    @RogersHelps We are now at 4 plus hours. If you can't tell us what happened in four hours and how long it us going to take to fix it then you are just playing games with us.

    @RogersHelps 100mile: in Canada or NOT? I pay for Canadawide coverage. Not partial Canada, not bits-o-Canada. Canada wide. Your not having towers where you advertise to cover is no ones problem but yours. Don't promise Canadawide if you can't deliver. #falseadvertising #pantsonfire

    @Rogers I'm in your NO SERVICE AREA WITHIN CANADA for 2 weekends a month. I have wifi there ... so I can't make calls? And HOW WOULD I KNOW that Rogers has no tower there??? #largestnetworkincanada ???

    @RogersHelps Honestly. 25yr w/ rogers & this is what u get. I have to find another provider tomorrow because I'm told my phone will not make/accept calls even if I'm sitting on a Rogers tower. No option to pay more, no option to fix, & no reimbursement for the 30d. 100% Unacceptable @Rogers

    DYK? @Rogers: if u use your phone in an area where they dont have a tower (100mile) they can ACTUALLY cut you off for 30days as punishment. As of 12.01am my phone will 100% not work even if I'm in front of a rogers tower. For 30 days. #wtf #notmyproblem

    @RogersHelps I’m unable to access your app for mobile services. Doesn’t recognize username and password despite having Touch ID. And get the following message “Something went wrong. We’re working to fix this as soon as possible, please check back later.” It’s been a week, lame.
