    Thanks @RogersHelps for almost making sure I lose my job by such inefficient customer service . Two weeks and still wifi is not fixed Customer service contacted through phone,chat and through twitter. But still here i am using my @FreedomMobile hotspot from phone to stay afloat

    @Sportsnet @Rogers @DavidAmber LOL anyone who PAYS MONEY for nhl Center Ice will NEVER see this. Further, should you not put money into providing actual full 1080p HD with in sync audio from ALL the teams you pretend to cover? Not many more years left on your garbage contract.

    @RogersHelps Your company had lost all trust & good will from past situations exactly like this... nothing happens when I spend hours working with your staff, so I'll just go with reporting the issue while @Rogers does nothing

    @Bell I live in Summerside Edmonton and I can’t answer my cell in my own house because the service here is so bad, but my partner’s @Rogers phone works just fine. Want to tell me how I can live in Alberta’s capital and now have cell coverage?

    @RogersHelps After last time, blaming neighbours internet & asking me to drive around & ignoring the fact 3G/2G works while LTE doesn't... you have the details, actually look into it & fix it instead of ignoring the situation. Again. & again.

    Once again, @Rogers #LTE service has extremely slow load times & frequent time outs... change to 3G/2G & speeds dramatically improve! Been going on for a while now, you'd think they'd look into this issue. #BadService #BadCustomerService

    @RogersHelps You switched something to cause this just like you did yesterday when the picture and sound were changing while I reported it. Global sound has been an issue in my area since late August. You gas lit me into believing it was my adapter and wrecked my account for months
