    @RogersHelps How about a little transparency to your millions of paying customers as to what the cause of this service outage is? Catastrophic data centre failure? Hack? Aliens? Honestly with your customer base instead of a half baked “we’re working on it, we’re sorry” goes a long way.

    @RogersHelps This company gouges us and 24 hours later the system is still down, the incompetence is astronomical and even after what they've done they refuse to give any credit on people's bills even if they use their phone for work
