@Maxicoza21 @RogersHelps Same here from Parkdale, it's been out since around 10pm last night. Rogers has been no help whatsoever so far, and it looks like I'm out another day's pay because I can't work.

@fivefortheDr @RogersHelps Rogers called John yesterday trying to sell him on their mobile service on top of our Rogers Cable. Boy did they get an earful!

@RogersHelps got my bill but no credit for the outage? When will that be happening?

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps I've always found Teksavvy to be helpful even though the need to send Rogers. Rogers does not care and I expect their end game is to get you to quit Teksavvy. Teksavvy support, via Twitter DM, is stellar. If they or you capture signal levels, it helps. Do you have cable TV?

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Might need a new modem or router. Had the same issue happen and it is like pulling teeth to try to get a company to admit there is a hardware problem.

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Can't help w Rogers and I know for many people this is unhelpful, but have you eliminated all your wireless hardware as a potential source? I completely revamped my network at the start of pandemic - wired drops at all desks, 3 overlapping wifi routers.

You'd think after the latest crisis, @RogersHelps would have made more effort to keep me as a customer. @Bell_Support was ready + willing to offer discounts. Wonder what I'll decide...

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps I've been having the same issue with in and out service for a few months now. Have been thinking about calling to complain, but looks like that'd be futile. 😒
