    @FoxLayng @RogersHelps That is an issue with your device. The mobile providers do not determine what gets sent. Your device chooses whether or not to send as MMS

    @Rogers @RogersHelps when you guys need a new customer you pick up the call in one minute or less but when the same customer have complain there is 48 min wait time and phone gets hung up no call back nothing. Is this @RogersHelps your regular customer service ?

    @RogersHelps another day of bullshit outages from @rogers. Out 5 times in two hours from 930am this morning. And it’s now dropped twice since 130pm. I’m so done with this horseshit. I’m paying for this service and they have ZERO regard for customers. 2 weeks and counting.

    @RogersHelps @DagomoAwesome @RogersHelps Curious what your definition is of "widespread", if multiple people are coming on here from across the city, noting their internet is down? For at least the last few hours? Denying the problem isn't fixing the problem...

    Can @Rogers pls switch texting back to the sms network & off the chat/data trainwreck. Everytime I'm out of area or their internet goes down I have to manually switch to sms to send/ receive messages. Sometimes they don't come thru for hours. Just so they can bump data usage.
