@divergentTea @1StarAtaTyme @RogersHelps There’s been zero contact until this past week, when they were first made aware of the issue. My mother couldn’t 100% understand because of her hearing. My sister tried to deal with it but she’s not authorized on the account. Somehow I am, so I went in to dispute for them.

@RogersHelps Fourth time my show’s been interrupted. I’ve called your service, I’ve sent you DM’s, nothing works because your service is good for nothing.

@Rogers couldn’t tell us why there was a nationwide outage and now they’re blaming system failure after a planned maintenance update. 1+1=3 #bullshit

@RogersHelps @alexand36802662 The credits are pathetic and don't help the customer in any way when they lose thousands a day due to bad service.

@RogersHelps Your credits aren't worth anything. Your pathetic service is responsible for the loss of thousands of dollars over the course of the last year. Your company should be nailed to the wall when services go down. New flash Rogers! The internet isn't just for music anymore.

@Rogers why is your customer service rep asking me for proof of internet service interruptions when they have no way of receiving emails from their customers. It's 2022! And you should be able to confirm if your are tracking emails to customers

@divergentTea @1StarAtaTyme @RogersHelps Apparently it’s my parents’ fault for not calling them. Sorry that they’re elderly and are awful at self-advocating.

Hey @Rogers #Rogers you are the worst. After having to switch to #ignite because you could not replace my modum, and more than a week after sending customers coast to coast into a black out my cable is still locking up, as is my internet. Cannot believe this is happening.

⚡️GIRLS BITE BACK ⚡️
(@Songbird_7_) reported
@1StarAtaTyme @divergentTea @RogersHelps At this point, if whoever I speak to tomorrow in Retentions refuses to help, we’re settling up and pulling the trigger at the end of the month. My father is livid, and doesn’t fully understand how not paying in full, even if it’s totally unfair, could hurt them.

@msjs2021 @RogersHelps We have 4 cell phones with public mobile. With various monthly incentives, we are paying around $18-20/month. 1 gig of data, unlimited Canada wide calling, international text. Bring your own phone. They use Telus network. When data is done, it’s done. No overages.
