you sent me a return label, accepted and processed the return of my gateway, but somehow my cancellation request "never existed"?
-

Sorry Eh 🇨🇦 🐜 (@cdnsorryeh) reported@canmericanized @Rogers @CRTCeng try Bell, then Telus etc. They are relentless. If anyone ever calls claiming to be a company (utilities, bank etc), never call back the number they give you. Look at your bill or card & call that number. 2/2

Jeffrey Brinson, Ed.D. 🎗 (@JeffreyBrinson) reported@MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers So I got disconnected (seems convenient) and called back. To get through, I called the new product line. Picked up right away. Of course they couldn’t handle my request so I’m back in the cue. 28 minutes. So 2 hours so far to get a resolution.
