@RogersHelps my internet has been down since 3:30pm, I’ve called Rogers technical support twice now and the first time it connected with an agent the call lost service, She didn’t call back so I called again after 30 mins the call failed again! Still on hold for the third time😑

@TELUSsupport @Rogers with no resolution to date (WiFi calling doesn't work consistently) and no time frame on when the issue in my area will be resolved. I am missing about 30 to 40% of calls according to my contacts that are aware of the issue. I'm sure I've missed calls that I am not aware of.

@rogers what is the point of gettin over an hour on the phone explaining my problem for the 4th TIME, getting 3rd tech visit and first thing he asks... "What is your issue?" After 4 calls, they are not aware of my problem. God dammit (Watch the copy/paste answer soon)

Tried to talk to @Rogers on Live Chat to upgrade internet and maybe run some Ethernet cables through my house for me. I was told I'm not an authorized user on my wife's account, so I gave her the laptop. "Oh no, it doesn't work that way. She needs to sign out and sign back in"

@rogers my next step is crtc complaint, enough is enough. Im mentally tired, frustrated beyond my personal tolerance and have no more solutions. Since i don't own the account, i'm only waiting for approval. Starting to look for legal help here.
