    @alexposadzki @globeandmail Funny thing is that is still problematic. My @RogersHelps cellphone is horrible since that outage. Always cutting out. Can't wait for my contact to expire so I can move on to something better and probably cheaper.

    @RogersHelps Most often it's 80, and 43 that I notice... but there are some channels I never use so who knows

    So explain to me @RogersHelps why I have roaming off on my phone but it still connects for split seconds randomly and results in roaming charges. And the best solution you have is oh take the sim card out to be sure. That's not an option. Roaming off setting means roaming off.

    @Rogers As I customer I read Staffieri's message and would recommend you heavily evaluate your AI investments, as while I don't know what you have in mind for reliability beyond new codecs; The possibility of an AI blackbox would exacerbate diagnosing future outage issues.

    @RogersHelps Yous have lost all cred. with us, I'm a competitive gamer and I get punished for dropping games, whether it's power or connection issues it doesn't matter, I get penalized , so you can just imagine how nervous I am to start a game.

    @RogersHelps Haha “troubleshoot”. maybe build a better network? Or stop crying to the CRTC every time they try to increase the competition. You want to troubleshoot: give me a real choice in isp. Not just you or bell/telus.
