    @RogersHelps @Rogers Mine want iut around 6am and it is not 6pm and still nothing. They will be given lost of credits to people. This Interrupted my job. Should not take all day to fix.

    @RogersHelps Be prepared for no customers, just like we are dealing with no service. You suck, always have, ya put a pretty smile on when you want something, and every other day, just like today, you give us nothing. I’m expecting to pay nothing for 6 months after this......

    So if our bill payments are late, companies demand interest on those payments. When say, communication services are down for an entire day, maybe a discount off that months impacted bill? @Rogers, you feel me?
