@RogersHelps Why is the quality of streaming and casting so bad? The stream is only smooth on my iPhone, every other device (Xbox, Apple TV, casting) is stuttering and low resolution. I have Gig fibre internet and all my devices are hardwired ethernet. It was fine 2 years ago.

Actual text message from @Rogers re a few channels that haven't worked SINCE NOV! "The Rogers Cable Television Service issue you contacted us about on March 30, 2022 may be resolved as we were unable to pinpoint the cause of it. We're sorry for any trouble you experienced. WTF

@RogersHelps I have an offer via my employer for an employee discount via Bell on my smartphone service. Rogers doesn’t offer my employer a discount plan to employees. Can you match though? I don’t want to switch.
