@rogers ignite tv is still not working properly in Kitchener Waterloo area. Come on! Get this fixed properly and stop telling everyone that all is well!

@RogersHelps is far from solving last Friday’s disaster. How about the frequent television freezing and audio disappearance? Wonder if customers - and we could soon be a former customer - get another cheap reimbursement. Why not fix the problem!

Absolute bullshit that my @Rogers cable is still sketchy. I'm so glad I pay $2400 a year for this garbage. #switchingproviders #rogersoutrage #

God I hope @Rogers doesn’t expect me to pay for the last few days of tv/internet (or my rental movie) Frozen. Pausing. Audio gone. Blackouts. Garbage.

@RogersHelps my TV still doesn’t work 100percent and my phone keeps dropping calls… you going to reimburse us for a day? Or now a on going 3days of sub par service?

@Rogers our service has been restored, we are now plagued with intermittent breaks in audio and video for three days! Impossible and frustrating to watch. I’ve done every possible “reboot” you suggest. Home phone not working! WTF!

The idea that @Rogers customers should have taken their SIM cards out to access 911 during an outage is ludicrous. Taking out a SIM card with a modern phone isn’t popping the back cover off and removing a battery to access. It requires a special tool.
