    Ok @Rogers . My Ignite TV service has not been working right for at least a week. Are you killing me? Can I get a discount on my until you figure it out? No!! That never happens. You are changing a arm and a leg for garbage services. Not Happy.

    @RogersHelps GET agents on the phone without distractions or longer wait time. 3rd world service since staff working remotely. You have NO issues taking my money or sending me reminders if I'm ONE day late, but can't answer my calls. Your system never fails to collect. @CRTCeng

    While @rogers uses third party Canadian vendors in all departments, @Bell outsources internationally with techs being Bell employees. Both companies have great profit margins but treat their vendor employees like a number.
