@RogersHelps I am in Cuba and trying to use RLH. My phone connects and I can access VERY limited sites but I mean LIMITED. When I first tried the service was acceptable but now I believe Cubatel is blocking me. Are you able to reset my phone to help me get RLH service

@Rogers @NHL You are the worst company in the world. I’m trying to add a line and new phone for my daughter’s birthday and it’s over an hour and still don’t have it. I’ve called 5 times with different reps who don’t know what they’re doing. Be ashamed for brutal service!

@Mark_Goldberg @Rogers @PwC_Canada So your point is that Ontarians have to subsidize the costs of a phone network that reaches all the remote places of a very large country. That’s so because some people might expect their phone to work everywhere. We are not okay with being forced to do that.

@RogersHelps Hi Just out of curiosity Does the Ignite TV still have the U.S. network channels? i.e.CDSNBC,ABC & FOX The website channel list does NOT show these channels as included with Ignite TV They're not even listed as FLEX channels Thanks
