@RogersHelps The last time you were down for a day, you said it was because of maintenance issues. Same excuse this time. Why wouldn’t a huge company like yours have backup servers? Even private business takes precautions when they do updates to operational servers. Maintenance I don’t think.

@RogersHelps Didn’t connect to my husband for 10 hours and he was wondering around neighborhood houses if they have any land lines to contact me and he failed which made his blood pressure high due to stress and tension which still going high after five days the outage risk family health
