@RogersHelps It’s very sad that your decisions are solely based on your bottom line & not thinking long term for customer retention. You’ve shown no commitment to right what you did wrong. Mr. @Rogers must be rolling in his grave. You are destroying his legacy.

@TheChicken24 @Rogers @supercell no blame the season on this crappy layout. I have complained before but this has to be the worst season yet. So frustrating and can’t go forward takes to much time to collect keys to try to make a move

@RogersHelps Oh, your pinned tweet is still useless, at least on my phone. I thought that might have been updated after last week's problems.

@RogersHelps Compensating for 5 days is what is required, ideally at least a whole month of refund should be done to keep the customer, my two cents!!!

@DarrylMurphy78 @nationalpost @RogersHelps Lol how is failed continuity planning from Interac, Rogers problem ? Any business, especially a large profitable one like Interac, that didn’t have a backup is poor, greedy business planning.

@RogersHelps Here’s the thing you guys are not understanding, your terms do not exclude consequential damages as a remedy for lost service. You are in a world of legal trouble!

@RogersHelps No problem. It took me an hour to switch to Telus the day after, plus I used the opportunity to locking for 2 years with a new phone. Thanks Rogers.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps this is becoming a joke. Still having intermittent (constant) loss of sound and picture on TV and sketchy internet signal. Not to mention still having problems with cell service. When are you going to fix this.
