@RogersHelps Can you direct me to someone who actually works with the ignite infrastructure? Someone who can at least understand the issue, and possibly even act on it. I get that you level one guys are non-technical. We need someone technical to look at this.

@Rogers your high speed internet is trash. I have been continuously dealing with issues that stop me from being able to stream. Then you "fix it" and then it happens again. I have lost countless days of being able to do my job. Fix this please.

Hey @RogersHelps , I work from home so not being able to login because of this wifi service being down is actually not a great thing and now my employers aren’t too happy because I told them I have strong wifi when I actually do not at all :// #guessitstimetomovetobell

I cannot express just how awful @Rogers is at accommodating their customers. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone at this point. I've had nothing but issues with my S20 since day 1. It's not even a year old. Read comments below if you're interested in hearing my experience...
