@RogersHelps some guy came to my door and offered me a great deal on internet. Too good to be true! Turns out I receive a package and bill for cable (which was never discussed) so I guess it's true. Not a new era in customer support. Just the same shady business as always

Does anyone else have issues with @CraveCanada and it not working with Google Chromecast? It says I have no subscription and yet I pay for it. So @Rogers we've already spoken, and will be speaking again cause this is BS.

@RogersHelps Your “new” ignite sucks. Service is worse. Technician here 2+ hours and now I don’t get 40 channels I pay for? Nobody picks up phone? On hold for 35 minutes and hung up. Worst service I’ve ever seen. And YOU DONT CARE. #pathetic

Yet another day with a Rogers outage in the west end of St. John’s. @RogersHelps its ridiculous at this point. Our service shouldn’t be going out multiple times a year. What happened to regaining our trust?
