    @Rogers according to the policy at rogers, they can do anything they want to any account they want. All they have to do is send an email. It doesn’t matter if it is received, viewed, or replied to. Thats it. Worst customer service ever #whatajoke

    @RogersHelps Have a problem with SNNow Premium using wrong location for IP and blacking out Leafs games. Live Chat have 3x put in an override to make it work. Helpful, but has to be redone if modem restarts. Looking for permanent solution. Can you help escalate?

    @RogersHelps So what's your excuse for no stores and no one even having courtesy phones at all. Stop dancing around the truth. I've called the whole dam city of Toronto and ive also asked head office. Your company is garbage and useless.

    @RogersHelps #rogersoutage what is going on with your service? Wifi keeps going out. This has been happening since last Thursday! Some comm would b nice! If I miss a penny on a bill u guys txt and email asap. #disappointed are u giving me back my data that I’ve been using?
