    @RogersHelps When it takes 3 days to fix a problem not caused by a natural disaster, then it demonstrates that you don't even understand your own systems.

    @RogersHelps If you think your network is back working properly, it is not. Ignite TV still blacks out from time to time and internet disconnects. You owe a lot more that 17 hour credit. This is unacceptable.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers My sister and her husband are disabled and they still don't have their cell service back up. They rely on it immensely. Doctors and physio and home health care. Is there anyway to speed up reactivating their service?

    @TheCommercialRE @nationalpost @Rogers What? The CEO is at fault because someone else made a mistake way down the line? Employees make mistakes all the time that affect customers. The only reason you are so upset is because it affected you personally. Grow up.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers So far so good, Rogers. My services were restored yesterday afternoon, after 2.5 days without TV or useful internet. Now, things seem to be back to normal. But I won't forget this horrid weekend for a long time.

    @Zach_Fleisher @RogersHelps Not to sound cheeky, but seriously did you power off and back on? I had those same issues with my calls and after I turned it off and back on, it’s been fine.
